Shaquille O'Neal has changed his mind -- and officially given the green light for a bunch of his kids to star in a brand new reality show ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Desiigner could steal the show at Sunday's BET awards, 'cause we got video of his rehearsal and his moves are pretty awesome.

Fans who wanna check out this year's BET Awards are in for a big treat ... thanks to the BET Experience.

BET honchos have gone all out this year to get fans close to their favorite artists ... all for free. We're told Desiigner, Rae Sremmurd, Kevin Gates and O.T. Genasis will all be putting on a show Saturday at L.A. Live and fans won't have to shell out a penny.

And that's not all -- the BETX will feature "Genius Talks" -- a Q&A panel with stars like DJ Khaled, Snoop Dogg and Birdman.

Desiigner proved one thing for sure ... he is his own biggest fan.

The 19-year-old "Panda" rapper held a listening party in NYC Wednesday night for his upcoming mixtape ... and went OFF. Sources at the event tell us Desiigner lip-synced the whole performance for over an hour ... and you can see from the vid, he shed some clothing while he did it.

We're told he also chopped it up with fans, took pics and even signed autographs for anyone who asked.

Nick Cannon took it back to the motherland Wednesday night for dinner.

Nick was reppin' for Africa in a gray turban to match his jacket, and an Egyptian amulet around his neck ... on his way out of Nobu in Malibu.

Whitney Houston's Emmy award will NOT be auctioned off without a fight ... the Television Academy just filed a lawsuit accusing Heritage Auctions of theft.

TMZ broke the story ... the Academy is trying to block Heritage from putting the statuette on the block -- on behalf of Whitney's family -- claiming it contractually MUST be returned to the Academy.

In the docs -- filed in L.A. and obtained by TMZ -- the Academy included the sticker it says has been affixed to the bottom of EVERY Emmy handed out between 1978 to 1994. Whitney won hers in 1986.

The sticker makes it clear the statuette is the Academy's property and the winner's heirs are "obligated to return" it ... as opposed to selling it or throwing it away.

Prince is NOT the father of the federal prisoner who claimed he was the singer's long-lost son ... according to Maury Povich DNA testing.

Sources with direct knowledge of the case tell us the DNA test returned a 0.0% chance that Carlin Q. Williams is Prince's spawn. In docs, Carlin said his mother met Prince in 1976 and knocked her up in a Kansas City hotel.

Carlin -- in prison for gun possession -- is one of several people who've come out of the woodwork claiming blood relations. Another woman, Taz Walker, also claims Prince was her pops.

It's unclear what the status is of her case.

Whitney Houston's only Emmy award is about to go up for auction IF Emmy honchos fail in their last ditch effort to block the sale ... TMZ has learned.

The Television Academy says it's going into court Wednesday morning to request a restraining order against Heritage Auctions ... which plans to put Whitney's 1986 Emmy statuette up for grabs on Friday.

Heritage is hawking the award on behalf of Whitney's estate -- but the Television Academy has strict rules about its awards. According to the Academy, all winners sign an agreement that their heirs or successors must "return the statuette to the Academy, and we hold it in storage in memory of the recipient.”

A rep for Heritage tells TMZ ... they've asked the Academy multiple times to produce Whitney's signature on that agreement, but no dice to this point. Heritage says it's moving forward unless a judge drops the hammer.

They expect the award to sell for upwards of $10,000. By the way, Whitney won the Emmy for her performance on the Grammys. Weird, right?

Katt Williams has so much game it looks like he's getting back his chick Hazel-E ... even though his legal troubles got a gun pulled on her.

We got the exes coming out of The Serving Spoon in Inglewood together, and Hazel immediately tried to play coy with our photog about the reunion ... but our sources tell us they started rekindling things this week. Which is why you gotta see what Katt said about Hazel being a ride or die chick. P.I.M.P.

They took a break in March after she got caught up in a raid at his house. Katt had a lot more to say about Hazel, his legendary rap sheet and drug rumors on TMZ's "Rock Rants" ... featured on YouTube.

It could be a first glimpse into Prince's fabled vault of new music, and it premiered at Milan Fashion Week ... courtesy of Donatella Versace.

Donatella cranked the 11-minute mix during Saturday's show of Versace's men's collection. She says Prince, who was a longtime friend, would send her music all the time as a way of communicating.

It's unclear if Prince's estate approved the untitled music being used by Versace -- or if it would even need to do so ... if Prince had gifted it to Donatella.

Q Parker from 112 came under siege on Father's Day when his expensive ride was snatched during an ATL pit stop.

The singer tells TMZ it all went down Sunday morning on his way home from the airport after a show in Philly. He pulled into a gas station in College Park, Georgia to check a tire that was low on air.

He says, out of nowhere, someone jumped into the driver's seat. Q says he tried to make his way back into the car, but the thief -- who Q says looked 14 -- floored it and took off.

The $90k Audi A8 is still missing, and there are no suspects ... but there's a popular 14-year-old out there.
