Gwen Stefani Going Hard In The P8NT With Own Cosmetics Line

Gwen Stefani's already mastered "The Voice" and now it looks like she's moving on to the face with her own line of cosmetics.

Gwen's applied to trademark P8NT -- as in "paint" -- for her own makeup line. It's a clever name considering it'll include everything from nail polishes to hair color, in addition to the usual eyeliners, powders and lipsticks. Perfumes, moisturizers and sunscreens are also in the mix.

She's got a bit of experience in the makeup department. A few years back she partnered with Urban Decay for a makeup collection. If Gwen's branching out on her own, the collab must've no doubt gone well.

Serena Williams Ready to Dominate In the Cosmetics Game!!!

Serena Williams wants to serve an ace on yo face ... with a new cosmetics line.

The tennis great filed legal docs to trademark "Aneres" (spells Serena backwards, btw). Serena had already locked down the name a while back, but it was for her clothing line. It looks like she now plans to slap her backwards name on a variety of beauty products. Boss move.

Serena's cosmetics vision includes skin care prep and makeup removing products, colognes and perfumes. There are also makeup kits, bath soaps, lipstick, lip gloss, eye shadow, eyeliner and mascara.

Kylie, your competition has arrived.

Hard Candy Pulls #MeToo Trademark After Backlash

That was quick ... Hard Candy is dropping its push to trademark #MeToo for cosmetics after getting some serious backlash over the move.

TMZ broke the story Wednesday ... if the application was approved, Hard Candy would put the #MeToo on some of its products, but also intended to donate revenue to the movement. But CEO Jerome Falic now tells us ... the project didn't go over well with some customers.

Angry reactions on social media included claims the company was trying to glamorize, commercialize and capitalize on rape culture.

Falic says they abandoned the application based on the response from the public. Still, he says they were going to donate 100% of profits from the #MeToo sales, and "our objective was to bring greater awareness to this important and long overdue movement."

He adds, Hard Candy will continue to support "the work of this watershed movement and other causes that respect the dignity of women and all people."

Hard Candy Makeup Polishing Up for #MeToo Movement

The #MeToo movement is about to be way more in fashion ... if Hard Candy Cosmetics gets its way.

The cosmetics giant has applied to trademark #MeToo for fragrances and makeup ... which we're guessing means you'll see the hashtag on lipsticks, nail polishes, mascaras and whatnot.

We know what you're thinking, but CEO Jerome Falic tells us this isn't a straight cash grab. He says the company's intention is to give back to women worldwide. He wasn't more specific than that -- but an industry source tells us the plan is to donate proceeds to the #MeToo cause.

Falic says they're still in planning stages, so it's unclear which products will get the hashtag treatment if the trademark's approved.

Women's March Pussyhats Move Over, Douche ... Pussy Power Getting New Scent

The scent of a woman will be pussy if a budding entrepreneur can nail down a trademark for her new line of fragrances inspired by the enduring symbol of the Women's March ... the pussyhat.

Fran Moss filed docs with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in hopes of flooding the market with fragrance-emitting wicks, sachets, pet sprays, body sprays and perfumes -- all with the pussy label.

According to the docs, Fran's toying with product names like pussy juice, pussy power, pussy now, and pussy positive. She also wants her trademark to include the "pussy power color" pink, and the pussyhat ears.

Good luck, Fran -- and if you're looking for a spokeswoman ...

Meghan Markle She Can Still Have a Side Hustle

Meghan Markle has nothing standing in her way if she ever wants to start a beauty line once she joins the royal family.

Reports surfaced Tuesday that Markle was partnering up with Victoria Beckham on a bio-botox line, but we're told they're completely untrue.

Palace sources tell us Meghan's future royal status won't prevent her from diving into her own business once she's married to Prince Harry. There are no U.K. laws that prohibit a member of the royal family from having a side hustle. All she has to do is follow the same rules as the normies, and she's good to go.

And, we're told, Royal protocol does not prohibit business ventures by someone in Markle's position. The Countess of Wessex, who married Prince Edward, ran a PR company after becoming a royal fam member.

Meghan had run her own lifestyle blog, The Tig, but shut it down after 3 years.

Kim Kardashian's Perfume Line Australians Say Somethin' Stinks

Kim Kardashian's Crystal Gardenia perfume line has been a worldwide smash ... problem is, customers in Australia, New Zealand and other countries have plunked down the cash but still don't smell nice.

TMZ has learned the perfume is considered a "flammable/hazardous material" because of its alcohol content and can't be shipped by FedEx and other carriers. Overseas customers have been complaining because there was no warning on Kim's website that there were blackout zones.

Sources connected to Kim tell us she and her people were first told there wouldn't be an issue in shipping the goods overseas. Now that they know, they're in the process of contacting customers one by one who are still empty-handed, promising a full refund.

At the time of this post Kim's website was not updated with the blackout zones, but we're told that will happen STAT.

Kylie Jenner Early Christmas At Her L.A. Pop-Up Shop

No, that's not a Black Friday mob at Walmart -- it's the opening of the Kylie Cosmetics pop-up shop in L.A. and, so far at least, no one's been injured fighting over a lip kit.

Still, super eager shoppers waited their turn inside the Topshop at The Grove, when the doors swung open Monday for Kylie's gear.

It's one of 7 cosmetics pop-ups Kylie's opening across the US for the holiday shopping season. Others opened in Chicago, Vegas, Atlanta, Miami, Houston and New York.

Kylie wasn't there for obvious reasons, but members of her glam squad were giving makeup tutorials. Based on the crowds ... we suspect Kylie will be able to afford gifts this holiday season.

Kim Kardashian Perfume Line Grosses $10 MIL in One Day!!!

Kim Kardashian made $10 million in just ONE DAY of selling perfume worldwide ... and incredibly not even a single customer got a whiff yet.

Kim's fragrance hit the online world Wednesday morning. Customers got to choose between 3 fragrances -- Crystal Gardenia, Crystal Gardenia Oud and Crystal Gardenia Citrus. Only 300,000 bottles were produced and they're expected to completely sell out by Thursday night.

Beyonce could take a lesson from Kim, who made lemonade out of her robbery. She used healing crystals to calm her nerves after the Paris robbery last year, and the crystal is now the cornerstone of her perfume line.

The $10 mil sales tab didn't happen by accident. Kim launched a social media campaign that would have impressed General MacArthur, and it clearly paid off. We're told in just the first hour sales hit $1 million.

Kim didn't just lend her name to the new fragrances ... she was involved in every aspect of the launch, from developing the scents to creating the packaging.

When the 300,000 bottles are accounted for, she'll have sold $14 mil ... in a day and a half.

Kris, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney Those Women Screwed Me Royally ... So I Want $32 Million!!!

Kim, Khloe, Kourtney Kardashian and Kris Jenner are being sued by a guy who ran a beauty company who claims they screwed him out of a cut of the profits ... and he wants as much as $32 MILLION.

Here's the backstory. John LaBonty was CEO and President of Boldface, a company that markets beauty products. According to the lawsuit, the Kardashians gave Boldface an exclusive deal to market all its beauty stuff. Boldface morphed into a different company, but LaBonty says it didn't affect his interest.

LaBonty claims he had a 5% equity interest in all products in the Kardashian Beauty line. He says the Kardashian women stopped making any effort to market, promote and support the line and thwarted the company's ability to make money off the products.

LaBonty shockingly says his 5% interest that was not realized is in the many millions. He's vague, but says he's definitely entitled to $6 million and maybe as much as $32 million.

Kylie Jenner Lip Kit's Worth Over $400 Million!!! (If You Believe Kris Jenner)

Kylie Jenner's well on her way to turning her cosmetics line into a billion-dollar brand ... according to her mom/biz manager, Kris Jenner.

Since officially launching her famous Kylie Cosmetics lip kit line in 2016, inquiring minds wanted to know how well the brand was doing. Well, hold your horses because Mama Bear told Women's Wear Daily the brand, in just 18 months, has done $420 million in retail sales.

Kris -- in an interview with the website last week in her Hidden Hills crib -- provided the figure and reportedly provided the site with documentation. The site reports Kylie's line projects $386 million in sales in 2017 ... putting it on track to become a billion dollar company by 2022.

WATCH WHAT YOU SAY!

Torrei Hart has some advice for Amber Rose -- who daringly declared people from South Philly aren't "traditionally attractive" -- but Torrei also has plenty of shots to take.

Torrei, a Philadelphia native herself, ripped Amber for setting a bad example for young women who look up to her. Amber caught heat for her "Drink Champs" interview with N.O.R.E. ... because she said it was a blessing and a curse to grow up beautiful while surrounded by ugly people.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Torrei doesn't hold back her criticism, which included accusing Amber of using plastic surgery to attain her beauty. Still, she tried to offer a positive note or 2 about Amber. Tried.

Amber has since tried to walk back her comments, claiming her words were taken out of context ... and she finds beauty in everyone.

Not sure Torrei's buying what Amber's selling.

Eminem Slim Shady Quit Shaving

Will the real Slim Shady please stand up ... because that dude with the beard standing between Dr. Dre and Kendrick Lamar can't be him, can it?

Eminem posed for a pic with his fellow rap gods and label mates ... along with famed West Coast hip-hop producer FredWreck. It was Wreck's birthday, but Marshall Mathers stole the spotlight with his new facial hair.

The normally baby-faced rapper premiered his scruff at the premiere of "The Defiant Ones" in L.A. Thursday night ... a documentary about the partnership between Dre and Jimmy Iovine.

Lady Gaga Orange You Glad To See Me?

Lady Gaga knows how to stick out -- at events, concerts and now ... on her film set, where her orange hair was hard to miss.

The usually blonde Gaga went carrot top on the "A Star Is Born" set this week. The Bradley Cooper-directed film was shooting Wednesday in L.A. ... and the ginger look is something new for the remake.

Gaga's role was previously played by Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand, neither of whom went red.

We looked ... Gaga's had orange hair before, so nothing new for her. Just a regular day at the office.

Christina El Moussa I Ain't Part of Your Skin Care Campaign ... Scrub Me Out, Or Else!

Christina El Moussa's pissed her good looks are being used to hawk an anti-aging product -- she's only 33, but she says the real issue is she never endorsed it ... so now she's threatening to sue.

Christina's name popped up in an online campaign claiming she's the face of a skin care product line that's made her rich beyond her wildest dreams. It's one of those Internet ads you see dozens of times a day, but Christina says it's straight-up #fakenews -- all the quotes attributed to her are completely made up.

She's fired off cease and desist letters to a ton of companies and individuals warning them to take down the stories, or she'll sue. The problem is it's hard to track down exactly who's behind the campaign. Different versions keep popping up, but all have the same message: Christina's behind these skin products, buy here.

Policing the Internet's no easy task, which is why she's had to send the letter to 23 different companies or individuals. So far.

UFC's Michelle Waterson Weighs In On Breast Implant Rules

REAL BOOBS, FAKE BOOBS, ALL GOOD
TMZSports.com

UFC strawweight Michelle Waterson -- aka the Karate Hottie -- doesn't like that fellow UFC fighter Pearl Gonzalez had to jump through hoops to get cleared to fight with breast implants ... and says all women with fake boobs should be allowed to fight.

The NY State Athletic Commission conducted a review into Gonzalez before UFC 210 once they learned she had implants -- but ultimately cleared her to fight.

Waterson -- who's fighting Rose Namajunas this weekend at UFC on FOX -- says breast implants are no big deal ... and as long as the fighter makes weight, she doesn't think there's any real problem.

Of course, the commission says it is looking out for the health of the fighter (we're guessing to make sure there's no risk of the implant popping) ... but Michelle seems to think there's no real concern.
