Jenelle Evans is out of the reality TV biz -- and also the raising kids biz, temporarily -- but that doesn't mean her cosmetics biz wasn't thriving amid all of her family drama.

Sources tell TMZ ... Jenelle's beauty line, JE Cosmetics, has been movin' and shakin' behind-the-scenes despite all the chaos going on in her life. Specifically, we're told she's been in talks with several different cosmetic suppliers for over a year to relaunch and rebrand the line she first started in 2017. The new line is set to take off on Sept. 7.

Jenelle's been teasing her cosmetics comeback on social media, and it looks like she's expanding her products beyond lipsticks and eyelashes. 

There's more ... aside from the deals Jenelle has already inked with various vendors and suppliers, we're told she continues to pique interest from big wigs in the beauty game.

Our sources say one major fashion company has already partnered with her to do a joint collaboration/release -- which we're told will coincide with the JE rollout. 

As for why Jenelle is still drawing so much attention -- especially after losing custody of her kids, and David Eason killing the family dog -- we're told her suitors think she's still marketable in a business capacity. 

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard is at the center of perhaps the most puzzling moment of the Democratic debates, because a magic act happened on her chin ... and the question is WHO's the magician??

The Congresswoman from Hawaii was talking foreign policy during the debate -- specifically the possibility of America going to war with Iran. Important stuff, no doubt. However, as Gabbard spoke many viewers focused on her chin and what appeared to be a tiny zit -- nothing that would require Dr. Pimple Popper or anything, but still ... it was there.

Then it happened. Seriously, if you haven't seen it ... YOU MUST. Within a matter of seconds the blemish simply vanished ... AS Tulsi was talking!!! Remember, this is on a close-up camera, ON live television.

Look, we know this has zero impact on real Presidential issues ... but it's also kinda hard to ignore when ya see it happening clear as day on LIVE TV! 

Btw, we also combed through a bunch of photos of Gabbard from last night -- check the gallery -- and the Congresswoman ain't pimpin' ... as in, there's no sign of the mystery zit. Or whatever it is ... was.

We've reached out to NBC, which was responsible for the debate broadcast, and also Rep. Gabbard's campaign office. No word back from either ... but we're guessing the Congresswoman's as baffled as we are.

24 years later ... the now 53-year-old -- who is celebrating her birthday this weekend-- is starring in a new show, "The Hot Zone," on National Geographic. Margulies was recently spotted in a hair-allel universe while rocking straight hair at a thing for her show in Beverly Hills, California just last month (right).

Bebe was on her way out of LAX Friday when she explained the purpose behind her un-photoshopped pic of her in a bikini, hanging out on a San Juan, Puerto Rico beach.

Bebe celebrates herself and other women, proclaiming, "I love my body, I love this fat ass, and I'm very proud of it!"

She makes it clear ... women who seek approval from social media are in a losing fight, photoshop or not, because the end game is to mess with their mind, so it's dumb to go there in the first place.

Cardi B's cosmetic surgery complications have led to an unintended bonus ... skyrocketing ticket sales!!!

We broke the story ... the rapper had to cancel her headlining gig at the 92Q Spring Bling Festival Friday night in Baltimore so she could properly recover from her recent liposuction and breast augmentation ... at the encouragement of her doctors.

Cardi admittedly had been pushing it to the limit to honor her commitments despite having work done, telling a Memphis crowd on May 5 she should have canceled because "moving too much is going to f*** up my lipo" ... but she rocked it anyway.

Same goes for performing at Rolling Loud and twerking at her Fashion Nova launch party.

She finally had to postpone this time, though ... but TMZ's learned the whole ordeal's been a blessing in disguise. Event organizers quickly announced a September 8 makeup date, and it's generated way more buzz ... and a better bottom line.

Sources close to the event tell us after Cardi made the call to postpone for health reasons, organizers were worried there would be backlash and the rescheduled show wouldn't sell ... but it's done the exact opposite.

We're told within 30 minutes of our story going up, nearly 2,000 tickets sold ... and an additional 2,600 and counting have sold since. Add these totals to the tickets previously purchased -- which will be honored in September -- and it looks like the show will have no problem selling out its 13k capacity venue.

All publicity is good publicity, right???

Kylie Jenner is doing laps around the competition in the beauty game, which she illustrated perfectly during the launch for her new skincare brand ... basically, a roller skater's dream.

Kris Jenner's youngest hosted her mom, dad, sisters and a bunch of friends Tuesday night at the Goya Studios Sound Stage in Hollywood to celebrate the launch of Kylie Skin -- her latest beauty line. It was essentially a roller rink bash for adults ... and looked super fun.

Kylie caught a lot of the action from inside, and it's clear she had a theme -- pink and white hotties on four wheels going around and around. She also had some good grub on hand too -- everything from pizza to sushi ... plus, samples of her actual products.

While the event was truly a family affair -- Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Caitlyn and even her brother, Brandon, made appearances -- however, no sign of Travis here.

11:48 AM PT -- Cardi's team tells TMZ ... "Cardi says she's very disappointed and hates to let her fans down, but she wants to reassure them that she'll see them in September!"

10:20 AM PT -- Event organizers have announced the makeup date is September 8.

Cardi B is backing out of a Memorial Day Weekend concert in Maryland, and TMZ has learned it's all because of some serious fallout from her recent cosmetic surgeries.

Cardi was set to headline the 92Q Spring Bling Festival this Friday night in Baltimore, but now it's been postponed because she's gotta pull out. Sources close to the rapper tell us ... CB needs to recover from her recent liposuction and breast augmentation.

We're told it's gotten so bad, she simply can't perform -- a move her doctors had encouraged, telling Cardi she needs time to let the swelling go down and for her body to fully recover. Doctors are recommending a couple of weeks of R & R.

Cardi's been extremely open about recently deciding to undergo the procedures after giving birth to baby Kulture.

Going under the knife didn't stop Cardi from working her ass off ... until now.

She recently performed at Rolling Loud in Miami and was twerking non-stop in L.A. at the launch party for her Fashion Nova clothing line.

Cardi told the crowd at her May 5 concert in Memphis she should have canceled because "moving too much is going to f*** up my lipo" ... but she rocked the house anyway.

Our Cardi sources tell us the surgeries are finally catching up to her ... and the heavy workload proved to be too much, too soon.

Beto O'Rourke is one loyal son of a gun ... and a great tipper according to his barber who says they go back almost a decade.

Beto's barber, Manuel Corral, tells TMZ ... he's been cutting Beto's hair for 7 years at his joint Chema's Barber Shop in El Paso, Texas. Manuel, who doesn't speak English, says Beto's haircut costs a modest $12 but Beto leaves a $25 tip every time.

ICYMI ... Beto pulled up to Chema's earlier this week and livestreamed his haircut after spending several days on the campaign trail. Things even got nasty when Manuel cut some of the hair outta Beto's ears.

Anyway ... Beto's been getting ridiculed for livestreaming the haircut (Beto's calling it an impromptu town hall meeting) ... with someone joking "Is the live mani/pedi tomorrow." Someone else joked, "I'm holding out for the colonoscopy." Beto's no stranger to livestreaming his random errands.

Back in January, he livestreamed going to the dentist. At the time, he hadn't announced his candidacy yet and this haircut episode comes on the heels of a media blitz as he tries to inject life back into a campaign that's lost major steam as of late. He's also fallen badly behind in the polls.

But, Manuel says he stands firmly behind Beto, whose kids also get their haircuts at Chema's. When Beto shows up once a month, they converse in Spanish and talk U.S. and Mexican politics.

Kylie Jenner is officially trying to get her hands on just about everything under the sun ... filing docs to take over the hair industry.

Jenner has applied for a trademark for "Kylie Hair" -- a line to include hair care products -- shampoos, conditioners, oils, gels, mousse and dye. Kylie's plans don't just stop at what to put in your hair, she's also trying to lock down products to style it too ... dryers, curling irons and brushes.

Kylie's older sister, Kendall, also recently filed docs to trademark bags, clothing and hair accessories under her own name.

Kylie Cosmetics is already a giant brand -- it's made her a billionaire -- and Kylie Skin is set to be a massive success as well.

TMZ broke the story, Kylie filed to trademark "Kylie Baby" earlier this week ... a line to include strollers, cribs, bouncers, bottles and a whole lot more.

The Kylie Empire continues to spread its wings.

YouTube star James Charles' upcoming national speaking tour is still on the table ... despite tanking hugely in the followers department during his epic feud with fellow beauty vlogger, Tati Westbrook.

James' YouTube account is currently hemorrhaging followers -- about 3 million at last count -- as the fallout over his beef with Tati continues ... but so far the staggering loss of clout isn't putting an end to his upcoming Sisters Tour.

The tour begins at the end of June, and venues for 6 of the initial tour stops tell us they're still making plans to host James.

In fact, tickets are still on sale for each of his 24 tour dates -- and they ain't exactly going cheap. Some people have been shelling out a whopping $500 to score VIP seats.

Outraged fans on social media have been asking for refunds ever since James had a huge falling out with his mentor, Tati, after he promoted one of her rival beauty products. Those fans are outta luck -- we're told all sales are final.

So far, venues are telling us they haven't been notified by tour producers of any change in plans, and production ultimately has the final call. We've reached out to producers, but they've gone radio silent.

Seems a staggering loss of followers won't hurt James too much ... at least on the road. He's currently in the midst of a mini-tour in Australia, and still has over 13 MILLION YouTube subscribers.

Blac Chyna's altercation with her hairdresser -- where a knife was allegedly pulled and soda cans hurled -- was caught on video, and there's a little bit of good news for BC.

TMZ has obtained the surveillance footage capturing the action outside of Chyna's San Fernando Valley home early Saturday morning. As we reported, she got into it with her hairdresser over payment ... the hairdresser filed a police report claiming Chyna got hot and wielded a knife ... something Chyna denies.

The video seems to back Chyna's claim the hairdresser threw soda cans at her Rolls-Royce. The stylist seems to be lugging something ... aiming for the expensive whip and launching what looks like cans.

You see Chyna and co. come out and confront the hairdresser. In classic Chyna fashion, she removes her shoes and throws them at the woman. And, then there's the obligatory shouting.

As for the knife ... no evidence of that from the video. It's possible, of course, Chyna could have pulled the weapon off-camera or inside the home.

It seems like Chyna deescalates ... eventually walking inside while the brouhaha continues.

English actress and model Martine Beswick is best known for her roles on two iconic bond films from the '60s ... Bewick played Zora the gypsy in "From Russia with Love" (1963) and the cyanide pill-popping Paula Caplan in "Thunderball" (1965).
