Miss Cleo's famous image and accent got jacked by a makeup company before her death ... according to her old pals at the Psychic Readers Network.

The PRN filed a lawsuit against Benefit Cosmetics for hawking makeup products with the help of Youree Harris, who played Cleo. According to docs, Harris was hired in March 2015, and Benefit created a Cleo doppelganger for its promos.

PRN says Harris not only acted just like Miss Cleo in the spots, but one of them was titled "Flawless Friends Network" ... an obvious rip-off, they say.

Harris died in July, which was right around the same time Psychic Readers says it found out about Benefit's Miss Cleo-esque campaign.

Future had nothing to do with Ciara losing a huge paycheck -- if there ever was one -- so it shouldn't be part of her lawsuit against him ... according to the rapper.

We broke the story, Ciara says her baby daddy cost her half a million bucks by trash-talking her and scaring an international cosmetics company away from doing business with her.

Future believes the whole cosmetics story is B.S. ... and in docs he says Ciara has no proof any such deal fell apart. Further, he points out she hasn't even said which company was supposedly courting her.

Ciara's $15 mil defamation suit against Future is still in play, but he wants the judge to at least dismiss this part of her claims.

Donald Trump let Jimmy Fallon get in what he hopes is one last shot at his famous hairdo.

The candidate went on the 'Tonight Show' ... and Jimmy acknowledged this might be his final shot to mess up the Donald's 'do. After all, the Secret Service doesn't take kindly to that kinda thing with actual presidents.

Trump was game and the end result wasn't pretty but it's real.

L'Oréal got a bunch of famous African-American women to tout its hair relaxer when it actually causes great harm, and the company even insinuated Michelle Obama into its campaign ... so claim some angry customers who have just filed suit.

L'Oréal hawks a hair relaxer called SoftSheen-Carson Optimum Amla Legend No-Mix, No-Lye Relaxer, which it claims is healthy and safe because it uses a legendary oil from Indian fruit instead of lye.

According to the class action lawsuit, filed by famed attorney Mark Geragos, the product is short on oil and long on danger, causing hair loss, breakage, scalp irritation, blisters and burns.

The suit claims L'Oréal lured unsuspecting women into buying its product by getting celebs like 'RHOA' star Cynthia Bailey, Tracee Ellis Ross and even Michelle Obama's hairstylist to tout it.

The suit includes a list of consumer complaints on Amazon, including, "I am completely bald on the front portion of my head," and, "My 26 year old daughter is upstairs crying her eyes out because her hair is gone."

The suit asked for more than $5 million. No lye.

We've reached out to L'Oréal, so far no word back.

The reality star turned herself into an Atlanta jail Wednesday after a warrant had been issued for her arrest stemming from a feud with co-star Joseline Hernandez. Lee documented her morning leading up to the surrender ... which really just involved putting on a ton of makeup, and slipping into a black dress.

Lee's still behind bars, and something tells us an orange jumpsuit ain't gonna be her favorite look.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Tommie Lee just got dressed to the nines for a mug shot.

Law enforcement in Atlanta tells TMZ Lee turned herself in Wednesday afternoon. Cops say they got an arrest warrant because Tommie allegedly threatened to kill fellow 'LHH' star Joseline Hernandez back in March.

Lee made a whole show out of her surrender ... making sure to get glammed for the slammer. The mug shot's gonna be a classic.

Tommie was booked for making terroristic threats.

Blac Chyna and her big ass jumped into bed with an ass-enhancing product ... a lot of people think is just a fake ass scam.

Chyna posted an ad promoting Booty Pop, a spray that claims to be an "All Natural Booty Enhancer." The endorsement was fleeting ... she deleted the post almost immediately -- perhaps because the company is bombing with the Better Business Bureau.

Apex Vitality, which makes Booty Pop, gets a C from the BBB -- and a ton of reviewers don't even give it that much credit. We checked and some call it a straight-up rip-off. One person said she was grossly overcharged and wanted someone to "shut them down immediately because this is one big scam."

We made multiple calls to Apex Vitality, but got no response. Ditto for Chyna's camp.
