Caitlyn Jenner I'm Getting Into The Cosmetics Biz!!

Caitlyn Jenner seems to be taking a page out of daughter Kylie's playbook by getting into the cosmetics biz.

We've learned Caitlyn recently filed a trademark for exclusive rights to hawk makeup under her name.

It's not just cosmetics ... Jenner's application covers fragrances, makeup remover, nail polish, and skin care.

Cait doesn't have a clear plan on how or when she will break into the beauty business. She wanted to secure the trademark before anyone else got the idea.

It's a smart move considering Kylie's insanely popular lip kit line sold out in seconds.

The center will be open until Saturday and guests can get their hands on Kiehl products as well as a famous Mugatu piano key necktie.

No word on whether or not they'll be serving any orange mocha frappuccinos though.

Joe Jonas Goes All 'SWF' On Zayn Malik

Joe Jonas debuted a new bleach blond hairdo Wednesday night in L.A. that bares an uncomfortable resemblance to Zayn Malik's.

Of course it's uncomfortable since Zayn happens to now be dating Joe's ex, Gigi Hadid. Sure, it could be coincidence. Could be a single white dyed blond male.

Who wore it better? We're talking to you, Gigi.

Pam Anderson & Tommy Lee's Son The Apple Doesn't Fall Far From the Hot Tree

Dylan Lee -- the offspring of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee -- is living proof that DNA is a real deal.

Some kids just get dealt a winning hand.

Jay Z He Stunk Up Our Biz Bad ... Perfume Co. Sues

Not everything Jay Z touches turns to gold -- his cologne line is an absolute disaster and it's all his fault ... according to a lawsuit filed by the manufacturer.

Parlux Fragrances is suing Jay for failing to live up to his end of their deal. The company says it made a licensing agreement ... where it would use his name and image to launch Gold Jay Z in 2013.

But Parlux says Jay was supposed to do more -- like make social media posts and promotional appearances, but he declined. The co. says he refused to appear on 'GMA,' at Macy's and in Women's Wear Daily to pump up the scent.

Further, there was supposed to be a line of follow-up fragrances that Jay helped develop, but according to the suit ... he dodged meetings and the new colognes never got off the ground.

Parlux says it expected to haul in about $50 million over 2 years, but instead the whole deal is pepe le pew -- it's losing money, and stores are returning unsold inventory.

Jay's former perfume partners want damages of at least $18 million.

Sofia Vergara My Face is Gonna ... Cost Ya At Least $15 Million

Sofia Vergara was used and financially abused by a beauty company ... according to a lawsuit she just filed.

Sofia says Venus Concept blew up images of her and used them to promote its products around the world. In the suit, she says the whole thing started with an innocent Instagram post.

Sofia says she got Venus' Legacy treatment -- it's a skin tightening massage -- in August 2014. She posted a pic of herself on the table ... which got about 40k likes.

However, she says she actually didn't like the treatment and found it "a waste of time and money with little in the way of any results."

But she says Venus took the ball and ran with it anyway ... putting up photos of her at exhibition booths and on its website with captions like, "Loved by ... bombshell actress Sofia Vergara."

Sofia's beef is Venus never paid her a dime, and she gets MANY dimes to do this kinda work. She says her going rate to endorse a beauty product is a whopping $15 million!

She's suing Venus for at least that much, and she wants the company to yank all materials with her mug.

LisaRaye McCoy I Said White-a-licious, Not White-n-icious

LisaRaye McCoy is calling BS on a singer who's threatening to sue her after LisaRaye claimed the singer's skin-whitening product causes cancer ... in fact she says she's owed a big, fat 'thank you.'

As we previously reported, pop singer Dencia threatened to sue the "Single Ladies" actress if she didn't retract her statements trashing Dencia's product, Whitenicious.

LisaRaye's lawyer, C. Anthony Mulrain, just fired back, making several points:

-- LisaRaye never called out Whitenicious, she referenced "Whitealicious" on the radio.

-- Even if a jury felt she was really going after Whitenicious, by Dencia's own admission, it's a God send. Dencia tweeted, "Everytime a celeb or blog mentions Whitenicious, saying anything good or bad, the sales go up 1000%, so hey keep talking."

-- Dencia can pound sand if she's expecting a retraction. But in the spirit of sisterhood, LisaRaye will post a statement on Facebook and Twitter saying she was not referring to Dencia's product.

Sounds black and white to us.

LisaRaye McCoy Threatened with Defamation Suit Over Skin Cancer Claims

LisaRaye McCoy may have a new role ... defendant in a defamation lawsuit for her claim that a singer's skin care product causes cancer.

LisaRaye went on Big Tigger's radio show to promote her new movie "Skinned" ... a flick about a young black woman who bleaches her skin to appear whiter. During the interview, she threw shade on Cameroonian pop singer Dencia, who owns a skin care company called Whitenicious.

LisaRaye claimed Whitenicious causes skin cancer. She also claimed people who use the product are left with dark spots on their knuckles and elbows.

Dencia got her lawyer to fire off a demand for a retraction, claiming there is NO evidence Whitenicious causes cancer or creates dark spots on the body.

We reached out to LisaRaye's lawyer, to find out if she stands by her claims. So far, no word back.

By the way ... Dencia says she's living proof her product works.

Katy Perry managed to make Snooki relevant at the Golden Globes by rocking Snook's fave hair accessory on the red carpet ... and admitting it!

Teresa Giudice Jailhouse Makeover Before Release

Teresa Giudice learned some mad makeup skills behind bars, because we found out she did her own makeup in her dank cell.

We found out Teresa went to the commissary and bought a bunch of stuff. Turns out the shelves are stocked with glam products, including:

-- powder foundation

-- rustic lip gloss

-- coco butter lotion

-- Wet n Wild face products

-- mini brown eyeliner

-- gold coral lip gloss

By the way, the commissary has better prices than Target ... foundations go for $4 a pop, coco butter runs $2.90 and lip gloss is a very reasonable $3.

Teresa's cell has a mirror ... not lit for TV, but it did the trick.

And we're told, Teresa applied it herself. We're guessing she has more experience than most of the other inmates.

Vivica A. Fox Orange You Glad About 'Independence Day' Sequel?

Vivica A. Fox IS in next year's "Independence Day" sequel playing Jasmine ... her same character from the original.

She is NOT starring in "Orange Is the New Black."

Interesting.

Kylie Jenner Enraged Lip Worshippers ... We're Getting Blown Off!

Kylie Jenner's insanely popular lip kit sold out in seconds, but now customers are bitching because they shelled out money, but still don't have shiny lips.

C&S Sales, the company in charge of distribution, has been bombarded with complaints the stuff hasn't arrived ... even though purchasers got confirmation and tracking #s.

We're told some customers think they're getting the wrong kinda lip service -- getting the runaround because the distributor literally can't deliver the $29 kits. They've flooded the company's social media with comments like, "At what point do we report this as fraud?"

Some are taking their beef to the Better Business Bureau. We reached out to C&S, but like the pissed off customers ... haven't heard anything back.

Kris Jenner announced Monday morning the kits have been restocked, and encouraged fans to order quickly -- which doesn't necessarily mean you'll get it quickly.
