Holy crap ... Ke$ha just posted some racy new lingerie pics ... and she looks INCREDIBLE!!!

Butt ... did the pop star really tone up her body -- or are the new pics the result of some creative camera work?

Here's the deal -- Ke$ha posted the pics on her Instagram page yesterday, which feature the singer showing off her G-string'd ass in various sexual poses.

In the pics, Kesh looks WAYYYY different than she did strolling the beach back in 2011 (see below).

Suggs will have a chance to tell Brady how he feels about him in person on Dec. 22 – when the Ravens take on the Pats.

You can't go slapping Tyra Banks' name willy-nilly on wigs -- not without her slapping back with a massive lawsuit for 10 million dollars ... TMZ has learned.

Tyra just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County against 10 companies that make wigs ... and in the suit she claims they're all biting her "name, photograph, image, and identity" -- as well as her trademarks.

We know squat about wigs ... but some quick research revealed several of the companies do have Tyra's photos and Tyra inspired wigs on their websites.

A few examples: The Yaki straight[Tyra-Banks style] wig, the Tyra Banks custom lace wig #046, and our fave -- the Tyra Banks inspired human hair wig. We're guessing it's not actually TB's hair you're buying ... although it does cost $300!

Several pages of the lawsuit are spent on spelling out how valuable her trademark is because she's a huge star ... and to prove it her IMDB profile -- all 11 pages -- are attached to the suit as Exhibit A.

To be fair, the suit also refers to Tyra as a "former supermodel."

TB is suing for an injunction to stop the sale of the infringing products -- and at least $10 million in damages.

Kim Kardashian is determined to move all of her baby weight back into her ass cheeks ... and by the looks of things, she's doing one helluva job.

KK hit the streets in Paris this week ... en route to a workout session at a local gym.

The Hollywood post-baby game is to dump a lot of weight before stepping out in public. It's been 3 months since the kid was born and we've hardly seen Kim. She's definitely trimmed down and is pretty much back to being herself.
