After the brief blip that was her Mrs. Roper Grammy getup, Adele went back to wearing her black dresses to the Oscars on Sunday.

Not only is Melissa a presenter tonight, but her movie "Identity Thief" is #1 at the box office for a second week.

Looking fabulous in a blue gown, Robin Roberts was all smiles as she readied to cover the Oscar red carpet on Sunday.

On Wednesday, Robin returned to "Good Morning America" after undergoing a bone marrow transplant to treat a blood disorder.

She's back and working overtime.

It was a little more difficult than expected, but Ronda Rousey -- the first-ever UFC female champion -- defended her title with a first round submission at UFC 157 last night in Anaheim.

Rousey's victory marked the first female fight in the near 20-year history of the UFC. She is now 7-0 and has finished off each of her opponents with the same move ... an armbar ... and all of them in the first round.

Rousey's opponent, Liz Carmouche, nearly had Rousey set up for a rear-naked choke early, but Rousey countered and eventually went on to win.

Josh Brolin doesn't seem too crushed in the wake of his impending divorce from Diane Lane -- stepping out in L.A. earlier today with a beautiful mystery girl ... sporting his trademark squinty smirk thing.

TMZ broke the story ... Lane filed for divorce from Brolin on February 15th -- the day after Valentine's Day -- citing "irreconcilable differences."

Lane listed the legal date of separation as February 13th but we know Lane claims they've actually been separated longer.

If Fantasia Barrino wanted a better picture of herself on the cover of JET Magazine, she should've given the magazine better pictures ... this according to JET magazine.

JET is defending its decision to use a 10 year old photo of Fantasia on the cover of this month's mag ... after Barrino TRASHED the cover on social media this week.

In her social media rant, Barrino says she's trying to separate herself from her old image and create a new look for herself ... and expected JET to work with her. After seeing the cover, Fantasia felt deceived ...and demanded a public apology.

But a rep for JET tells TMZ the mag has NOTHING to apologize for ... claiming the photo it used was deemed "most appropriate for JET's brand and reflective of the cover story sentiment. "

The rep says Fantasia's rep had sent over a series of pics she had hoped the mag would use, but editors felt Barrino's face was too obstructed and didn't meet the standards of a JET cover.

JET magazine says despite Fantasia's comments, it has no hard feelings toward the singer ... adding, "JET continues to root for Fantasia's success and encourages her fans to pick up the new issue."
