Shaunie executive produces the show -- and Bosh is trying to block his baby mama, Allison Mathis, from joining the cast.
Shaunie claims Allison was never going to be on the show, but sources close to the production tell us Allison was only cut after Bosh unleashed his legal pit bulls.

Dwight Howard won a $500,000 judgment against his baby mama in the state of Florida for talking smack about him -- but she hasn't paid up, so he's going after her in California.
Howard won the judgment against Royce Reed for half a mil last year because she violated a court order, prohibiting her from talking about him in the press.
Howard claims Reed now owes him $551,606.74 -- which includes interest. So Howard has filed papers with a California court, which could give Howard the right to go after Reed's assets in Cali.

Evelyn Lozada got a HUGE raise before she struck a deal with VH1 to stay on board for Season 3 of “Basketball Wives” -- in fact, we're told she more than DOUBLED her old salary.
Sources close to the production tell TMZ, Evelyn didn't get the $20k per episode she demanded ... but we're told she's "very happy" with the counter-offer.
But Evelyn didn't just get a pay bump -- we're told Producers also APOLOGIZED to Lozada for the way she was portrayed in the Season 2 finale ... a huge reason why Evelyn was hesitant to re-sign with the network.
We're told Lozada -- who threatened to leave the show after she felt the producers backstabbed her -- is happy with the new deal ... and shooting is already underway.

As we previously reported, Royce can't talk about Dwight in the media because of a 2009 gag order. That injunction SEVERELY inhibits her ability to participate in the show ... aka ... she's boring.
We're told producers believe Royce needs to be replaced ASAP ... but haven't found anyone up to snuff yet.
Royce tells TMZ she has other options and, "If they are indeed searching for a replacement for me it is what it is. It all seems petty and immature to me"

According to sources close to the couple, VH1 made an offer to Chad and "Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada on Tuesday ... just hours after news broke about the 10-carat engagement.
We're told the show would be centered around the couple's post-engagement relationship leading up to the wedding.
According to sources, the couple is very interested ... but won't sign unless "the money and situation are right."
But clock's ticking -- because we're told VH1 wants to start shooting ASAP.

Cincinnati Bengals star Chad Ochocinco won't just be playing football in September -- dude will spend several weeks shooting scenes for the VH1 reality show "Basketball Wives" ... TMZ has learned.
As we previously reported, Chad is all set to appear on the show next season -- as the love interest of his current girlfriend Evelyn Lozada.
Now, sources connected to the show tell us Chad has inked a deal to shoot several scenes between September and October ... and the shoots will be scheduled around his football obligations.
We're told some of Chad's scenes will take place in Miami -- where the show is based -- whenever he can spare the time. However, sources tell us VH1 wants Ochocinco material so badly ... they're willing to shoot scenes out in Cincinnati too.
