Katharine McPhee's letting the cat out of the bag, sort of ... but we've learned what you think is true really is ... because we've learned she's havin' a baby!!!

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Katharine is indeed pregnant. She was out on a stroll Tuesday in Montecito with her hubby, David Foster.

They were out getting ready for the new kiddo ... browsing at baby stores. They left The Nurture Cottage with a bag full of items.

David is gettin' up there ... he's 70 and already has 5 grown daughters. It's not unheard of, for sure ... Tony Randall, of course, is the champ having his first 2 kids in his late 70's.  And, of course, Mick Jagger, who has a 3-year-old ... he's currently 77.

The first-time mom had her small dog in a swaddle-like bag over her shoulder.

The news comes just days after Katharine sang "She Used to Be Mine" from the musical, "Waitress." During that performance, Katharine strongly hinted she was pregnant ... cradling her stomach while singing "... and the life that's inside her, growing stronger every day."

Congrats!!!

Patrick Mahomes says he's sleeping in a completely different bedroom from his pregnant fiancee due to the Chiefs' COVID-19 scare ... because he understands the gravity of the situation.

"It's something I think about every day," the K.C. Chiefs star QB said. "You have to think about that with her being pregnant and kind of that high-risk category."

Mahomes and his fiancee, Brittany Matthews, just announced their pregnancy last month. It's their first child.

So, it must have been scary when Kansas City's practice squad quarterback, Jordan Ta'amu -- who shares the same meeting rooms with Mahomes -- tested positive for coronavirus Saturday.

And, Patrick says he was so worried about possibly having COVID and how that might affect Brit and the baby, he avoided her at all costs around their house.

"When I went home over the weekend, I slept in a different bedroom and stayed away from her as much as possible."

Mahomes said he eased back on those restrictions once his COVID tests came back negative ... but he added the safety of his fiancee and their baby is still ALWAYS on his mind.

"I just try to do my part just to kind of keep myself away from her and social distance whenever stuff like this arises," Mahomes said.

Of course, there's a chance Mahomes might now have to go through a similar arrangement with Matthews this week after the quarterback came in close contact with COVID-19-positive Patriots star Stephon Gilmore during their game Monday.

Cameras caught Gilmore and Mahomes dapping each other up after K.C. beat New England ... and Mahomes said Wednesday he's regretting the actions.

"It was a little bit of a mental lapse," Patrick said.

So far, Mahomes and the rest of his Chiefs teammates have tested negative despite the close contact.

Lindsey Vonn says she seriously considered switching sports from downhill ski racing to Formula 1 racing ... but claims a policy about pregnancy prevented it from happening.

The 35-year-old Olympic legend explained the whole thing on "In Depth with Graham Bensinger" ... saying she was specifically told she would need to make a 3-year commitment to NOT getting pregnant in order to get a shot as a pro driver.

"I was thinking about switching, going to Formula One. Like actually trying to be a racer, a driver. But, I couldn't because they wanted me to commit, what was it, 3 years? And, they're like you can't get pregnant, you can't do anything. I'm like hmm, I don't know if I really want to do that."

Vonn says the opportunity would have been with the Red Bull racing team -- and it's something she would have "loved to have done" ... but ultimately, she wasn't down to put off having a family.

BTW, Vonn is engaged to NHL star PK Subban -- and it's clear having kids is definitely on the table.

Lindsey is a huge fan of race car driving -- she's a natural behind the wheel. And, says if F1 didn't work out, jumping to NASCAR was also a possibility.

During the interview, which airs on TV this weekend, Vonn also mentions how much MONEY race car drivers make compared to skiers.

"Probably the salary of one racer is probably the total amount of money that ski racing has for their annual budget as a sport. [Lewis Hamilton] makes more money than all of ski racing combined!"

You've heard of the "Girl Dad" ... and now Katherine Webb is proud to be a "Boy Mom" ... with the NFL QB's wife announcing they're expecting their THIRD baby boy!!

Remember, Kobe Bryant famously boasted about having all daughters ... using the now-popular term to show pride in raising all girls in his household.

Webb is now going to be outnumbered 4-1 in her home ... with the married couple revealing their third boy is on the way in a gender reveal Monday.

"And God said...BAM! YOU’RE A BOY MOM 👦🏻👦🏻👶🏻," the former beauty queen said on Instagram. "PSA- prayers needed for my sanity 😄"

The Houston Texans backup and Miss Alabama USA 2012 welcomed their first son, Tripp, in May 2016 ... and Cash followed later in 2018.

BTW -- doesn't it feel like just yesterday the world was introduced to Webb via Brent Musburger at the 2013 national title game?!

As for A.J., he's clearly THRILLED by the news ... pumping his fists and yelling, "YEAHH, thank you!!!"

Don't be surprised if a couple of these boys end up following their dad and lining up under center someday.

Nicki Minaj is a first-time mom ... she and husband Kenneth Petty have welcomed their new child to the world!

Sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Nicki gave birth Wednesday in L.A. We don't know the baby's name or sex.

As you know ... Nicki announced her pregnancy back in July, posting a series of photos showing her looking at least 6 months along and captioning one post, "#Preggers." She did the photoshoot with famed photographer David LaChappelle.

Nicki's planned to become a mom for quite some time ... remember, last September she claimed she was retiring from the rap game to start a family. She eventually got back into music but also got married to her childhood friend.

Kenneth was right alongside Nicki when she gave birth.

Congrats to both parents. The barbs have someone new to fawn over.

Kevin and Eniko Hart are now a family of 6 after their new baby girl's arrival.

Eniko announced the big news early Wednesday morning, saying Kaori Mai Hart was born Tuesday. Eniko's post said she'd spent 9 months preparing to fall in love for a lifetime. She captioned it with, "a little bit of heaven sent down to earth..welcome to the world baby girl..we couldn't love you more.."

As we reported ... Kevin and Eniko announced back in March they were expecting their second child together. Eniko referenced the early days of coronavirus quarantines, saying ... "BABY #2 in the midst of all of this we're counting our blessings and couldn't be more grateful!! soon to be a family of 6!"

As you know ... Kevin has 2 kids with his ex-wife, Torrei -- 15-year-old daughter Heaven and 12-year-old son Hendrix. Kevin and Eniko got married in 2016. their first child together is a 2-year-old son, Kenzo.

Get ready for a loud house, Kev. Also ... congrats!!!

2020 just keeps getting better for Patrick Mahomes and his fiancee, Brittany Matthews -- the couple just announced they're having a baby!!

The 25-year-old Super Bowl MVP and his high school sweetheart shared the huge news on Tuesday ... posting an announcement pic with a sonogram around Brittany's tummy.

No, we don't know if it's a boy or a girl -- but we do know he or she will be insanely athletic!!!

After all, Mahomes is one of the top QBs in the league and Brittany is a fitness enthusiast who basically lives in the gym.

Brittany posted about the pregnancy on IG -- saying, "Mom & Dad, taking a small detour to the wedding."

Unclear how far along Brittany is -- but usually couples don't go public until around 12 weeks ... which means the baby is likely due around April 2021.

If that's the case, perfect for Patrick since it'll be the offseason and he won't have to worry about missing a game.

As we previously reported ... it's been one helluva year for Mahomes and Matthews -- the QB popped the question earlier this month after his Super Bowl ring ceremony at Arrowhead Stadium.

And, back in July, Patrick signed that historic $503 MILLION contract extension with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Which brings up another point ... did you see the ring on her finger?? It's as big as the pic of the fetus she's holding!!

Patrick's brother Jackson Mahomes has already chimed in on the pregnancy -- saying, "You guys will be the best parents!! CANT WAIT TO BE uncle Jack!!!"

Chrissy Teigen's in the hospital due to heavy bleeding during the pregnancy of her third child, and though she says it's scary right now ... she also says her baby boy's still doing well.

It sounds really bad ... Chrissy says her placenta's been bleeding for about a month, but it got much worse over the weekend. She had a pretty vivid description, saying ... "Like if you were to turn a faucet onto low and leave it there."

The supermodel, chef and TV host is still keeping fans informed by posting lots of video from her L.A. hospital bed. The good news -- Chrissy says the doctors are taking great care of her, she feels really good and her baby is "so healthy, growing stronger than Luna or Miles" ... her 4-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son with John Legend.

She adds that her baby is "just the strongest little dude," but he just so happens to be "in the sh***iest house" -- Chrissy's description of her weakened placenta.

Chrissy says she's taking her meds and remaining on bed rest like she's supposed to, and they have to just relax and try to get through the "danger zone" of the next few weeks ... then things will be looking much better.

UFC stars Amanda Nunes and Nina Ansaroff just welcomed their 1st baby ... a precious baby girl, Raegan Ann Nunes!!

The 32-year-old women's G.O.A.T. made the announcement on social media, saying ... "Speechless ❤️ Raegan Ann Nunes 9/24/2020 7:15 am #happydaughtersday #love #mylittlefamily"

Reagan was born Thursday morning in a Florida hospital.

34-year-old Ansaroff -- the #5 ranked UFC strawweight -- posted their very first family photo, and wrote ... "I am so in love! I can’t wait to show you the world! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕September 24th 2020"

So, how's the couple doing?? We just talked to Dana White -- who was preparing for UFC 253 from Fight Island in Abu Dhabi -- and he told us the new moms are ECSTATIC!

The UFC honcho -- and father of 3 -- shared a photo sent by Nunes ... along with some parenting advice for the couple.

Now, the question is ... when does Nina -- who has won 4 of her last 5 fights -- return to the Octagon?

In June, Ansaroff told us she only wanted to take off 6 months after giving birth ... while Amanda wanted her fiancee to sit out a little longer!

A quick return to the Octagon isn't impossible. Remember, Mackenzie Dern fought only 4 months after giving birth to her daughter.

NBA superstar Joel Embiid and model girlfriend Anne de Paula just welcomed their first child together ... making the surprise announcement Thursday!!

The news comes as a shock to many who didn't even know the couple was expecting ... but the new parents decided to go public as their baby boy, Arthur Elijah de Paula Embiid, made his big arrival this week.

The name is important to the Embiid family -- Joel's younger brother, Arthur, died at age 13 in 2014.

"We are so blessed and fortunate to welcome our little boy in this family," the Sixers center said on Instagram.

And, in true Embiid fashion ... daddy had jokes.

"First of 11 or more? Trying to convince her but I’m not winning so far. I’m just trying to build a soccer team but for real I’m so excited for the future and my life has a new meaning."

Embiid and de Paula have been together since 2018 ... and this is their first child together.

Bow Wow is a father again ... he just revealed Instagram model Olivia Sky recently gave birth to his first son.

The rapper and reality TV producer ended speculation about his rumored secret child Thursday, confirming what many fans were already starting to piece together ... he's the father of Olivia's bundle of joy.

Bow Wow just posted this adorable photo of his boy, nearly a week after Olivia hinted Bow Wow was the dad -- and he tells us he's welcoming his "Prince Bow."

Olivia sent the rumor mill into overdrive Friday when she posted a photo of the baby with the caption "My Dog For Life" ... and fans were quick to point out they thought the kid looked an awful lot like Bow Wow.

For his part, Bow Wow seemingly hinted the boy was his in his new song, "D.W.M.O.D," which is short for "Dealing With My Own Demons."

Bow Wow said the answers where there in the song, and he rapped about telling his daughter Shai Moss she has a brother ... "Shai asking about a brother, I don't know what to say. That's gone be one of them talks we have face-to-face. I'm looking in his eyes, I'm trying to see me in him. I'm peeping out his swag, and I see the resemblance."

Now Bow's made it clear, the boy is his.

Gigi Hadid's year just got a helluva lot better .... she's officially a MOM!!!

Gigi gave birth to her and Zayn Malik's first child together ... a baby girl.

Zayn is over the moon. He shared an adorable snap of his hand around his little one's, and said, "The love i feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding." He also assured everyone that their little bundle is 'Healthy & beautiful."

It was just a few weeks ago the supermodel showed off her growing baby bump. She looked pretty damn angelic and glamorous. In one of her pics, she simply captioned it, "Growing an angel :)"

She also posted a series of photos with the date July 26 ... probably the date she shot those pics. In another post, she cradled her belly and said, "Cherishing this time. Appreciate all the love & well wishes. Will never forget creating these special images with my friends @luigiandiango @gabriellak_j @erinparsonsmakeup thank you. I love you!"

TMZ broke the story ... Gigi was around 20-weeks pregnant when we reported the news back in April. Though, at first, she didn't come out and say it herself ... only dropping hints.

Like during her 25th birthday party celebration ... when Gigi flaunted big 2-5 balloons that also had blue and pink ribbons attached. She also posted pics about dining on spicy vodka sauce, with a twist -- she wrote, "but have no vodka... so without, but still gooood." See? Hints.

It wasn't until an appearance on Jimmy Fallon when Hadid finally fessed up.

Talk about being ahead of the curve ... this little guy is only halfway through his first year of life and already getting a taste of the water sports life, and handling it pretty freakin' well!

Meet Rich Humphreys, who's only 6 months old ... and apparently a waterskiing/wakeboarding prodigy. Check out this video that his parents posted of him holding his own on Lake Powell out in Utah. The kid's literally standing up and balancing himself as the boat pulls him.

His ma, Mindi, writes ... "Worlds youngest water skier!! #worldrecord 6 months 4 days old." Rich's pop, Casey, was just as stoked, saying ... " 6 months 4 days! Take one look at this kid and tell me he isn’t having the time of his life! Such a little stud! #worldrecord."

Indeed, he certainly looks like he's enjoying himself. What's unclear (and even crazier to think about) is if Rich can even walk yet!!! Obviously, the kid can get up on his own, but if he can water ski before he can even take his first steps ... he may be destined for this water life.

Speaking of which ... Mindi and Casey have made it quite clear that their boy is quite the outdoorsman. Rich has his own IG page, and he sure seems to dig roughin' it ... especially when H20 is involved.

Dr. Oz is appalled, and embarrassed, by stats like Black newborns are 3 times more likely to die under the care of white doctors -- and now he's on a mission to do something about it.

The doc joined "TMZ Live" on Tuesday to explain why he launched the #moreBlackdoctors initiative as part of his effort to raise awareness about racial bias in hospitals. He told us how one of his staffers opened his eyes to the Black community's view of the medical field.

Oz, who just kicked off the 12th season of his show, says he got goosebumps after learning Black babies taken care of by Black doctors have a higher survival rate than Black babies under the care of White doctors. It's shockingly true.

A recent study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the U.S. (PNAS) showed the mortality rate of Black newborns dwindled from 58% to 39% when they're under the care of Black docs. But, when it came to white babies, their mortality rate was hardly affected regardless of the doctor's race.

You'll recall, activist Bakari Sellers recently shared his shocking tale about his wife's pregnancy -- and Dr. Oz says that's a stark reminder of the biases that exist even in medicine.

The Kardashians are packing it in next year for "KUWTK" ... but they're going out with a bang, insinuating Kourtney and Scott Disick are back together and trying for baby #4.

The trailer for season 19 just dropped ... and it looks to be chock-full of drama. Among the moments ... pandemic, Tristan and Khloe rekindling their relationship, Kendall rebelling and Kourtney/Scott pregnancy rumors.

Check out Kourtney's reaction, or lack thereof. It's revealing, to say the least.

Now it seems both Scott and Kourtney are not with anyone else at the moment, so some people thought the decks were cleared for another go at it ... especially since they've been hanging together, and sometimes without the kids.

We'd been hearing they are not getting back together, but the promo seems to suggest otherwise.

Considering Scott and Sofia were on-again, off-again for a while -- now officially off, probably forever -- we suppose something like this could make sense. Time will tell though 🤷🏽‍♂️

Paris Hilton still loves her Boss Babe title but it seems as though she's eyeing a new role that may trump it all -- Boss Babe with a Baby ... as in MOM!!!

The OG influencer talked to our fearless reporter, Charlie, and revealed these days she's prioritizing family and relationships ahead of her business. When Paris is straight-up asked if she'd rather talk baby over billions ... Paris flashed her billion dollar smile and said yes.

Now, this isn't to say Paris is ready to get pregnant right now, but she certainly makes it seem like the conversation may be steering that way. In any event ... Paris makes it crystal clear she's focused on what really matters and is focused on the next phase of her life.

Paris says the video still brings an incredibly sour taste when she thinks about it ... adding she wishes she had never met Salomon, whom she ultimately sued for releasing the tape.

In any event ... sure seems Paris has put all of that behind her and has grown for the better. It helps that she looks like a billion bucks.
