Keshia Knight Pulliam's family is growing, and her latest addition to the brood has impeccable timing.

Keshia, AKA Rudy from "The Cosby Show", chose Sunday -- her birthday, BTW -- to announce she'd given birth to her second child. She shared a playful vid from the hospital bed with her husband Brad James, who was still in scrubs.

It's a cute moment ... Brad really seems to get into character saying "this is how grown people play doctor" before asking his wife about her symptoms and diet.

KKP wrote, "With this little one we are complete… Happy Birthday to me!!! What an eventful birthday week… 😆," Pulliam wrote on Instagram. "Thank you for the birthday wishes!! 😘"

It's unclear if she actually birthed the baby on her birthday, or just prior to Sunday ... Keshia's post wasn't that specific.

The vid ended with a photo with the entire family ... including Keshia's 6-year-old daughter Ella, who she shares with her ex, Edgerton Hartwell, and the newborn.

Just last month Keshia revealed they were expecting a boy.

Still no word on the little guy's name.

Hilary Swank had her hands full on Easter Sunday, but in a good way as she posed with 2 new bundles of joy in her arms.

The 2-time Oscar-winning actress took to Instagram to show the world her twin babies -- a boy and a girl -- after she had recently given birth.

In the photo, Hilary was seen holding the infants close to her chest while staring at a beautiful sunset with a caption that read ... "It wasn’t easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. Happy Easter! Posting from pure Heaven."

As you might recall, Hilary announced in October she and her second husband, entrepreneur Philip Schneider, were expecting.

At the time, she told "Good Morning America" that she had been longing to be a mom and was overjoyed that she was having twins with Philip, who she had married in 2018.

Celeb pals Sharon Stone, Sophia Bush and Viola Davis showered Hilary with support after seeing the photo of her newborns.

Sharon wrote, "God bless honey This is the most extraordinary journey ever ❣️so happy for you all."

Rihanna's got her pregnancy glow working again ... and it's clear she's looking forward to baby #2, because she's absolutely gushing about being a mom!

A$AP Rocky and his bae took their baby boy out Wednesday night in Santa Monica for dinner at their fave spot, Giorgio Baldi -- gotta start 'em early -- and it looks like he was loving it.

The 10-month-old -- whose name we still don't know -- was cheesin' for cameras as Rihanna walked out with him in her arms for the big family affair ... RiRi's mom, Monica, was there too.

There's no doubt motherhood looks good on the singer ... she was stunning in a Wu-Tang jersey, serious bling and shades, and even talked about her mommy lifestyle.

A photog outside the restaurant asked her how motherhood's changed her life, and she didn't hesitate ... immediately saying, "Motherhood is the bomb! It's the greatest."

BTW, being a mom might be the only thing Rihanna loves more than Giorgio Baldi. She's usually there at least a couple times a week -- plus take-out -- and that was before pregnancy cravings!

Paris Hilton can't get enough of her new title -- mom -- sharing more photos of her baby boy, whom she says is her "whole heart."

The reality star/entrepreneur posted a bunch of heart-tugging pics Monday -- or as she puts it Mommy Monday -- starring newborn Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum.

Paris and hubby Carter Reum welcomed the new kid on the block back in January after struggling to get pregnant ... and keeping it a secret from virtually everyone -- even family.

Paris has been reveling in motherhood ever since... showing off baby Phoenix like every other proud mom.

Blueface is seemingly coming to grips he's set to welcome a baby soon with his on-and-off-again girlfriend Chrisean Rock ... and he's also open to naming the child after himself.

TMZ Hip Hop linked up with the controversial couple Monday at LAX, where they opened up about their family plans, and, not shockingly, they're not exactly seeing eye-to-eye on potential names.

Chrisean rejected the "Blueface Baby" idea, but did pop the lid on some of the other names she's been debating -- both Royal Blue and Blue Royal have been ringing in her ears as of late.

The couple's toned down their public incidents in recent weeks ... following Blueface's birthday romp overseas, where he was still questioning whether he was the father of Chrisean's child.

Fans have been clamoring for the couple to do something more productive on social media besides fighting, and Blueface reveals they're releasing a couple of collab tracks later this month!!!

Chrisean just dropped a new track entitled, "Time," and seemed down for recording an album with her guy. Oddly, for Chrisean, she seemed a bit camera-shy this time around.

The girlfriend of Spencer Webb -- the former football star who tragically passed away in July -- gave birth to their son on Thursday ... sharing the news in an emotional post.

Kelly Kay published several Instagram photos of their son covered in an Oregon Ducks blanket on Friday ... featuring the caption, "Spider Webb 🕷️🕸️ 3/30/23."

The date of their son's birth is a week before Spencer's birthday -- April 7.

As we previously reported, Webb fell to his death during a cliff-diving accident at Triangle Lake in Oregon on July 13, 2022.

The Lane County Sheriff’s Office said the 22-year-old tight end hit his head and despite the efforts of bystanders and first responders, they were unable to save him.

This was an emotional pregnancy for Kay ... who said Webb always wanted to be a father.

"I know you'll be the best one from up above," Kay said last August.

"Can't believe I have to do it without you but knowing I'll have a piece of you keeps me going. I can't wait to meet the person that's half you, half me. I love you forever, both of you."

Colleges in China are giving students a spring break mission -- don't just hook up, get to know each other and maybe even fall in love ... as the country's seeing a drastic decline in birth and marriage rates.

Nine colleges, all run by the Fan Mei Education Group, are asking students to use their annual week-long hiatus to "get in touch with nature, and with your heart feel the beauty of spring," and most importantly ... "Go fall in love."

The schools have a heavy focus on romance this time around, although the break's been an annual event since 2019 ... just without the boning angle.

The love-making plea comes at a pretty fitting time -- China's facing massive dips in marriage and birth rates, and the country's been going all-in on getting those numbers back up ... with this college instruction being one of the latest methods.

Many businesses and provinces have reportedly been trying to come up with other effective ways to boost the stats ... like implementing a 30-day paid marriage leave or campaigns looking for city women to hook up with older rural men. We smell a reality show!

Looks like all the schools participating are vocational schools, specializing in aviation -- so go do your homework and join that mile-high club!

Forget doing gender reveals at parties, USMNT star Matt Turner did his at work ... booting a ball after a big soccer match Monday -- unveiling he and his partner are having a girl!!!

The awesome reveal went down right after the U.S. beat El Salvador, 1-0, in the CONCACAF Nations League tournament at Exploria Stadium in Florida.

Turner's squad huddled near the goalkeeper, and after an announcer gave him a countdown, the 28-year-old kicked a small soccer ball to reveal a cloud of pink smoke -- signaling he and his wife, Ashley, are going to be girl parents.

The team, crowd, and Turner all went crazy ... splashing water everywhere while hugging the Arsenal star.

Afterward, Turner told GOAL he's super excited about his baby girl's arrival ... but also nervous.

"It's a good feeling to know that we're gonna have a little baby girl and I think I'm in big, big trouble in the future," Turner said. "She's gonna have me wrapped around her finger!"

This will be Turner's second child with Ashley, an ex-NFL cheerleader ... they just had their son, Easton, last June.

Tennis superstar Naomi Osaka showed off a new fashion accessory while hanging around her home country of Japan this week ... posting a few pics of her growing baby bump!!

25-year-old Osaka -- who announced back in January she was expecting her first child -- was smiling from ear-to-ear in her Instagram post on Tuesday ... which is a rare public appearance for the athlete as she prepares for the baby.

In fact, Osaka recently poked fun at herself for being an introvert throughout the pregnancy ... saying, "Only Rihanna would get me to come out the house," after attending the Super Bowl in Arizona last month.

Naturally, Osaka's new post is getting a ton of positive feedback ... with followers praising the mom-to-be.

As we previously reported, Osaka and Cordae are expecting their first child together ... although it appears the talented M.C. is electing to keep this part of his life off social media so far.

Tennis legend Martina Navratilova says her recent battle with cancer has paused her plans for adoption with her wife ... even though she revealed she's now, thankfully, free of the disease.

Navratilova recently sat down with Piers Morgan to talk about everything she's been through since she was diagnosed with throat and breast cancer earlier this year ... and she admitted that despite beating it all -- it sadly led to her putting an indefinite pause on ideas of adoption with Julia Lemigova.

The 66-year-old, who also previously beat breast cancer in 2010, explained in the interview for Morgan's Talk TV show, "We were thinking about adopting but that's definitely put on hold, and I don't think it's going to happen."

She added, according to the Daily Mail, "I think it's just too complicated and the energy, I only have so much right now."

Navratilova then told Piers, "I'm not really the youngest anymore and I don't want to be the grandmother on the playground."

Lemigova, a 'Real Housewives Of Miami' star, said during a reunion show for the Bravo TV hit earlier this year that the couple had, at one point, actually been very close to adopting ... before Navratilova's battle took precedence.

At times during her interview with Morgan, Navratilova got emotional over everything ... wiping away tears.

She did, though, ultimately deliver some great news regarding her health ... saying doctors recently told her, "as far as they know I'm cancer-free."

Ashley Graham isn't looking to expand her family, revealing her husband actually had a vasectomy to prevent any chance of having more kiddos in the future.

Ashley got candid on the 'Milk Drunk' podcast, founded by Bobbie -- an organic formula company. The model was chatting it up about parenthood and her plans for the future before being asked if she was hoping to have any more children.

However, AG makes it clear, her hubby Justin Ervin is in "full vasectomy mode" and "shooting blanks". In other words ... it ain't happening!!!

Ashley and Justin tied the knot in 2010, and they've since welcomed three kids together.

Of course, it seems as though the mommy and model already has a lot on her plate. You'll recall her recent Oscars gig ... though she wound up having a very awkward exchange with Hugh Grant.

A$AP Rocky is not among those who have an issue with Tems blocking the view of the people sitting behind her at the Oscars ... his reaction is quite the opposite.

We got the rapper and a very pregnant Rihanna leaving lunch at Bottega Louie in West Hollywood on Wednesday and we asked the parents about Tems' controversial outfit.

A$AP can only laugh at the people ripping Tems on social media for being rude ... and Rihanna seems to have similar feelings.

It's worth noting ... Tems was at the Oscars because of her musical work on 'Wakanda Forever' ... the Nigerian singer is a co-writer on a song RiRi performs for the movie.

So, there may be some bias here from Rihanna and A$AP.

Lindsay Lohan won't have to do parenthood all on her own, 'cause she'll have Mom and Dad to help bring up the baby around Lohan family members ... so say her parents.

Michael Lohan tells TMZ he plans to be in Lindsay's kid's life, one way or another. He says he and his daughter are on good terms, and have been for years now. Ditto for his relations with his ex-wife, Dina, who's also planning to be involved as a grandma.

We're told the pregnancy has brought the Lohans closer as a family unit, and they're all on the same page in terms of introducing the child to extended relatives ... like grandpa Mike and grammy Dina.

As for logistics, Mike says he doesn't know where Lindsay will give birth, but he assumes it'll be in Dubai ... where she lives with her husband, Bader Shammas. If that's the case, ML says he probably won't make the birth in person ... but he's excited to meet his grandkid shortly thereafter.

Now, in terms of gender -- something Lindsay has yet to announce -- Mike says he knows what it is, but can't disclose it at this point. He doesn't care if it's a boy or girl, he says all that matters is the newborn is healthy.

When it comes to Dina ... she's equally excited, telling TMZ they're all in a good place, and over the moon. One big difference from Mike, though, is she says she'll be with Lindsay for the birth.

We're told this has been a long time coming for Lindsay, who Dina says always wanted to be a mom ... and who she believes will do a rock star job at it. DL says Lindsay told her the news quite a while ago, and is already working on the nursery.

She wouldn't give up whether it's pink or blue.

As for where Lindsay and Bader plan to raise their child ... Dina says they'll split time between Dubai and NY -- as LiLo's main work projects will be Stateside.

One last thing ... Dina says she's already been sharing motherly advice with Lindsay, and they're more in sync than ever. She also expects she'll have more than one kid, but no timeline for baby #2. One at a time, right?

Georgina Rodriguez is opening up on the death of her and Cristiano Ronaldo's twin baby boy ... breaking down in tears as she relived the tragedy.

"This year I had the best and the worst moment of my life in an instant," the 29-year-old said in a trailer for her Netflix show released on Wednesday.

Rodriguez was overcome with emotion as she discussed the aftermath of the devastating experience that impacted their family last April ... saying, "Life is hard. Life goes on."

"I have reasons to move on and be strong."

The clip shows the soccer superstar with their newborn baby, Bella Esmeralda ... and Rodriguez said he was a rock for her as they did their best to return to normalcy.

"Cris really encouraged me to continue with my agenda," Rodriguez added. "He said, 'Gio, get on with life. It'll do you good.'"

"My priority right now is my family and my children," she said. "I'm so happy and thankful."

Lindsay Lohan and her husband Bader Shammas are starting a family ... she's got a bun in the oven.

Lindsay tells TMZ ... "We are very excited for our new family member to arrive and we are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives!"

This baby will be the first for Lindsay ... so this is a huge life milestone for the 36-year-old.

Lindsay was last photographed a little over a month ago, and she was wearing loose fitting clothes covering her belly.

Remember ... Lindsay and Bader tied the knot last year, with the announcement coming on her birthday. The expecting parents started dating just before the pandemic shut down the world, and in November 2021 she announced their engagement.

Lindsay's been through all sorts of ups and downs over her three-decade career in Hollywood, and now she's going to be a mother.

Spice is alive and well and she's got some very exciting news -- she's having a baby, which is a huge difference from the rumors she'd disappeared due to a bad plastic surgery.

The Queen of Dancehall made her pregnancy announcement Tuesday ... posting a photo of herself in an all-blue getup with an obviously preggo belly. In the caption, she wrote, "God has been so good to me. 💙💙💙"

Unclear if all the blue is also a gender reveal.

The baby news comes not long after rumors began swirling about why she went MIA on social media late last year. The rumor mill worked overtime and cranked out theories Spice had disappeared or was in a coma due to a plastic surgery gone wrong.

ICYMI, she ended up clearing the air, telling her followers she was not in a coma or dead, but had actually suffered a damaged hernia and was rushed to the hospital for immediate surgery.

At the time, she said she was taking time to recover. She also took time to get pregnant, obviously ... and she's smiling from ear to ear about it. While we don't know how far along she is, it's clear from the pic she's well beyond first trimester.
