Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have officially expanded their family -- "The Hills" star gave birth to the couple's second child.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ Heidi went into labor Wednesday, so she and Spencer headed to an L.A.-area hospital. After waiting a few hours, they decided to go back home and wait it out.

Fast forward to Thursday, the couple went back to the hospital and Heidi delivered a healthy baby boy at 11:31 AM weighing 7lb and 9oz ... we don't know the baby's name yet.

We're told it was an easy birth, taking only about 45 minutes, and both Heidi and the couple's newest bundle are doing fine.

Baby boy marks the couple's second son, Heidi gave birth to Gunner back in 2017.

In a funny video from the hospital on Wednesday, Spencer showed Heidi getting her makeup done while in labor. You gotta imagine she was planning on taking plenty of pics after giving birth and wanted to look her best.

Paris Hilton and her hubby Carter Reum are still working on having their first child, but she doesn't see it as a difficult journey -- and she can't figure out why her mother said it was.

We got Paris and Carter Tuesday at LAX and she was glowing about their first year as a married couple ... their anniversary was Nov. 11. The happy couple's spoken openly about wanting to start a family, via IVF, so we asked how that process was going.

Again, Paris couldn't sound more positive -- she said they're stockpiled on embryos and ready to go ... almost making it sound like it's just a matter of them deciding the time's right to get pregnant.

Her take seems 180 degrees from what Kathy Hilton recently expressed about her daughter's baby-making process, telling E! News ... "It breaks my heart because I know she is trying and trying and I always say, 'Just relax.' So many people, they struggle and it doesn't just happen like that."

Paris told us she has no idea why her mom would have that idea about her and Carter. Watch the clip ... she also seems slightly annoyed Kathy was even discussing it publicly.

She did offer some words of wisdom for anyone else in the same boat as Carter and herself.

WWE superstar Carmella says after spending 12 hours in an emergency room on Saturday, she sadly suffered a miscarriage.

The 35-year-old announced the news on her Instagram page Monday morning ... calling it all "devastating."

The wrestler -- real name Leah Van Dale -- says she began feeling "sharp pains on my left side" over the weekend, and went to the hospital. Following a battery of tests, she learned she had an ectopic pregnancy, and would lose her baby.

"The reason I’m sharing all of this is because in the moment it feels so isolating," Carmella said in a caption on a photograph of her in a hospital bed. "Why doesn’t anyone ever talk about this?"

"For anyone dealing with ANY type of pregnancy loss," she added, "I want you to know your feelings and emotions are valid, there is NOTHING wrong with you and you are not alone. ❤️."

Tragically, Carmella revealed this is the second time she's had to experience this -- announcing in her post that she had previously suffered a miscarriage in September.

Post Malone's up for any huge task during his shows, even those outside of music -- like, revealing the gender of his fans' baby while up onstage!!!

The rapper got to answer that very important question after his concert in Tulsa ... while greetin' some fans and signing autographs Friday night, an envelope was stuck to one poster -- which is where Post got the sweet opportunity.

You can hear the excitement in the guy's voice ... and after some well-deserved anticipation, Post's eyes light up, and he reveals ... the fans are having a girl!!

The future dad seemed to be still reeling after the good news ... because he was absolutely jumping with joy in an elevator afterward.

Post and his fan have something in common, now -- both are girl dads!

TMZ broke the story, PM is expecting his first kid with his GF  ... and he subtly announced her birth in June while on Howard Stern's show.

BTW, Post seems to be in better spirits and health at his shows -- as you know, he fell into a hole during a September gig and injured his rib, and then messed up his ankle at an ATL show this month.

J.J. Watt and Kealia Ohai are parents!!

The Arizona Cardinals star and pro soccer player made the announcement Tuesday evening ... saying their baby boy arrived on Oct. 23.

The couple -- who got married in February 2020 -- shared a photo with their bundle of joy in the hospital bed on Instagram.

"Love and happiness have reached heights we never even knew existed," Watt said in the caption.

The couple also revealed their son's name -- Koa James Watt.

The great news had their post swarmed with comments from fans and NFL players ... including Watt's little brother and Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker, T.J.

"Welcome to the family Koa!!!" T.J. said on the post.

The Arizona Cardinals and the NFL also congratulated the 3-time Defensive Player of the Year ... with the league account saying, "KJ Watt! Congrats JJ and Kealia!"

This kid definitely has sports in his blood ... besides his dad being a 5-time Pro Bowler, his mom is a Chicago Red Stars midfielder. Plus his uncles are pros as well.

Safe to say the kid will have a future as an athlete if he wants.

Big Sean is all geeked about becoming a parent -- he and his partner Jhené Aiko are expecting a baby boy, and it means Sean's gonna be stepping away from his J-O-B for a bit.

We got Sean Don at LAX and tried to get some insight on potential baby names. He admits it's a great topic to cover, but also said he's coming up empty on options -- or, at least, that's what he's telling us.

Ya gotta figure he and Jhené have discussed a few.

The glowing couple just celebrated the pregnancy with a dazzling baby shower, and Sean tells us he's actually looking forward to taking some time to get acquainted with his son.

Fans demand so much from artists -- especially in the streaming era -- but Sean definitely agrees there should be some sort of paternity grace for dads in hip hop.

While he doesn't have a foreseeable date for his return to music, Sean still has a musician's ear -- he recommended DJ Drama and Jeezy's "SnoFall" mixtape ... as well as Taylor Swift's Spotify-crashing "Midnights" album for your playlist updates.

Kylie Jenner is getting real about her struggles with postpartum depression, admitting she suffered from "saggy t--s" and the "baby blues."

The billionaire cosmetics mogul goes deep about the birth of her second child she shares with Travis Scott during a second season episode of "The Kardashians" Hulu show.

Kylie says, "I cried non-stop all day for the first three weeks. 'It's just the baby blues and then it kinda goes away. I had it with Stormi too." She added, before it went away she had to "lay in bed and my head would hurt so much."

Kylie also offered this ... "Nothing's stopping me [from wearing mini dresses]," she says. "I feel really good about my body. Like, I see my body and I love my body, my saggy t--s."

Kendall reveals she's starting "a new chapter in my career. 818 is my baby. I've been working on it for about five years now and I can't wait to just continue to grow the brand and it is just the best and really crazy."

Well, smart move ... because that's clearly where the money is. Just ask Clooney, Gerber, etc.

Cody Bellinger's season may be over, but the star Dodgers outfielder has a big reason to be happy -- he's having another baby with his model girlfriend, Chase Carter!!!

Bellinger's GF shared the exciting news on Wednesday ... posting a photo showing off her baby bump alongside Cody, Junior (the family's dog), and their daughter, Caiden, writing, "Sibling on the way."

Cody, 27, and Chase, 25, welcomed their first bundle of joy to the world last November ... with the Dodgers org. posting photos of Bellinger sleeping alongside his daughter.

Cody and Chase have been dating since 2020 ... and the couple seems more than thrilled about the newest addition to their growing family.

In July, the lovebirds celebrated their second anniversary ... posing for a pic with Caiden on the field at Dodger Stadium.

"2 years and many more," Cody captioned the pic.

Bellinger and Carter are one hot couple -- the MLBer has made nearly $40 million on the field during his career ... and the model has been featured in several magazines, most notably the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue and Maxim.

Bellinger's season may have ended in disappointment ... but this news is sure to put a smile on his face.

WNBA star Skylar Diggins-Smith has another bundle of joy on the way -- announcing on Monday she's expecting her second child!

The Phoenix Mercury point guard surprised everyone on Monday by posting photos of her pregnant belly on Instagram.

"New addition loading 🧡," the 32-year-old said in the caption.

This isn't Diggins-Smith's first blessing ... remember, the 6-time WNBA All-Star played the entire 2018 season while pregnant with her first child -- when she was with the Dallas Wings.

Skylar and her husband, former Notre Dame receiver Daniel Smith, hid her pregnancy from everyone -- saying back in October 2019 via Twitter, "I played the ENTIRE season pregnant last year!"

"All-star, and led league (top 3-5) in MPG....didn’t tell a soul."

Diggins-Smith opted out of the 2019 season after giving birth to her son that April due to postpartum depression ... and she's been public about not receiving the necessary help from her team.

"Having no support from your own organization is unfortunate," Diggins said.

"People called me a quitter, said I gave up on my team, etc., etc. Not knowing I took two FULL months away from everything because of postpartum depression."

Diggins-Smith added, "With limited resources to help me be successful mentally/physically. But just wait though....KEEP THAT SAME ENERGY."

Of course, Diggins-Smith ended up with the Phoenix Mercury after a sign-and-trade deal in February 2020 ... and has been a key player since.

In the last two years, Diggins-Smith -- the 3rd overall pick in the 2013 WNBA Draft -- averaged 17.7 points, 4.7 assists, and 3.2 rebounds per game, making the playoffs in both seasons.

A woman says ex-NFL star and "pro-life" Senate candidate Herschel Walker paid for her abortion back in 2009, an allegation the football-player-turned-politician calls "a flat-out lie" ... but Walker's son, Christian, is now also putting him on blast.

According to The Daily Beast, the woman -- who did not want to be ID'ed publicly "out of privacy concerns" -- became pregnant with Walker's child in 2009. She claims a short time later, Walker asked her to get an abortion. She told the outlet she went through with it, and Walker funded the entire thing.

The Daily Beast says the woman provided it with an abortion clinic receipt for $575, a "get well" card that Walker allegedly penned to her -- as well as "a bank deposit receipt that included an image of a signed $700 personal check from Walker."

Herschel, though, said the claims are complete BS -- writing in a statement shortly after the outlet published the article, "I deny this in the strongest possible terms."

"It's disgusting, gutter politics," said Walker, a Republican who's gunning to unseat Sen. Raphael Warnock in next month's midterm elections in Georgia.

"I'm not taking this anymore," he added. "I planning to sue the Daily Beast for this defamatory lie."

Walker's son, Christian, a conservative, posted a video shortly after his dad's denial accusing the 60-year-old of, among other things, threatening to kill him and his family in the past.

"I know my mom and I would really appreciate if my father Herschel Walker stopped lying and making a mockery of us," Christian Walker said on his Twitter page. "You're not a 'family man' when you left us to bang a bunch of women, threatened to kill us, and had us move over 6 times in 6 months running from your violence."

He added, "I don't care about someone who has a bad past and takes accountability. But how DARE YOU LIE and act as though you’re some 'moral, Christian, upright man.' You've lived a life of DESTROYING other peoples lives. How dare you."

Herschel said in a tweet of his own following Christian's, "I LOVE my son no matter what."

Nick Cannon has a couple early birthday gifts this year cause he just welcomed his 10th baby ... just 2 weeks after his 9th child was born.

The extremely proud dad shared the news Friday about his newborn son, Rise Messiah Cannon. on IG. He wrote, "Another Blessing!!! As my journey on this planet becomes more and more remarkable and unfathomable, all I can do is thank God and continue to ask the Most High to order my steps."

Rise is Nick's 3rd child with his ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell.

He went on to thank Brittany for what he calls 48 hours of excruciating pain and life-risking danger, saying ... "Thank you Brittany for my fellow little Libra! I love you and our Incredible Family!"

Of course, the new bundle of joy comes just weeks after Nick's daughter Onyx Ice Cole Cannon with model LaNisha Cole was born.

As we've reported, Abby De La Rosa, is also due next month with their third child together.

FYI Nick's birthday is also next month, so it looks like he's gonna be doing ALOT of celebrating this season.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is being sued by Kim Porter's niece ... who claims she was wrongfully terminated after she told him she got pregnant and needed to take maternity leave.

In legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a woman referred to as Jane Roe -- who identifies herself as Kim's niece -- is suing Diddy, Tri Star Sports, and others, claiming she became a full-time nanny to Diddy's twins after Kim passed away in November 2018. Jane says she was then fired 2 years later when she requested maternity leave.

She claims the day after Kim passed away, Diddy asked her to live at his estate and become a full-time nanny to his twins, Jessie James and D'Lila -- adding she "was responsible for the twins' 24/7 care."

Jane says she got pregnant in August 2020 and told Diddy she needed to take maternity leave ... but says Diddy was "infuriated" and terminated her employment around the time she was set to begin her time off.

Roe claims she was told through Diddy's reps she was canned because she was pregnant and unmarried -- which "purportedly set a bad example" for his daughters.

She's seeking unspecified damages.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim was found dead at her Toluca Lake home in 2018, it was later revealed she died from a form of pneumonia.

Senator Ted Cruz claims to know what happened in Chrissy Teigen's body better than she does -- he's insisting she actually had a miscarriage, NOT an abortion as she recently stated.

Cruz made the controversial comments on his podcast "Verdict with Ted Cruz" ... in response to Chrissy saying she now realizes it was an abortion back in 2020 when her son, Jack, died after she suffered placental abruption at 20 weeks.

At the time, she'd said it was a miscarriage, but a year later she says she processed it differently ... especially because doctors were certain Jack wouldn't survive.

Ironically, the guy who got the label "Lyin Ted" is now calling Chrissy a liar -- on the podcast, he said, "If there’s a medical procedure in that context, it’s not an abortion ... nobody argues that when the woman’s life is in danger, that you can’t take extraordinary medical steps to preserve the mother’s life."

His take seems to be ... if the procedure is done to save the mother's life, then it's not an abortion -- even if doctors know the fetus will die.

Cruz thinks Chrissy's only calling it an abortion now to make a political point about the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. He says, "She may want to characterize it as abortion in this political context, but she described it at the time as a miscarriage. And it certainly sounds like that was an accurate description."

A family in Utah will certainly have a story to tell their newest member ... because a 56-year-old mom is carrying her son's baby.

You read that right, 56-year-old Nancy Hauck volunteered to carry her son Jeff and his wife Cambria's 5th child, a girl. Cambria is unable to carry a pregnancy after getting a life-saving hysterectomy.

Jeff and Cambria already have 2 sets of twins, but wanted more, and that's when grandma decided she'd work as the vessel to carry the new kiddo.

Nancy, however, did express concern about carrying a baby at her age, but after docs gave her the green light she acted fast before she began menopause. It's been 26 years since Nancy was last pregnant.

Khloe Kardashian has given everyone the first peek at her baby, but she dropped some info about Tristan Thompson and the child he had with another woman that is really messed up.

The cameras were rolling at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center July 28 when Khloe and Tristan were able to hold their newborn for the first time. TMZ broke the story that they had the baby boy via surrogate.

Now here's what's messed up. In Season 2 of "The Kardashians," which dropped on Hulu Thursday, Khloe says Tristan knew he was having a baby with another woman when he pressured Khloe to have another child with him.

She says Tristan found out Maralee Nichols was pregnant with his child in July 2021 and afterward put the heat on Khloe to have their second child. She says just before Thanksgiving, an embryo was implanted in the surrogate.

Then, in December, Khloe found out about Maralee's pregnancy.

Khloe made it clear on the show, she never would have gone down this path had she known about the other baby before committing to another child of their own ... "Why would I want to have a baby with someone who is having a baby with someone else? I'm not that much of a sociopath. I'm a lunatic, but not that f***ing deranged."

As you know, Tristan and Khloe are co-parenting 4-year-old True. His involvement going forward was not discussed on the show.

Khloe Kardashian clearly had a tough time dealing with the revelation Tristan Thompson had a baby with another woman at the same time she and Tristan were expecting a child of their own.

Khloe broke down in tears as she described the pain in a promotional video for the show. Kris Jenner followed suit with her own tears.

It's gotta be painful for sure, but it's also content for season 2 of their show, so clearly anything goes.

TMZ broke the story back in July ... Khloe and Tristan were expecting a boy via surrogate ... as stories surfaced Tristan just had a baby with personal trainer Maralee Nichols last December.
