Khloe Kardashian was horribly conflicted on what last name to give her baby girl in the wake of Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal ... before finally deciding to go with Thompson.

Our Kardashians sources tell us ... Khloe chose the name True about a month ago, and up until the cheating scandal broke -- it was a lock that True's last name would be her father's.

We're told that quickly faded after video from October surfaced -- days before Khloe went into labor -- of Tristan cheating on her ... and she was beyond conflicted on whether to go with Kardashian or Thompson when it was time to fill out True's birth certificate.

Our Kardashian sources say it took Khloe a couple days after True was born before she finally decided the right thing to do was give the baby Tristan's surname.

Khloe and True are on their own now with Tristan Thompson, because her fam just hopped on a private jet out of Cleveland.

Kris Jenner and her daughters -- Kim, Kourtney and Kendall -- were wheels up and bound for L.A. Tuesday afternoon. Kris has stayed in Cleveland since last week when Khloe gave birth, but the sisters flew back into Ohio yesterday.

As we reported, Khloe and Tristan's relationship is in ruins right now, and her plan is to bounce out of Cleveland as soon as she and True are medically cleared to make the flight back to Cali.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's relationship is in shambles ... despite an appearance Khloe created that her union is still tight.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Khloe has not spoken to Tristan for several days because she's still furious after finding out he repeatedly cheated on her, and embarrassed her in the process.

We're told while Khloe's recent post made it appear as if she and Tristan were solid -- unveiling the baby's name as "our little girl," True Thompson -- sources tell us it's just a facade and their relationship is hanging by a thread.

We're told Khloe is nowhere near forgiving Tristan ... and the same goes for the rest of the Klan, including Rob, who is raging at Tristan. For now ... Khloe's putting on a brave face for the sake of their daughter. Khloe's sisters are also livid.

Khloe and the baby are staying at Tristan's house in Cleveland for the time being, largely because all of the baby gear is in the nursery there. But, they haven't been alone since Khloe was released from the hospital. There is definitely a chill in the air.

Kris has been by Khloe's side since the birth, and Kim, Kourtney and Kendall flew to Cleveland on Monday to support their sister after she had an emotional breakdown. But things will soon change. We're told once Khloe's medically cleared to fly, she's getting the hell outta Dodge and bringing True back with her to L.A.

Aside from being the baby daddy, Tristan's status with Khloe is tenuous at best.

Khloe Kardashian just got some major family reinforcements on the ground again in Cleveland, 'cause her sisters just touched down to be by her side after a rough week.

Kim, Kendall and Kourtney were spotted stepping off their private jet in The Land Monday after a long Coachella weekend -- the same day Khloe announced the name of her and Tristan Thompson's newborn baby girl ... one True Thompson.

As you'll recall, Kim and Kourtney flew into Cleveland last Wednesday ahead of the birth ... but jetted back to L.A. a day later. Kris stuck around, though ... and now the whole fam (sans Kylie) seems to be reunited yet again amid a tumultuous time for the new parents.

Cardi B just did what Beyonce refused to last year -- making her debut at Coachella while SUPER pregnant ... but her ever-growing baby bump didn't slow her down one bit.

Cardi hit the stage Sunday night for Day 3 of the festival, where she performed hit songs from her album "Invasion of Privacy." She was rockin' an all white mesh top and high-waisted pants that kept her baby bump from being too visible.

But still, there was no hiding that bump, and Cardi wasn't slowing down one bit just because she was preggo -- she twerked all over the stage and hyped up the crowd. She even brought out 21 Savage, YG, G-Eazy, Chance the Rapper, and Kehlani for surprise cameos. Safe to say, pregnancy ain't no thang for Cardi when it comes to getting that Coachella $$$$.

Khloe Kardashian leads a busy lifestyle, so she's making sure her first child is equipped to be a baby-on-the-go as well ... TMZ has learned.

We're told in the week leading up to Khloe giving birth, she was stocking up on items for the baby, but panicked when she realized she was low on luggage and other travel items for her daughter.

Our sources say she loaded up with about 20 items from Bev Hills baby boutique Petit Tresor -- it's a fave stop for the Kardashians. We're told Khloe dropped just under $4,000 to get a BabyZen Yoyo Travel Stroller, a Medela Pump On-The-Go Station, and a Storksak Travel Diaper Bag ... to name a few gems off her list.

It's interesting -- at the time of her purchase, we're told Khloe was anticipating a lot of back and forth trips from L.A. to Cleveland to be with her boyfriend and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.

Khloe Kardashian has a care package on the way that's perfect for a new mother ... especially one dealing with a cheating baby daddy.

TMZ has learned that Kim and Kourtney dropped thousands to rush a gift basket to Khloe after news broke Tristan Thompson cheated on her ... and shortly before she gave birth. We're told they ordered it Wednesday night and it's been sent to Cleveland to provide Khloe some added comfort.

Our sources say the gifts are being placed in a $5,000 Noitte Fatata custom bassinet from Bev Hills baby boutique Petit Tresor ... which the family loved when they previously visited.

We're told the care package includes a full arrangement of Erbaviva's organic Awaken, Embrace, Breathe and Relax bath and body products to pamper both mom and baby ... which cost about $1,000.

It also includes Little Giraffe Snow Leopard Print blankets, pillows, and a robe for Khloe and her new child ... for about $1,500 more.

Part of Khloe Kardashian's backup team is pulling outta town, now that she's successfully birthed her baby girl.

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian boarded their private jet Thursday afternoon in Cleveland, heading back to Los Angeles. The sisters, along with Kris Jenner and Khloe's pal, Malika Haqq all jetted to the expectant mom's side on Wednesday.

They weren't there just for the birth, but to support her through Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal. Despite the videos of him making out, motorboating and hanging at his hotel with multiple other women -- Tristan was in the delivery room.

Tristan Thompson's getting away from what's gotta be a very tense spot for him -- Khloe Kardashian's hospital room, hours after she gave birth to their baby girl.

The Cleveland Cavaliers star slipped out of the hospital a little less than 12 hours after the arrival of his and Khloe's first child together. Hard to miss 6'9" Tristan ... who, as TMZ reported, was in the delivery room early Thursday morning.

As we told you, Tristan was surrounded by Khloe's sisters -- Kim and Kourtney -- as well as Kris Jenner and Malika Haqq during the birth. We know the family's pissed about those videos of him with other women -- last weekend in NYC, and also 6 months ago in Washington, DC -- so y'know Tristan was feeling the heat.

Kinda the ultimate good news/bad news situation.

Khloe Kardashian has given birth to her first kid ... TMZ has learned.

Khloe delivered a baby girl early Thursday morning -- around 4 AM EDT -- at a hospital outside Cleveland ... according to our Kardashian sources. We're told the little girl does not have a name yet. Kourtney, Kim, Kris and Khloe's BFF Malika were by her side during the birth. Tristan Thompson was also there.

This is Khloe and the Cavaliers star's first baby together, but, of course, it comes smack in the middle of a tumultuous time for the couple.

TMZ broke the story ... Tristan cheated on Khloe back in October when she was only 3 months pregnant. As we reported, he was caught on video making out and motorboating 2 women at a hookah lounge outside of Washington, D.C. And just 5 days ago, he was seen taking a woman back to his NYC hotel.

Khloe revealed the sex of the baby on the season finale of 'KUWTK.' The baby shower was pretty baller, and her baby registry was no joke, too.

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe got pregnant not long after her sisters, Kylie and Kim (via surrogate).

We were told Khloe conceived naturally. She and Tristan have been dating for well over a year, but their current relationship status is murky, to say the least.

Khloe Kardashian won't let Tristan Thompson's cheating ways deny him of the opportunity to witness the birth of his daughter ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Khloe's devastated by the recent revelations, but understands the importance of the birth in the lives of everyone involved. We're told Khloe doesn't want her personal feelings to ruin one of the most important moments in a person's life ... the birth of a child.

We're told Khloe's putting her feelings on hold, realizing for better or worse Tristan is the father of their child and knowing a bond between father and child can be cemented in the delivery room.

What we don't know ... if Tristan is game to participate or if any new allegations or actions may surface to sway Khloe's opinion.

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe started having early contractions Wednesday just hours after videos surfaced of Tristan hooking up with other women.

As we reported, Kris flew to Cleveland early Wednesday morning to support Khloe, and Kim and other family and friends plan to be there by Friday.

One of the chicks Tristan Thompson made out with back in October says she had no idea he was serious with Khloe Kardashian ... much less that she was having his baby.

The woman's name is Marie -- she's the one on the left in the surveillance video -- and sources close to her tell TMZ ... Marie was given the impression Tristan and Khloe's relationship was casual. We're told she later learned Tristan and Khloe had been together for almost a year ... and, at that point, she cut off the fling.

Our source says Marie is a mother herself, and did not want to be a homewrecker.

TMZ broke the story ... Tristan cheated with Marie and another woman at a D.C. area hookah lounge. The video shows them making out and getting very handsy ... with Tristan's junk.

For what it's worth, that encounter went down 11 days after we broke the story Khloe and Tristan were expecting their first kid.

And here's a crazy un-related fact -- we're told Marie was at the Miami party last month where Chris Brown grabbed a woman's neck. She's the one in the floral dress. You'll recall, Chris said it was all just horseplay, and we're told Marie says the same.

Khloe Kardashian is having early contractions and her family is jetting to Cleveland to be by her side and lend support in the wake of the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the contractions just started and, although there's no way to know, it may not be a coincidence it happened just hours after videos surfaced of Tristan hooking up with other women. We're told her due date is late April, but it looks like the baby is coming soon.

Our sources say Kris Jenner flew out Wednesday morning and Kim, along with other family members and friends are scheduled to fly out Thursday and Friday.

We're told the family is extremely upset over the revelations about Tristan ... they say they were in the dark until Tuesday.

As for Tristan ... he has a game tonight in Cleveland, on the heels of his team's NYC trip ... which included his apparent rendezvous with a side chick. As we first reported, he was also with 2 other women last Fall in a D.C. area club.

Tristan Thompson was brazenly cheating on Khloe Kardashian with not one but two women back in October, when Khloe was 3 months pregnant.

TMZ obtained this surveillance video recorded October 7, 2017 at a hookah lounge outside Washington D.C. You see Tristan with 3 women, 2 of whom are fully engaged with Khloe's baby daddy.

Tristan makes out with one of the women, tongue and all. The other grabs his head, brings it to her chest and he motorboats her. And the same woman grabs his junk.

The video was recorded the night before the Cleveland Cavaliers played the Washington Wizards.

Tristan also appeared to take another woman into a hotel room just last weekend.

If Cardi B was worried about haters popping off about her pregnancy, she isn't anymore ... because she got tons of love -- like an NYC street-full of it -- at MTV.

It's a gross understatement to say Cardi got swarmed Tuesday evening as she left the taping of her TRL special. The crowd mobbed her from the second she stepped onto the sidewalk, and continued surrounding her SUV as she attempted to drive away.

She even signed some autographs -- from the safety of her ride -- before making a getaway.

As you know, Cardi finally announced over the weekend she and Offset are expecting ... even though we'd caught wind of it weeks ago.

Cardi B briefly considered getting an abortion, but only "kinda, sorta" ... and ultimately decided this was the right time to tackle motherhood, regardless of her exploding rap career.

That's how Cardi broke down what was going through her head when she and Offset got pregnant. She was on Power 105.1's 'Breakfast Club' Tuesday morning when Charlamagne tha God asked her point-blank if abortion was discussed.

As we've told you ... this is a huge year for her professionally, with the release of her first studio album, Coachella, and a full tour later this year with Bruno Mars.

Cardi's decided she can handle all of it PLUS having her first baby ... because she's a grown woman who's absolutely "prepared for this."

But, you gotta see how she puts it. Sounds better coming from her ... like most things.
