Nicki Minaj told a full house Saturday she's pregnant -- at least that's the way it seemed -- and it sure felt real.

Nicki and Meek Mill were performing in Pennsylvania when she told the crowd, "Make some noise for my baby father." Watch the video ... the camera pans to Meek, who raises his hands in elation.

Elisabetta Canalis will not saddle her baby with the name of any of her exes ... perhaps a shot at her most famous ex ... George Clooney.

Canalis and her surgeon hubby Brian Perri were hilarious leaving Mr. Chow Thursday night, with Brian making it clear there are lots of names off the table because Elisabetta had lots of BFs.

They're having a girl, so George would be improbable.

Then again, anyone ever see "Georgy Girl."

Louis Tomlinson had a command performance with someone more important than the Queen ... his baby mama's mama.

We've learned Louis snuck away last month from One Direction's "On the Road Again" tour and flew to L.A. to meet Briana Jungwirth's mom. It appears the purpose of the visit ... to either break the news about Briana's pregnancy or get her seal of approval.

It worked like a charm. Louis, Briana, her mom and little brother spent an afternoon hanging out in West Hollywood where they cavorted with Louis' monkey pal in the "Steal My Girl" video.

We're told Louis made it clear to his baby mama's mama ... he's excited about the baby and promises to be a good dad after Briana pops in early 2016.

Kim Kardashian just went off on the South ... declaring North the greatest direction of them all -- though she's clearly biased.

KK wasn't breaking down the Battle of Gettysburg -- she was talking to Shaquille O'Neal on his podcast (yep, he's got one too) ... about the public pressure to name baby #2 South West.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim isn't going back to that well, and is opting for a more traditional name this time around -- but listen to her diss the whole notion of the South, or any other direction.

As she puts it ... they're all "lower" directions.

62-year-old Jeff Goldblum is finally a dad ... because his 32-year-old wife (a former Olympian) just gave birth to their first kid ... on Independence Day!!!

Goldblum and his wife Emilie Livingston announced the good news on social media -- introducing their new son, Charlie Ocean Goldblum.

FYI -- Emilie was a rhythmic gymnast for Team Canada in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney ... and placed 17th in the All Around competition. Since then, she's become a professional aerialist -- performing with huge stars like Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez and Trey Songz.

Livingston and Goldblum married in November 2014 ... and she announced the pregnancy the day before the two tied the knot.

Former "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Althea Eaton and Benzino are expecting their first child together -- and this time they mean it.

Sources close to the fiery couple tell TMZ, Althea’s 5 months deep, and expecting a baby boy in November.

Pregnancy rumblings first surfaced in March, but only because Althea blasted the news out on social media. The confusion started when she and Benzino deleted the pregnancy announcement ... leaving fans to wonder if something went wrong.

They've been mum on the topic ever since.

It's a big step for the couple. Their tumultuous relationship was well documented on 'LHHA' until they were kicked off the show after season 3 for the now infamous reunion show brawl and death threats against co-stars.

Bristol Palin makes no apparent sense ... now she says her latest out of wedlock baby was planned.

Bristol just posted what looks squarely inconsistent with what she wrote when she announced her pregnancy. She says in her latest blog post, "This pregnancy was actually planned."

Bristol -- who became an abstinence spokesperson and urged women to prevent such pregnancies -- says there's a big difference between her pregnant at 17 and 24.

It's unclear how this was a mistake if it was planned, and the regret that laced her previous sentiments is now gone. She also says she can't wait for baby #2.

The only possible explanation we can think of ... maybe she and her fiancé got pregnant in anticipation of marriage but then they broke up.

Bristol Palin just threw cold water on what's supposed to be a joyous occasion ... being pregnant.

Palin's in the early stages of her second out of wedlock pregnancy, and this time she's full on grumpy, saying she knows it will be "a huge disappointment to my family, to my close friends, and to many of you."

Bristol says she's "trying to keep [my] chin up on this one."

Sarah Palin's daughter was engaged to U.S. Marine veteran Dakota Meyer, but they broke things off last month. Bristol didn't say if Dakota's the dad.

Bristol was full of piss and vinegar, saying, "I do not want any lectures and I do not want any sympathy."

She famously had her son, Tripp, with Levi Johnston in December 2008. They broke up a few months later.

Kim Kardashian touched down in New York City flaunting the must-have maternity accessory of the season -- all seasons, really -- enormous boobs.

Although she doesn't typically sport the same style twice, we've seen this look on Kim before -- in 2013, when she was pregnant with North.

Kim is apparently going through morning sickness, tweeting Tuesday morning, "Wait wait wait I thought this nausea thing was supposed to be gone by now!!!! UGHHHHHH"

KK isn't due until some time in December. As a famous fisherman once said, "We're gonna need a bigger bra."

North West is gonna have a little brother to taunt, because Kim Kardashian just spilled the beans.

Kim chose the appropriate day for the reveal on social media, saying to Kanye, "Precious moments like this when we were traveling on tour with you and what I live for," adding, "You're such a good daddy to North & you will be the best daddy to our new son too!"

We had heard it was a boy for a few weeks, but Kim chose to make it official late on Father's Day.

"Little Women: LA" stars Traci Harrison Tsou and husband Erik are not returning for season 3 because they're expecting their first child, and it’s really nothing short of a miracle.

We're told Traci’s about 4 months along and what’s more… pregnant with an average sized baby boy. The odds of that happening are about 1 in 4 if both parents carry the dwarfism gene.

Traci, who is 4', has tried repeatedly to get pregnant – enduring two miscarriages. Doctors then told her to go the surrogate and egg donor route.

But, in the end, the couple got pregnant the old fashioned way. We're told since it's a high-risk pregnancy she doesn't want the stress of the show to compromise things. What's more, they want to make the child their priority and they think the show would get in the way.

There are no hard feelings between production and the Tsous ... everyone is hoping for one happy, healthy baby.

There's NO slowing down Adrian Peterson -- especially when it comes to reproduction -- 'cause his wife announced she's 5 months preggo ... which brings his count to EIGHT ... depending on who you believe.

Peterson's wife, Ashley, just broke the baby news to ESPN ... telling the network she's pregnant with Adrian's 6th child.

But back in 2013, Peterson's baby mama #2 Erica Syion told TMZ she knew there were 7 OTHER KIDS.

Of course, one of Peterson's children -- a son that he had never met -- was killed in 2013.

Peterson got married to Ashley in 2014. They already have one child together.
