Here it is ... the first picture of Nick Young's bouncing baby girl!

(Well, the first pic of her arm, anyway).

The Lakers star rushed to the hospital after the season opener Wednesday night -- and made it in time for the birth.

The kid's name -- Navi Young!

The answer is ... nothing -- although Irina Shayk's little black dress made it seem like she had something in the oven Thursday night in London.

Irina hit up Mark's Club in London with fellow model Lara Stone -- flashing max cleavage, but everyone's looking a little lower. Yeah, it kinda looked like she had a little extra in the belly area, and honestly ... we had to look closely more than twice.

It's been a good 24 hours for Nick Young ... because he just became a father AGAIN ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We've confirmed Nick's ex-girlfriend, Keonna Green, gave birth to a bouncing baby girl moments ago!

Green and Young aren't in a relationship anymore but they're on good terms. They already have a 4-year-old son together.

Nick rushed to the hospital late Wednesday night after the Lakers game (they won!) and wanted to be there when his daughter was born! Success!!!

Nick Young had a helluva night ... it started with beating the Houston Rockets -- and ended with BABY WATCH at an L.A. hospital.

Young's ex-girlfriend, Keonna Green -- who already has a 4-year-old with Young -- went into labor late Wednesday night ... so Swaggy P rushed to the hospital to try to be there for the delivery.

The good news -- Nick didn't miss the birth.

The bad news -- it hasn't happened yet and Young spent the entire night awake at the hospital.

We're told Nick's super excited and can't wait to meet his kid.

Less than 4 months after they finally started banging ... Ciara and Russell Wilson are PREGNANT!!

The Seahawks QB broke the news Tuesday night -- saying, "The Greatest Blessing of All. Forever Grateful. #BabyWilsonOnTheWay."

Of course, the two were super into staying celibate until they got married -- and then immediately bragged about humping like rabbits as soon as they swapped "I Dos" back in July.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian still have separate living arrangements -- and that won't change before their baby arrives -- but they've got a co-parenting plan in place ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources say Chyna's house is going to be home base when the baby girl is born next month, but Rob's not dodging diaper duty. We're told he and Chyna are getting along well right now, and he's been staying at her house for a few weeks.

The plan is to share parental duties at Chyna's nest, but Rob isn't selling his Calabasas home just yet. Fact is ... their relationship is volatile and when things go south, Rob retreats to his place, we're told.

But for now the plan is to be one happy family under one roof, and ultimately find a new house. Rob had been looking, but didn't find anything.

We're told they'll start looking together after the the baby's born and things settle down.

Jordan Rudolph delivered Andersyn and Finley late Tueday night -- and the Minnesota Vikings tight end is pumped!!

Rob showing up at all was a big deal because it was shot for their reality show, and as we reported ... he'd gone back into recluse mode lately, and put back on much of the weight he lost.

Rob Kardashian surfaced for his coed baby shower with Blac Chyna -- a strong sign they might be able to salvage a second season of their reality show after all.

We're told Rob planned most of Sunday's Armenian-themed fete which was held at a family friend's home in Woodland Hills, CA. None of his sisters got an invite, but we're told Scott Disick and French Montana showed up, and a bunch of other family members.

It's a complete 180 from the fight that exploded last week after the sisters attempted to throw separate showers for Chyna and Rob, who had gone back to being a recluse again.

Rob put personal touches on everything from the champagne party favors to the desserts with the expectant parents' faces. Plus, a 7 layer cake, belly dancers and a Louis Vuitton diaper bag for Chyna. The whole thing was taped for their reality show. Rob had not been showing up for shoots recently, so this could mean he's had a change of heart.

Due to the taping, everyone had to turn in their phones -- which is why no one got the news about Kim's holdup in Paris until after the party.

It wasn't just fans and teammates who came out to mourn Jose Fernandez on Wednesday -- the pregnant girlfriend he left behind also attended the funeral procession.

Rob Kardashian slipped back into Blac Chyna's bed and cozied up to his unborn baby girl ... who doesn't seem ready for the family biz just yet.

Rob turned his camera on Chyna's pregnant belly Wednesday night, hoping their fetus would kick on command for Snapchat's sake.

Let's just say her reality show debut's gonna have to wait.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are livid at The Game for inserting her into his war with Meek Mill ... but it also triggered a big fight between the two.

Sources close to Rob and Chyna tell TMZ ... the couple had a heated argument about the sexually suggestive lyrics in Game's diss track, "92 Bars" ... because Rob had no idea Game took her down.

We're told Rob was weirded out because Game had spent so much time with his family, and he felt it's something Chyna should have disclosed early on in their relationship.

She begged to differ, claiming it went down long before she hooked up with Rob.

The lyrics go, "Blac Chyna head the bomb, Al-Qaeda."

After they argued, they agreed the common enemy was Game, who never gave Chyna a heads-up.
