Kim Kardashian just revealed her latest bundle of joy, and much like his older brothers and sisters ... the kid is cute as hell.

Kim posted a photo of Psalm West Monday morning ... the first one since his birth. She captioned the pic, "Psalm Ye" ... so guess we know what his nickname is gonna be. And, yes ... it's only a nickname. We've seen his birth certificate, and it doesn't list a middle name.

Anyway, back to Psalm's adorable mug. He's looking pretty chill in a onesie for his big public debut. We know what you're thinking, and yeah ... the Kardashian is strong with this one.

As we reported ... Kim and Kanye welcomed Psalm -- their fourth child together -- last month via surrogate. He arrived at 6 lbs and 9 oz., and was delivered by go-to Kardashian doctor, Dr. Paul Crane.

Welcome to the show, Psalm! We know he's already got a manager/grandma ... if he wants one.

Amber Rose's pregnancy is not slowing down her love life, according to the baby's daddy who tells us intercourse is kinda different now ... but it's still hot!!!

We got Amber and her BF, Alexander "AE" Edwards, out on a lunch date in L.A. and our guy just had to ask the burning question all parents-to-be get. No, not the baby's sex, and not potential names. The other one.

Are ya still "getting it in" while pregnant?!?

Amber is not the kiss and tell type, not now anyway, but AE has no shame in his game ... and told us what's going down in their bedroom.

Jenelle Evans' 2nd baby daddy extended an olive branch to her 3rd baby daddy, David Eason, after the men got into a heated dispute outside court -- but they're nowhere near a peace treaty.

Sources connected to the exes tell TMZ ... Nathan Griffith actually reached out to Jenelle on Tuesday after she and David got pissed at him. You'll recall, they called him out for talking to our camera guy. David called Nathan a blabbermouth -- and flipped him off in the process.

We're told Nathan wasn't happy with how things were left as they drove away -- he does share 4-year-old Kaiser with Jenelle -- so he shot her a text to clarify he wasn't trying to do damage by talking to the media, he was just chit-chatting.

Our sources say Jenelle didn't buy it, and thinks Nathan was looking for dirt on her and David's child custody case. BTW, Jenelle got into it with her own mom after Tuesday's court hearing too. Tough family day, for sure.

Back to Nathan though ... we're told he thinks Jenelle and David need to drop their us versus the world attitude, and he told them so.

1:46 PM PT -- Young Thug has broken his silence about a video that shows his young daughter behind the wheel of a moving vehicle, and he seems to be putting the blame squarely on the adult his kid was with in the clip.

YT writes, "Never would I put my child's life in danger nor anyone else's life,i am out of town that video is clearly in Atlanta." He goes on to say, "I am a very safe man, especially when it come down to my kids. I am very smart, last thing I'm looking for is clout/fame I have both."

He finishes by adding, "Plus she (his daughter, we assume) wouldn't dare even ask me could she drive a car... But it'll be handled 'expeditiously.'"

It's unclear who his child was with during the joy ride, as Young Thug doesn't mention anyone specifically. Presumably, though, the kid was with her mom ... and it sounds like papa's gonna have a convo with someone about pulling stunts like this in the future.

8:50 AM PT -- A source close to Young Thug says his daughter was with her mother and driving just outside her home in Georgia. We're told no one else was in the area and she only drove for a short time ... less than 30 seconds. Young Thug was not aware of the situation.

One of Young Thug's young daughters -- who seems to be under 10 -- drove a car on a public road while an adult sat right next to her, recording the dangerous incident.

The video surfaced on social media, reportedly showing one of YT's children -- this one a little girl -- behind the wheel of the car, and slowly driving down a residential road. The child is IN the driver seat, NOT on someone's lap ... and is struggling to see above the steering wheel.

At one point, an adult hand reaches in to assist with steering, and that person is recording the video. There's no audio.

It's unclear who the adult is, but it appears to be a woman's hand and not Young Thug's.

Several celebs commented on the video after it was posted on The Shade Room. Tyrese said, "I'm almost sure DFCS is gonna see this." Ex-NBA star Matt Barnes chimed in, "Stupid" -- and 'Love & Hip Hop' star Milan Christopher simply said, "Oh he going to jail."

We've reached out to Young Thug's camp for comment on the disturbing video ... but no word back yet.

Kylie Jenner had one of those moments all moms fear this weekend, but fortunately her little one is back home and doing fine.

Kylie revealed her Sunday was spent in the hospital with her daughter, Stormi, who she says suffered an allergic reaction. She described the scary incident, saying ... "Nothing else matters when these things happen. God bless all the moms with sick babies. I'm sending so much love and positive energy your way."

The good news is her 16-month-old baby with Travis Scott is "100% okay now" ... and she posted a pic of Stormi recovering and sleeping at home.

Stormi's medical scare clearly moved her mom ... Kylie shared a photo of the sun setting over her backyard with a child's play set and captioned it ... "blessed beyond words. thank you God. i believe in being reflection of what you'd like to receive. If you want love, give love. If you want success, wish success."

Arcangel got a gift from the legal gods ... he won't face charges for delivering a side kick that sent the mother of his children flying into a wall.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... prosecutors in Las Vegas are rejecting the domestic battery case due to a lack of evidence. That seems odd because cops arrested him after viewing surveillance footage of him kicking the woman.

We reached out to the D.A.'s Office about that video, and they told us the case was rejected for "lacking prosecutorial merit." They would not elaborate any further.

We broke the story ... cops say Arcangel was caught on camera kicking a woman last month at The Cromwell Hotel. According to the arrest report, the woman said she's his baby mama and they had an argument that led to what Arcangel described as a "little kick thing."

Cops say the "little kick" looked more like a brutal side kick on video, but Arcangel insisted it was just horseplay.

Nipsey Hussle's family is laying out their reasons that his 10-year-old daughter should remain in their custody ... saying her biological mother needs to get her life in order.

Sources close to the slain Crenshaw rapper tell TMZ ... Nipsey's family wants custody of Emani Asghedom, primarily because Tanisha Foster has a rap sheet that on its face makes her unfit to care for her child until she turns things around.

As we've reported ... Tanisha Foster had a warrant out for her arrest relating to a DUI, she's violated probation multiple times in the past year, and she has other arrests dating back to 2006.

Emani's been living with Nipsey's sister, Samantha, a well-established businesswoman, since his death ... and his family is currently locked in a bitter custody battle with Tanisha.

We're told Nipsey's family isn't trying to drive a wedge between Emani and her mother ... and they have even offered to help Tanisha enroll in substance abuse programs -- so far, to no avail. The family is trying to arrange for visitation between Emani and Tanisha.

So far, the judge has been siding with Nipsey's family ... and Tanisha broke down last week in court when she spotted Emani, saying she hadn't seen her in months. The next court date isn't until July.

Nipsey Hussle's baby mama is a wanted woman -- with a lengthy criminal record -- after she recently skipped out on a court appearance in a DUI case.

Tanisha Foster was busted for DUI in Los Angeles a couple years back. She pled no contest to one of the charges and was sentenced to 3 years probation. Foster missed a court date for the case on May 15 -- her probation was revoked -- and a bench warrant was issued.

The DUI arrest isn't the only thing on Foster's record ... in 2007 she was busted for vandalism, annoying phone calls and disturbing the peace. Those charges were eventually dismissed after she completed her probation. In 2006, she was arrested for resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

The arrest warrant comes in the middle of a nasty back and forth with Tanisha and Nipsey's brother and sister. Nipsey's siblings are asking for custody of his 10-year-old daughter, Emani, claiming Tanisha isn't a stable parent.

Both sides were in court for an emotional hearing Tuesday. Tanisha broke down in tears saying it had been months since she spent time with Emani. A judge cleared the courtroom and gave the two 20 minutes together.

Patricia Arquette thinks Alyssa Milano's heart is in the right place with her so-called sex strike -- but she thinks it needs to be narrowed a bit to battle harmful abortion laws.

The outspoken actress spoke with us Tuesday at LAX about the newest hot-button issue surrounding a controversial law in Georgia that just passed, and Alyssa's call-to-arms to fight it ... women to withhold sex from men until the Peach State reverses course.

Patricia agrees the Georgia law poses a serious danger to women, but worries the strike might cast too big a net.

Kylie Jenner's expanding her business empire ... she's getting into the baby biz!!!

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Kylie's filed trademarks for "Kylie Baby" and it seems as if she's gearing up to launch a baby line that'll cover just about everything your average baby mama's gonna need with a new little one in tow.

In docs, "Kylie Baby" wants to crank out baby furniture ... like cribs, bouncers, changing tables and baby walkers. She's also diving into the non-medicated skin care prep side of things with skin moisturizers, lotions and creams.

That's not all ... Kylie wants to cover you with her own line of linens, swaddling blankets and crib jumpers. Tryna store breast milk? She wants to cover ya too with breast storage bottles and even breast pumps.

Latin pop star Arcangel told cops a side kick he delivered to his baby mama was just them horsing around -- even though cops say the kick sent her flying into a wall.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, a Las Vegas police officer says he responded to a call for a domestic disturbance on April 25 at The Cromwell Hotel ... where he encountered Arcangel and a woman who said he was the father of her children.

The responding officer goes on to say the woman told him nothing happened at first, and that she and Arcangel had just gotten into an argument. Arcangel himself backed that up, saying she had gotten upset that he was possibly talking to another woman.

Oh, and the cops say Arcangel casually mentioned a "little kick thing," but didn't elaborate beyond that.

Well, the officer says he went to watch the surveillance video capturing the altercation himself, and claims he watched Arcangel deliver the brutal side kick. The officer says Arcangel later told him, "that is how they play around."

Damon Dash is in the money -- courtesy his settlement with Lee Daniels -- but he's not forking over any to his exes ... so claim the women who are now cutting out the middle man and suing Lee to get the dough.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Rachel Roy and Cindy Morales are going after Daniels because they say the money he agreed to pay Dame to squash a $5 mil lawsuit ... is rightfully theirs.

Here's the backstory -- the rap mogul's ex-wife Rachel, with whom he has 2 daughters, claims he owes her $826,166.88 in back child support and other expenses ... and Morales, mother of his son, claims he owes her $244,721.43.

In the suit, both women say Dash has paid them less than 5 bucks in child support, so far in 2019 -- and that's despite the fact he and Lee reached their settlement at the end of 2018.

We broke the story ... there are also warrants out for Dash's arrest over unpaid child support to the 2 women, but he's said he plans to deal with them head-on and denied allegations of not taking care of his kids.

Ben Affleck is killing two Mother's Day birds with one stone by, naturally, thanking his own mom, but also praising his ex-wife and the mother of his children ... one Jennifer Garner.

The actor posted a loving tribute to both ladies Sunday, saying ... "Happy Mother’s Day to the two incredible mothers who have shown me the meaning of love."

He continued by vowing to make two donations in their honor -- one to Cut50's Dignity for Incarcerated Women Campaign, which aims to reduce prison populations, and to National Bailout ... an org that works to bail out black mothers and caregivers who are locked up and detained in pre-trial detention because they can't afford to pay their way out of jail.

It sounds like both Jen and his mom, Christine Anne Boldt, are backers of those causes, so it's gotta mean a lot that Ben's gonna put some dollars toward them.

As to why Ben is shouting out his ex on Mother's Day ... it's no secret that she's been there for him through thick and thin, even in the wake of their drawn-out divorce.

Jennifer was the one who drove Ben to rehab last year as he was battling alcohol addiction, and they've continued to co-parent marvelously despite not being together romantically.

Cardi B got a surprise this weekend, on the eve of her very first Mother's Day ... and it brought her to fake tears!!!

Offset surprised Cardi in Miami, where she was performing at the Rolling Loud festival with 10-month-old baby Kulture and 2 Birkin bags. As you know, Birkin's are reserved for people who make 8 figures or more per year.

Her reaction ... "Soooo happy. I feel like the luckiest person in the world."

Cardi followed up with words of inspiration, saying, "Enjoy your day everyone. If you having a bad day keep your chin up and pray to God to see brighter days! Even if you feel like bad s**t keep happening back to back. Keep on having faith in your prayers."

By the way, if Kulture and Birkins weren't enough, she chowed down on fried Oreos at Big Pink, a fav with the Miami breakfast crowd.

She and Offset have had a rocky year ... breaking up and then making up in a big way.

Former "Big Brother" star Christmas Abbott struck a pretty sweet deal in her criminal mischief case -- she has a hefty bill to pay ... but won't spend any time behind bars.

Abbott -- who finished third on season 19 of 'BB' back in 2017 -- has been sentenced to 12 months probation and 25 hours of community service for a violent altercation with her baby daddy's girlfriend last year.

As we reported ... Christmas was arrested in November for the August 2018 incident, in which she drove to a Tampa gym to confront the woman and ended up flying off the handle and ramming into her car in the parking lot.

The only reason Abbott wasn't hauled in on the spot ... she was 8 months pregnant at the time. She turned herself after she gave birth to a son in October.
