Fetty Wap's Alleged Baby Mama I'm Sure He's the Dad!! We Banged for 2 Straight Weeks

The movie "When Fetty Wap met Masika" would be less romantic comedy and more porno -- at least according to the "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star who's positive Fetty is her baby daddy.

TMZ has learned Masika Tucker filed legal docs demanding the rapper submit to a paternity test. We're told Masika explains in the papers, she and Fetty met last year and from June 28 until July 15 had "sexual relations on numerous occasions." She also states he was her only partner during that period. Ditto for the 4 months prior.

Bottom line for Masika -- who's 7-8 months along -- Fetty's her only candidate for the daddy.

Masika also wants Fetty to pay pregnancy expenses and child support once the baby arrives. She lists some monthly expenses ... including $4,500 for rent, $820 for a housekeeper and $2,000 for clothes.

We're told she says she's dropping $17k per month on expenses.

Masika wants the court to grant her full legal and physical custody as soon as she pops out baby Fetty.

Bristol Palin to Dakota Meyer You're the Daddy ... But I Get the Baby

Bristol Palin has just released her inner grizzly in her custody battle with baby daddy Dakota Meyer ... by insisting their newborn is better off staying in Alaska with her.

Dakota's DNA is a match with 2-month-old Sailor Grace, according to legal docs, but Bristol's still pushing back on his bid for joint custody. The problem ... she lives in Alaska and he's in Kentucky.

Bristol wants primary physical custody. She's ok if Dakota gets visitation, but that's it.

As for legal custody -- the right to make decisions for their kid -- she wants final say if there's a disagreement.

Bristol also wants child support ... he's already filed legal docs saying he's willing to pay ... though not necessarily as much as she wants.

Somewhere in the distance ... Levi Johnston is laughing ... and warning.

Future Ciara's Lawsuit's a Joke She Made Money Off Bad Mouthing Me!

Ciara's throwing $15 million rocks from inside a giant glass house ... which is why Future thinks she doesn't have a chance in hell of winning a dime off him.

Sources close to Future tell TMZ, the rapper thinks it's absurd his baby mama filed the slander suit, since she's talked plenty of trash on him. We're told he believes Exhibit A is her 2015 platinum selling hit, "I Bet."

With lyrics like ... "You know that it hurts your pride but you thought the grass was greener on the other side. I bet you start loving me as soon as I start loving someone else. Somebody better than you” -- the song is widely believed to be about Future allegedly cheating on Ciara.

Our source says he could've sued over that, but didn't want to be petty. As for whether he fires back with a lawsuit now -- we're told he's considering it, but hasn't seen Ciara's docs yet. His team claims the process server at LAX failed to deliver.

Bottom line: it's a safe bet this is gonna get much uglier.

Amber Rose & Wiz Khalifa Tongue n' Cheek Again ... Thanks to Kanye?

Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa are back in each others arms and damn near each other's mouths -- call it a possible silver lining to their epic Twitter beef with Kanye West.

Amber showed up in NYC to support Wiz at his album release party. It looked and sounded like they were putting up a united front ... mostly for their kid. Wiz gave his "baby mama" a shout-out from the mic, and Amber posted a pic captioning it, "supporting Sebastian's dad."

Things went from PG to PG-13 in the back of their ride home from the party.

Can't help but notice ... the two weren't getting this physical before the Kanye feud, which means maybe 'Ye was right -- he's got the power to bring exes back together.

Louis Tomlinson No DNA Test Needed Positive Freddie's His Son

Louis Tomlinson is so sure newborn son Freddie Reign is his kid, he has no plans to prove it with a DNA test ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Louis and Briana Jungwirth tell us the 1D-er's always copped to the kid being his ever since finding out Briana was pregnant. They started dating about a year ago and we're told things were so serious initially, he had zero doubt Briana was faithful.

While any lawyer would tell Tomlinson to seal the deal with a paternity test ... we're told he's totally cool with passing.

Chris Brown's Baby Mama You Gave Our Kid Asthma with Your Weed

Chris Brown's baby mama claims the singer is not only a bad influence on their kid ... he's making the child sick.

Nia Guzman claims 1-year-old Royalty has developed asthma, and she says it's all because Chris has exposed her to an extreme amount of secondhand smoke. Brown is a weed and tobacco enthusiast.

Nia says when Royalty comes back from a visit with Chris she usually reeks of smoke.

Guzman also claims in legal docs she's worried Chris is abusing drugs and has relapsed ... especially with sizzurp.

Nia wants to restrict Chris' visitation ... asking the judge to force him to hire a full-time nanny or pull back on his right to be around the child.

She also wants the judge to force Chris to take random drug tests, prohibit him from using drugs or consuming alcohol around Royalty, and stop him from smoking around their daughter.

And Nia wants more child support ... she's getting $2,500 a month but wants it upped to nearly $16k a month.

We've reached out to Chris' attorney for comment ... so far, no word back.

Tila Tequila She's Not Fit to Raise Our Daughter ... Baby Daddy Claims

Tila Tequila is not mentally stable enough to continue calling the shots for her daughter ... according to the kid's father.

Thomas Whitaker is fighting for full legal custody of 1-year-old Isabella, and wants to make all decisions for the little girl. He claims Tila has delusions of grandeur ... such as believing she's God.

Thomas says they don't have a formal custody arrangement right now. He's asking the court to grant him child support, and change Isabella's last name from Nguyen (Tila's real last name) to Whitaker.

He's also requesting some new ground rules: no booze for Tila 24 hours before she gets Isabella and while she has her -- plus, no bad-mouthing dad.

This is a first step for Whitaker, who says he ultimately wants physical custody too because his daughter would just be safer in his care.

Louis Tomlinson Picking 1D Baby Name Was ... Fair & Balanced Fight

Louis Tomlinson's newborn son's name was the first adventure in co-parenting for him and baby mama Briana Jungwirth.

As we've reported, the kid's name is Freddie Reign Tomlinson and our One Direction source tells us Louis picked out the Freddie part, while Briana came up with the royal-sounding middle name.

No rhyme or reason for Freddie, we're told Louis just liked the ring of it and Briana didn't object.

As for Reign, we're told Briana wanted something earthy, but thought Rain sounded too girly ... so she went with the more kingly version.

It's all fun and baby names -- until diaper duty starts.

Louis Tomlinson I Got My Baby Mama a Modest Home ... And Child Support is On the Way

Louis Tomlinson is providing for his baby and baby mama, but the digs are modest and the jury is out on child support.

We've learned Briana Jungwirth and their son are living in a 3 bedroom home in Calabasas ... a far cry from the reported $10 million mansion he reportedly bought her. We're told the home is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars ... not in the millions.

We're told Briana is paying for the furniture and Louis isn't exactly opening the bank vault.

Louis is renting his own place in L.A. so he can be closer to his son. We're told it's a lot nicer than Briana's digs.

The new parents are getting along, but they have not settled on a child support figure yet. There are reports she wants $600k a year. That may well be in the universe of possibilities, but a lot depends on his income and the needs of the child ... that's the way it's done in California.

Briana is telling her friends she's not using the baby as a meal ticket ... getting help is fine, but she insists she won't get greedy.

Chi Chi From 'Scarface' Arrested for Paying Only $31 ... In Child Support

Angel Salazar, who played Chi Chi in "Scarface," was picked up by Arizona cops right after his stand-up comedy gig ... for failing to pay child support.

We're told the cops were waiting for Angel in his green room when he wrapped up at the Laugh Factory in Scottsdale.

According to legal docs, Angel had only paid $31 of an outstanding $5,000 child support tab. His baby mama filed the complaint years ago for the missing dough.

Angel was cuffed and transported to Maricopa County jail, where he was booked Sunday night. He's still in custody and due in court Wednesday.

Titans' Kendall Wright Baby Mama's Car Repo'd ... After Child Support Demand

Tennessee Titans star Kendall Wright has serious off-season headaches ... his baby mama is taking him to court for child support, and thinks he's getting revenge by repossessing her car.

In court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Kortney Michelle Owens-Rader says she has a 5-month-old baby boy with Wright named Kendall Jr. -- and the Titans leading receiver agreed in December to pay her $2,100/month in child support, starting in 2016.

The docs make it seem like everything's cool between Kortney and Kendall, but sources close to her say that's not the case. We're told Wright had been "taking care" of Kortney -- a singer signed to Floyd Mayweather's record label -- but nothing was on paper.

Cut to last week when, according to our sources, Kortney's 2014 Cadillac XTS -- a gift from Wright in happier times -- was repossessed. We're told Kortney thinks Wright stopped making payments because he was pissed she took him to court.

This probably won't get better ... they're due back in court in a couple of months. We've reached out to Wright's reps, but nothing back yet.

Fetty Wap had some quality one-on-one time with his daughter Saturday morning and she even said her first word ... no, it wasn't "yaaaaaaah."

Wap's baby mama posted the video to Instagram showing the two hitting it off, by the looks of it, he's trying to teach her to walk. And get this ... his daughter's first word was "Dada."

Fetty and his baby mama have had a few tiffs in the past, but for now it looks like they've reconciled. Maybe soon he can settle the score with alleged future baby mama Masika.

Andre Iguodala In Court for Baby Mama Showdown Where's My Money Going?

Golden State Warriors star Andre Iguodala is on the stand in L.A. to testify in his child support battle with baby mama Clayanna Warthen.

Warthen is looking for $58k per month, up from the $16k Iguodala is paying right now to support their 6-year-old daughter London.

Over the last 2 days, Warthen's testified she needs the increase to pay for more extracurricular activities for London, who she says is a genius with a 151 IQ. She says the money will cover horseback riding, piano lessons, and a vocal coach for their daughter.

Andre's lawyer grilled Warthen about receipts -- she says she throws away most of them, and usually pays for things with cash. She also said all the support money is spent on the little girl ... even though some of the expenses include Sephora makeup and Victoria's Secret.

She was also questioned about the $150k she admits investing in a marketing company called LOC. Iguodala's lawyers said that company has been investigated for drug trafficking, but Warthen said she was unaware of that.

Andre's side thinks Warthen is just trying to take him to the cleaners, while she claims Andre's been neglecting their daughter by not spending enough time with her.

We'll see what happens when Andre comes under questioning.
