Louie Anderson I'm Prettier as a Woman On 'Baskets'
Step aside, Julia Roberts ... Louie Anderson is the new pretty woman and he LOVES it.
We got Louie at LAX and asked if he's at all concerned about how he looks playing a woman in "Baskets." The role earned him an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor, and Louie digs it ... telling us, he's absolutely way more attractive as a woman than as a man.
Louie's Emmy win was pretty groundbreaking. It was the first time a male actor has ever won for playing a female character.
Ya come a long way, Louie!

Gabrielle Carteris I'm Honored '90210' Fans Still See, Hear Andrea
Gabrielle Carteris' #MeToo speech at the SAG Awards was so moving, fans thought it echoed one given by her character on "Beverly Hills, 90210" ... and Gabrielle agrees.
Carteris -- who's become Prez of SAG-AFTRA in 2016 -- tells TMZ she's "honored" people made the connection to her '90210' role of Andrea Zuckerman. Gabrielle made a powerful statement Sunday night about harassment and abuse in show biz.
She says Andrea was always a character who spoke the truth, and thanked her '90210' fans for making the comparison -- "You're the best!" for remembering her commencement speech at West Beverly High.
Check out the speeches for yourself ... it's pretty spot on.

Morgan Freeman I Stopped My SAG Speech ... 'Cause of Lily Tomlin
Morgan Freeman has revealed the person that caused him to stop his acceptance of the SAG Life Achievement Award mid-speech.
Morgan says the person he stopped for was Lily Tomlin, who was nominated for "Grace and Frankie."
Now here's the thing ... it appeared he was schooling her, possibly for talking during his speech. But Morgan said afterward, "She's a wonder in herself and I've always loved her. I see her, I say hello."
That makes it sound like Lily didn't do anything but sit there in all her glory.
We need more info.

Joel McHale Aziz Ansari's Date Sounds Consensual to Me
Joel McHale is a staunch supporter of the #MeToo movement, but has big issues with allegations like the one leveled against Aziz Ansari.
We got Joel Sunday at the Sundance Film Festival when our photog asked about Aziz, who was a no-show Sunday night at the SAG Awards.
He's on the Ashleigh Banfield train ... saying it sounds like a bad date rather than sexual assault.
Joel seems to be saying a good number of the allegations against various Hollywood types are true, but not all, and he warns people not to jump to conclusions.

Actors Lonnie Chavis ("This is Us") and Marsai Martin ("Black-ish") also joined in on the fun. The kids went wild when Cardi B's "Bodak Yellow" came on. Huge little fans for sure.

SAG Awards 2018 1st Ever Host, Lots O' Color & Franco ... Go Behind the Scenes
The 24th annual SAG Awards was a mixed bag -- with the Time's Up movement as a backdrop ... there were some things (and people) we didn't expect to see.
For starters ... Kristen Bell served as the award show's first-ever host -- and she kicked off an all-female ensemble of presenters for the night ... most of whom spoke out in support of Time's Up.
James Franco was also in attendance, despite recently being accused of sexual misconduct. Aziz Ansari, on the other hand, skipped the show amid his own allegations.
Morgan Freeman called out a would-be talker during his Lifetime Achievement award speech ... and women appeared to abandon the wardrobe blackout they adopted at the Globes.
Like we said ... tons of surprises. Go behind the scenes to check out the rest.

Morgan Freeman at SAG Awards Calls Out Front Row Chatterbox In Lifetime Achievement Speech
Morgan Freeman awkwardly called someone out during his Lifetime Achievement award speech at the SAG Awards Sunday ... but the person's identity remains a mystery.
Freeman was just about to launch into his acceptance speech when he stopped and zeroed in on someone in the front row, who appeared to be talking and distracting him.
The legendary actor didn't let it go -- if anything, he dragged it out by saying ... "Hey ... I'm talking to you. Yeah, hey." He finally finished with ... "Okay, well you just stand out to me. That's all" before continuing with the rest of his speech.
We're digging to identify the culprit, but lesson learned to whomever that was ... don't interrupt Morgan Freeman!!

Aziz Ansari Bails on SAG Awards 2018 ... Despite Best Actor Nom
Aziz Ansari bailed on the Screen Actors Guild Awards Sunday amid an allegation of sexual misconduct ... this despite the fact he was nominated and the tide of public opinion seemed to be swinging his way.
Aziz was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series along with Larry David, Anthony Anderson, Sean Hayes, Marc Maron and William H. Macy. Aziz was not in the crowd as the camera panned to the nominees. Macy won the award.
As we reported ... Aziz was accused of sexual assault by an anonymous woman who said he pressured her into sex acts during a date last year.
His case has been interesting -- lots of women have come out against his accuser and the publication that first reported the accusation, including HLN's host Ashleigh Banfield.
Looks like the situation was just too much for Aziz. The same can't be said for James Franco -- who's also been accused of sexual misconduct ... he's there tonight.

Alison Brie Defends Bro-in-Law James Franco ... At SAG Awards 2018
James Franco has his sister-in-law squarely in his corner at the SAG Awards ... 'cause she just defended him amid allegations of sexual misconduct.
At the 2018 #SAGAwards, Alison Brie addressed the allegations of sexual misconduct made against her brother-in-law, James Franco: "It remains vital that anyone that feels victimized should and does have the right to speak out and come forward." pic.twitter.com/dG5uJJVko7
@enews
Alison Brie -- who's married to James' younger brother, Dave Franco -- was talking to Giuliana Rancic Sunday at the Shrine Auditorium when she was asked about Time's Up and the accusations against her brother-in-law.
She had a diplomatic response at first, saying the Francos supported anyone who felt victimized coming forward and speaking -- but then made it clear ... she supports her family, adding that not all of the info being reported about James was accurate.
As we reported ... Franco stands accused of sexual misconduct by at least 5 women. He's denied the allegations against him, and has since avoided most public events.

SAG Awards 2018 Ladies Ditch the Black Outfits ... Still Boast 'Time's Up'
Early arrivals for the 24th annual SAG Awards were quite telling ... 'cause a lot of the women appear to have abandoned the blackout for "Time's Up."
It was obvious Sunday as celebs made their way to the Shrine Auditorium that many of the ladies decided against wearing black in support of the movement -- unlike the Golden Globes a few weeks ago, when the blackout was practically unanimous.
Some of the stars who avoided black wardrobe so far include Alison Brie, Erin Lim, Renee Bargh, Giuliana Rancic, Lilliana Vazquez, and Keltie Knight.
What's interesting ... a lot of red carpet personalities are talking "Time's Up" and speculating it'll be a major conversation piece throughout the night.
No major speeches on the subject just yet ... but it's probably only a matter of time.

The Making of a SAG Award Get 'Em While They're Hot!!!
Next time you see a celebrity in a fancy suit or dress holding a SAG Award, think of this ... it took at least 3 guys in hazmat suits to make it!
We got pics of the entire casting process that goes into making the award and let's just say, it AIN'T as easy as 1-2-3 because it involves a lot of dangerously hot molten bronze ... hence the suits.
It's incredible and the process is art itself. The trophy -- a naked man holding both a comedy and tragedy mask -- gets fired up several times and dusted with layers of chemicals to get its green color.
If you thought the engraving of Leo's Oscar was cool, this takes things to a whole new level ...

Gloria Allred SAGs, Oscars Shouldn't Go To Alleged Sexual Predators
Voting members for award shows should factor in sexual harassment accusations in determining whether an actor wins an Oscar, SAG Award, Golden Globe, etc. ... according to attorney Gloria Allred.
There's a fierce argument about bestowing actors accused of sexual misdeeds with an award, even if they're the best in their category. Allred thinks it's not just about acting.
James Franco is up for a SAG this weekend for his role in "The Disaster Artist" after several women came forward and accused him of sexual misconduct. He skipped out on the Critics' Choice Awards after winning a Golden Globe, but he's planning on being at Sunday's SAGs.
Allred doesn't name names, but it's not hard to guess the elephants in the room.

Greta Gerwig It's 'Lady Bird' Mania At Her Old High School!!!
Greta Gerwig's critically-acclaimed "Lady Bird" -- which she wrote and directed -- figures to be an Oscar darling, but it's already a huge winner at her alma mater.
Greta's former high school, St. Francis Catholic High School in Sacramento, CA -- where the movie is based -- is totally stoked about Gerwig's success and not afraid to show it.
Sources close to the situation tell us Greta's parents heard the school was buzzing about "Lady Bird," so they delivered movie posters to the school and pins for the students to wear.
We're told if Greta or her movie get nominated for the Academy Awards -- which is more than likely -- the school plans to have an Oscars watch party for the big night and cheer her on.
The Oscars air Sunday, March 4.

'OITNB' Star Lea DeLaria F*** Casey Affleck I Care About the Women He Harassed ... Allegedly
Casey Affleck should be banned from presenting the Best Actress Oscar this year because he's been accused of sexual harassment ... so says "Orange Is the New Black" star Lea DeLaria.
We got Lea at LAX Tuesday and asked her if Casey -- who last year won an Oscar for Best Actor in "Manchester by the Sea" -- should be allowed to present this year, given his sexual misconduct history and the #MeToo movement in full effect.
Casey, of course, was sued by 2 women in 2010 for sexual harassment and the cases were settled out of court for an undisclosed amount. And with that in mind ... Lea says Casey shouldn't be presenting Oscars this year.
Btw, in the clip, she uses the word "rape," but Casey's never been accused of that.

Halle Berry Reporting for Duty At NAACP Image Awards
Halle Berry wasn't getting her panties in a bunch over her wardrobe at the NAACP Image Awards this week ... which is easy when you're not wearing any.
Halle glowed on the red carpet Monday in Pasadena in a sheer dress that showed off what appeared to be the actress going commando. That's our angle, anyway.
Can't say we're complaining either -- she looks absolutely stunning at 51 ... with or without her undies.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Halle's been taking a less-is-more approach to 2018 so far. Keep it up, girl!

Celebs like Anthony Anderson, Danny Glover, Issa Rae, Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele, Caleb McLaughlin, Chadwick Boseman, Deon Cole and lots more showed up and showed out after the show ... all of whom were dressed to the nines.
As we reported ... Anthony roasted Tyrese during the opening monologue, making fun of his breakdown. And, of course, Halle Berry went commando earlier in the night, too.
Definitely a night of images to remember.
