Amber Rose 21 Savage's All Mine ... He Promises
Amber Rose and 21 Savage are getting seriously serious -- there's a $50,000 ring on his finger to prove it.
We're told the fresh ice the rapper had on his right ring finger at the VMAs is an 18-karat gold promise eternity ring ... and it was a surprise gift from Amber. It's made up of 1,100 stones -- white diamonds and red rubies spelling out "Loyalty 21."
IF & Co. jeweler designed the promise ring for Rose and Ben Baller hand-delivered it in time for the awards show.
On top of the $50k gift, Amber posted she was going to "pounce on" 21 Savage as soon as they got home from the VMAs ... proving he was also one of the night's biggest winners.

The Weeknd Here's Why I Bailed on the VMAs ...
The Weeknd was a no-show at the VMAs this weekend, and the reason isn't all that complicated ... he just didn't feel like it.
Abel left a lot of people high and dry ... the MTV folks announced he'd perform. He was also nominated for 4 awards.
Here's how it was put to us ... The Weeknd's been on the road for a prolonged period of time and just didn't feel up to his VMAs gig. In his mind, he booked the gig a while ago, before concert fatigue set in, and he just felt differently in the days before the show.
It's the second Weeknd event that got torpedoed in as many days. The rubber is about to meet the road, because he's about to hit the road again and there won't be a break until December ... at least a scheduled break.

MTV Video Music Awards Behind The Scenes Photos
Taylor Swift's new music video wasn't the only thing worth looking at during last night's MTV Video Music Awards ... check out what was going down backstage.
Rappers were hanging out with pop stars ... Katy Perry was doing crazy costume changes and Ellen was posing for pics with EVERYBODY!
The award show itself didn't have any angry Kanye interruptions or Britney Spears dancing with a snake -- but there was still plenty of action behind the scenes at the moon man ceremony.

Katy Perry Dodges T. Swift's Video Premiere ... Despite Hosting VMAs
Katy Perry dodged a Taylor Swift bullet at the VMAs -- even though she's hosting the show -- 'cause she was nowhere to be seen during the TV debut of T. Swift's new music video.
Katy ducked out from introducing Taylor's new single "Look What You Made Me Do" Sunday during MTV's award show ... managing to steer clear of any mention of Taylor once it ended.
The show came out of commercial and went right into Taylor's video with just a generic PSA on the monitors at the Forum. Afterward, "Blackish" star Yara Shahidi came onstage to introduce a performance for Shawn Mendes.
Through it all ... Katy made herself scarce.
Seems like the honchos over at MTV were fully aware of how awkward it woulda been having Katy pitch the video premiere of her longtime pop foe ... with whom she hasn't officially buried the hatchet.
Taylor wasn't in the house Sunday ... she won Best Collaboration for her song with Zayn Malik, but neither came up to accept their award.
As for her video ... well, it sorta speaks for itself. Check it, Kanye.

Iggy Azalea Latex? Not On My Ass!!!
Iggy Azalea's ass is bursting at the seams ... literally.
The rapper turned heads -- and might've broken some necks, too -- wearing these pretty damn revealing red latex pants Thursday at Univision's Premios Juventud (think Teen Choice Awards).
She performed her new song, "Switch" ... and while everyone no doubt enjoyed the performance, it's pretty clear her outfit -- OK, more like THAT ASS!!! -- stole the spotlight.
We here at TMZ salute 1) the designer of that outfit and 2) whoever suggested Iggy wear the outfit.

Future & His Daughter For $3k a Piece ... We'll Keep the Masks On, Thanks
Future and his daughter weren't about to take their masks off at the BET Awards 'cause they cost a damn fortune to make.
You might have noticed Future and his little girl, Londyn, rocking Bane-like masks Sunday on the red carpet, and even during the rapper's performance at the show. Well, the hardware didn't come cheap ... try about $9,000 for 3 of 'em.
Sources with direct knowledge tell us Future's camp hired designers Marianna Harutunian and Xtina Milani to create 3 unique masks for Future and Londyn.
We're told Future dropped between $2,500 to $3,000 per mask -- all of which were made with brass frames and Swarovski crystals. Londyn rocked rose gold brass with gold crystals. Future had one for arrivals and another for his performance ... both with clear, black and orange crystals.
They took about a week and a half to make. Clearly, Future's was designed so he could rap through it.

Migos & Joe Budden Nearly Come to Blows After Hostile Interview
Migos taught Joe Budden a valuable interviewing lesson -- don't abruptly end it and walk off unless you feel like getting your ass kicked.
The bizarre scene went down Sunday as Budden, DJ Akademiks and Nadeska Alexis interviewed the rap trio on their "Everyday Struggle" show before the BET Awards.
Tensions flared when Akademiks brought up the fact Takeoff was left off the hit single "Bad and Boujee" ... prompting the rapper to fire back. After a brief exchange, Budden demands Akademiks wrap up the interview but Akademiks apparently was taking too much time for Budden's liking ... who drops the mic and walks off.
Check it out ... Migos wasn't having it and all hell nearly breaks loose.
We asked Lil Yachty for his take on the beef ... no surprise whose side he's on.

BET Awards Backstage Photos
It was mostly love at the BET Awards Sunday night ... mostly.
Aside from a few fights, everyone got along swimmingly at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. Among those front and center ... French Montana, Diddy, Gucci Mane, Chance the Rapper, DJ Khaled and Migos.
The pics were snapped backstage during the big performances and awards ceremony.
Check out the duds and the bling ... and the hot chicks, of course.
There were also some touching speeches about the state of the nation and the world.

BET Awards Last Minute Changes To Honor Prodigy
The BET Awards will pay tribute to Prodigy, but it won't be a major spectacle -- instead, his rap partner Havoc and Lil Kim will do the honors on their own.
Sources involved with the production tell us Kim and Havoc were late adds to the show as presenters. They will also share some personal words, paying respects to the Mobb Deep rapper.
We're told BET Awards execs scrambled to put together a tribute performance after Prodigy's death Tuesday, but it was too late. Artitsts had already signed contracts to perform at the awards, and BET didn't want to burn bridges by changing their sets, which have been planned for weeks.
We reached out to BET to see if they've been able to make any late changes, but we haven't heard back.

Celine Dion Celebs Flock to Kiss the Ring
Celine Dion's dressing room at the Billboard Music Awards was virtually a revolving door of star power ... celebs simply couldn't get enough.
Sources close to the award show tell TMZ Celine had MANY famous visitors throughout Sunday night's BBMAs -- and some couldn't even snag a little face time with the Queen.
We're told artists like Drake, Desiigner, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Vanessa Hudgens all stopped by to pay their respects to Celine, but mostly to gush about how much they loved her. Vanessa even shed tears over her performance, and Drizzy suggested getting her tatted on his ribs.
The one celeb left out was Jason Derulo. We're told he waited in her dressing room for 45 minutes while Celine was doing press, and passed the time chatting with her son, Rene Charles. Fortunately, he finally got to meet her.

Cher Lets Trump Off The Hook At Billboard Awards
Cher took home the "Icon" award at Sunday's Billboard Music Awards -- and to the surprise of viewers and show execs -- she didn't mention President Trump.
TMZ broke the story, award show producers went into Sunday holding their breath for what the singer -- who's been extremely critical of Trump -- may say during her acceptance speech. Lucky for ABC ... Cher held back on any vulgarity or any Trump remarks at all.
The 71-year-old took the stage to perform "Believe" and "If I Could Turn Back Time" before accepting the award from Gwen Stefani. Her speech was short and simple ... thanking friends, family and those who helped her in the industry.
Chaz Bono was also there to see mom accept the award.
Cher Billboard TV Execs Fear Trump Bashing During Awards Speech
Cher can't resist going after Donald Trump Meryl Streep-style, at least that's the worry of Billboard Award honchos who worry her acceptance speech could become super vulgar.
Sources tell TMZ ... they're dealing with what they believe is the inevitable -- Cher hates Donald Trump with a passion and will go on the attack Sunday night when she receives the Icon Award.
Here's the dilemma ... show execs don't want to cut Cher's mic, because it will look like censorship and possibly even a pro-Trump move. It could also piss off the anti-Trump audience.
The flip side ... if Cher unleashes her considerable vocabulary of forbidden words, ABC could be in hot water with the FCC.
Cher -- who is set to perform at her first award show in 15 years -- has been vocally against Trump, and has called him an obnoxious asshole and a "f***ing" idiot. She also said, "He wants the adulation. He doesn't give a s**t about the work."

'Moonlight' Star Jharrel Jerome Best Kiss Win Was A Big Deal Even If We Didn't Kiss Onstage
"Moonlight" star Jharrel Jerome says he and his costar, Ashton Sanders, didn't smooch after their Best Kiss win at the MTV Movie Awards because he's not the character he portrayed.
We got Jharrel at LAX Monday on the heels of his big win where he told us his victory proves things are headed in the right direction when it comes to LGBT issues since they won by majority vote.
BTW ... lots of actor have passed on recreating their movie kiss. Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal won the same award in 2006 for "Brokeback Mountain," but Gyllenhaal accepted solo. And Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson won the award 4 years in a row for the "Twilight" flicks and never smooched.
Jharrel says the movie kiss was so powerful ... it should stand alone.
Tamar Braxton 'The Real' Fired Me But I'm Going to the Emmys
Hell yeah, Tamar Braxon's going onstage and celebrating if "The Real" ends up winning a Daytime Emmy Sunday night ... even though the show fired her last year.
Tamar -- on an upcoming appearance on "Home & Family" -- was undaunted by her pink slip, insisting she's not only going to the ceremony ... if the show wins, she'll go onstage to get what's hers.
The singer was a co-host from 2013 to 2016 before she was given the boot.
In case you're wondering ... "The Real" has stiff competition for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Hosts ... with "Live with Kelly" and "The View" among the nominees.
Tamar's appearance on "Home & Family airs Thursday at 10am/9c on the Hallmark Channel.

'Last Jedi' Trailer First Oscar Nom for Luke? If Kevin Smith's Voting ...
'The Last Jedi' trailer should do more than pump you up for the movie -- 'Star Wars' faithful should also get ready for the Oscars ... or at least that's the way Kevin Smith sees it.
Superfan Kev was still amped about the trailer debut when we saw him Friday in Bev Hills. He gave us a 30 second review, and then moved on to even bigger matters: Mark Hamill and the elusive little gold dude.
Our guy suggests Luke might finally get the Academy's attention with this flick, and it sounds like Kevin's on board.
Fun fact: The only 'Star Wars' acting Oscar nom was Best Supporting for Sir Alec Guinness in the first flick. Obi-Wan Kenobi ... he really was the "only hope."

NBA's Joel Embiid Rookie of the Year? I Like My Chances!
Joel Embiid seems pretty confident he'll lock up NBA Rookie of the Year -- telling TMZ Sports he's got a pretty good shot of taking the award over guys like Dario Saric and Malcolm Brogdon.
Of course, Embiid had a stellar first 31 games, before an injury ended his season. But the way Saric and Malcolm played this season ... it might be close.
But on the way out of Catch in L.A., the Philadelphia 76ers star told us straight-up, "I have a pretty good chance of getting it."
He also made his pick for NBA MVP (not LeBron) and shouted out a pretty lady (not Rihanna).
