YFN Lucci is a wanted man in Atlanta -- because cops suspect he's involved in the shooting death of a man.
Atlanta PD's homicide unit tells us they're looking to bring in 29-year-old Rayshawn Bennett -- Lucci's real name -- on multiple charges ... including felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
The reason ... he's suspected of being involved in a shooting incident in southwest Atlanta last month, which left one man dead from a gunshot wound to the head and another man injured. Cops say the second victim was shot only minutes after the first.
Cops say the shootings are related and have already made 2 arrests -- 23-year-old Ra'von Boyd and 17-year-old Leroy Pitts were booked for felony murder.
For now, Atlanta authorities say they haven't been able to track down Lucci ... and are asking the public to help locate him. They're even offering up to $5,000 for info leading to his arrest and indictment.

Proud Boys Hawaii Leader's Brash Claim Working as 'Journalist' in Capitol Siege
A Proud Boys leader is now in federal custody after taking part in the Capitol siege and then claiming he was there as a reporter ... something law enforcement clearly ain't buying.
Nicholas Ochs -- who heads up the Hawaii faction of the far-right extremist group -- was arrested by FBI agents after touching down at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu ... this following his trip to D.C. to storm the Capitol.
According to an unsealed indictment, the feds are charging Ochs with unlawful entry into restricted buildings or grounds -- and they cite evidence they say Ochs himself laid out on social media and CNN ... the later to whom he made the ridiculous "journalist" comment.
The day after the insurrection, he claimed he was there working as a professional journalist, seemingly saying he had a right to be there and was not part of the riot. He also said he didn't break in ... he simply entered without incident.
Adding insult to injury ... the guy also posted a photo of him smoking a cigarette with a buddy, with a caption attached that reads, "Hello from the Capital lol."
The feds go on to list Parler app posts of his, like this one from November ... "Show this tweet to leftists and say they won’t do s*** when he just keeps being president," He adds, “They are getting scared, and they don’t function when they’re scared."

Miya Ponsetto 2nd Wild DUI Captured on Video 'Gang Members [are] Killing People Right Now!!!'
-

Miya Ponsetto's October DUI (the second such arrest in 4 months) was filmed by bystanders ... and yes, it's about as wild as we've come to expect, ending with this rant to cops: "There are gang members killing people right now and you're arresting a girl?"
TMZ has obtained video of Miya's arrest Oct. 3 in Ventura County -- for which she was charged with DUI, resisting arrest and obstructing/delaying a peace officer or EMT -- and the accusations against her seem pretty solid ... because she was absolutely out of control.
An eyewitness tells us ... the drama started when Miya and her mom, Nicole, stopped on the side of a road ... screaming and cussing at each other while outside of their Range Rover.
The witness says she tried seeing if they needed help, but Miya got back in the car and demanded her mom do the same ... at which point, the witness says they recklessly drove off. The witness called the cops and tailed them, fearing Miya might've been intoxicated by the way she was driving. Eventually, they all pulled into a gas station.
The 22-year-old woman caught on camera allegedly physically attacking a 14-year-old Black teen and falsely accusing him of stealing her phone was arrested in California.
— CBS This Morning (@CBSThisMorning) January 8, 2021 @CBSThisMorning
In an exclusive interview, Miya Ponsetto and her lawyer spoke with @GayleKing hours before she was arrested. pic.twitter.com/ezaGkcWZ8j
That's where things hit the fan, especially when cops showed up. They attempted to detain Miya, who threw a fit the entire time ... demanding to see a warrant, demanding to know what she'd done wrong, insulting the officers, squirming around to avoid cuffs ... everything.
You can watch for yourself and make up your own mind -- but her actions here are certainly in line with other behavior of hers on camera ... be it at the Arlo Hotel or with Gayle King.
Cops say they eventually were able to get a reading on her blood alcohol level -- .14, nearly twice the legal limit.
Remember, this is Miya's second arrest -- she was hit with the first DUI in Malibu (where she was also allegedly combative) back in May and pled no contest, so she was on probation. Getting arrested and charged with DUI could be enough for her to do jail time ... not to mention her NYC case. BTW ... there's also a pending case where she was charged with being drunk in public at the Peninsula hotel in Bev Hills.
Of course, Miya's now on the East Coast, where she faces a slew of charges for attacking Keyon Harrold's 14-year-old son and accusing him of stealing her phone. She was in Court Saturday for arraignment but did not enter a plea. She was then released from custody.
It's interesting ... the New York D.A. never mentioned the 14-year-old victim was Black. His parents and their lawyer, Ben Crump, were hoping that issue would be front and center.

Ernie Serrano Mother Sues for Wrongful Death ... He Pleaded, 'I Can't Breathe Man'
-
Exclusive

The family of the Southern California man who died after being arrested at a grocery store is following through with a lawsuit that describes the incident in eerily similar detail to George Floyd's death.
Ernie Serrano's mother, Maria Lowrie, has filed a wrongful death suit against the County of Riverside and its Sheriff's Dept -- along with the Stater Bros. Market where the incident occurred -- claiming they killed her son.
According to the legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Lowrie claims Serrano was shopping on December 15 when store security began to pester him and then physically confronted him.
Serrano's mom says the security contacted the sheriff's office and falsely accused him of assault with a deadly weapon -- she claims he was unarmed. The store claims he had reached for the security guard's weapon.
According to the suit ... when deputies showed up they immediately were hostile toward Serrano and "escalated a very minor situation, into a fatal situation."
Lowrie claims her son was not aggressive toward the officers, but they responded with unreasonable brute force -- including beating him and using a Taser.
According to the suit ... the deputies were not satisfied with tasing and beating Serrano with a baton, so they took him down and pummeled him with their fists. Lowrie claims they continued to torture him for nearly 7 minutes, including slamming him on his stomach on a checkout stand and cutting off his air supply.
Lowrie says while her son was pinned down, he screamed out "I can't breathe man" and pleaded for help. Instead, a spit mask was placed on him, which allegedly restricted his breathing even more ... and Serrano's mom claims he was spitting blood into it as he begged them to take it off.
According to the suit ... after 6 minutes and 40 seconds of being pinned down forcefully, a deputy realized he wasn't breathing and had lost consciousness. Lowrie believes he was likely already dead by the time of this discovery.
Serrano's mom's accusing the deputies of ignoring all of the factors that can lead to death by asphyxia, denying him proper medical care, and assault and battery leading to his death. She wants the Stater Bros. held accountable for negligence as well.
We reached out to the Riverside County Sheriffs Office and got no comment. No word back yet from Stater Bros.

SoCal Man Dies in Police Custody ... Beaten w/ Baton, Pinned Down
The family of a Southern California man who died in police custody says he got the same treatment as George Floyd ... which can now be seen on video as authorities investigate.
33-year-old Ernie Serrano died last Tuesday after he was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon following an incident that required police assistance at a grocery store in Jurupa Valley ... which left him bloodied, battered and, ultimately, unresponsive.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Dept. released body cam footage as well as witness and surveillance video from that day ... and it shows Serrano at a Stater Bros. attempting to check out at the register, when for some reason security intervenes ... and they tussle.
The fighting goes on for a few minutes -- reports say the guard Tasered him and used pepper spray on him as well ... and that's when several Sheriff's deputies arrived. In the video, you can see one of the deputies unloads on a stumbling Serrano with his baton, striking him several times in the arm and stomach -- until, eventually, the whole squad tackles and detains him.
Body cam video shows Serrano bleeding from his face as deputies attempt to handcuff him -- while pinning his torso against a countertop. He's screaming for them to let him go as cops try to calm him down. Serrano actually screamed, "Excessive force" at one point.
They then put a spit mask on him, and he quiets down ... at some point after that he lost consciousness. Deputies put him on the floor and tried to resuscitate him. Serrano was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
RCSD held a press conference Monday, saying the department and the District Attorney's Office were investigating. They also released a preliminary autopsy report they say lists his cause of death as acute methamphetamine intoxication ... which the Sheriff's Dept. says caused a fatal arrhythmia as he struggled with deputies.
The Sherrif's Dept. also says the autopsy shows contusions on his right arm and stomach, consistent with baton strikes. They add there's no sign of asphyxiation or other forms of trauma. Of course, Serrano's fam and their attorney, Humberto Guizar, see things differently.
Guizar says it's clear the deputies held him down in a compromised position for too long, which he believes led to Serrano's death. He's calling for an independent autopsy to be done, while also signaling he and the family are ramping up for a lawsuit. Guizar believes what happened to Serrano was not dissimilar to George Floyd.
One last thing ... the Sheriff's Dept. says some of the same deputies who dealt with Serrano the day he died also had a run-in with him the day prior ... something the deputies allude to during the arrest.

Peruvian cops take their sting operations quite seriously, especially around the holidays, as you can see in this drug bust featuring Saint Nick ... bashing in a door with a hammer!!!
This drug raid in Lima was captured on camera, and it shows 2 Peruvian police officers disguised as Santa and an elf literally busting into the home of a suspected drug dealer in town. Looks like they mighta been right, as they found tons of weed.
Imagine how deep undercover this duo had to go to make this collar. If it required sitting in as a mall Santa for even one day, they deserve medals!
BTW, apparently, this police force has gone undercover before as homeless people and street sweepers. In any case, their latest operation made for a dramatic payoff. It's not everyday ya get to see Santa and an elf hop out of a van, break down and a door ... and leave with a sack full of ganja.
In addition to the marijuana ... cops say they found guns and drug paraphernalia.
See? Santa really does check his list twice. Feliz Navidad!!!

Las Vegas' McCarran Airport Man Scales Airplane Wing Falls Off Hard, Instantly Arrested
What happens in Vegas didn't stay in Vegas for this one -- a guy climbed onto an airplane wing, and bopped his head after a hard fall ... only to be met with handcuffs down below.
This went down Saturday at McCarran Airport, where an Alaska Airlines flight that was set to take off for Portland got an unwelcome visitor that prevented it from taking off. It was this dude, who's said to have come out of nowhere -- but somehow made his way onto the wing.
People were amused at first, snapping photos of the guy as he sat out there awkwardly. Eventually cops were called and tried intercepting the guy -- but it was tricky, as officers had to scale the plane themselves and get out there on the wing with him.
My grandpa is on a flight out of Las Vegas and just sent me this picture of a man that climbed ON TO THE WING OF THE AIRPLANE 😳 pic.twitter.com/las9EcXDC6
— Justin MacFayden (@JrMacfayden) December 12, 2020 @JrMacfayden
The man did not want to go quietly, as you can see ... he avoided the cops and went out even further on the wing tip. Then, he removed his socks and shoes -- tossing them on the runway -- and proceeded to try and clip what little wing there was left to grab.
Long story short ... it didn't end well for this fella. He lost his grip and then tumbled down to the ground, where he hit his head first and then fell limp like a rag doll. Cops didn't hestitate though -- they pounced on him and threw on the cuffs. Reports say he was arrested.

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department also says they believe the guy hopped over a perimeter fence at McCarran and ran rampant onto the grounds. They said he might have mental issues too.
No word on his condition -- but all we can say is ... ouch.

TikTok Nightmare Man's Alleged Break-in Captured As Woman Was Recording
A moment of meditation quickly turned into a frightening one for a woman whose TikTok recording caught the moment a man allegedly busted into her home.
This went down in Hagerstown, Maryland where Hannah Viverette was about to start recording her dance moves ... when the guy opened her patio door and started to walk inside.
You see Hannah immediately startled as the man opens the door. He muttered something in Spanish before asking Hannah, "Am I your friend?" Hannah replies, "No" and tells the guy to leave her apartment.
She walked out of her apartment, while the man appeared to exit from the balcony door.
Cops later arrested Angel Moises Rodriguez-Gomez and charged him with 2 counts of burglary, second-degree assault, stalking and malicious destruction of property.
He was later released on bond ... which Hannah says is pretty terrifying. She told FOX5 Rodriguez-Gomez lives in a nearby building ... so, for now, she's not sleeping at her place.

Darth Vader -- or his head, rather -- was taken away by the dark side yet again, but cops stepped in to save the day ... TMZ has learned. No Jedis required.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... 38-year-old Frank Hebert was arrested Monday night after he allegedly broke into the Bad Robot Productions building in Santa Monica and made off with 'Star Wars' movie memorabilia ... including Darth's helmet.
We're told cops responded to the scene and were told by security personnel that Hebert had been captured on surveillance video illegally entering the building through the rooftop, and casually walked out with a shopping cart full of stuff.
Our sources say cops quickly found a guy pushing a cart down the street not too far away, which we're told was full of 'Star Wars' stuff -- as in, original props used in the actual movies.
Cops say underneath a mountain of 'Star Wars' pillows, there were 2 helmets ... Darth's iconic black one and a Storm Trooper one too. They arrested him, and Hebert was booked for felony non-residential burglary. He posed for this mug shot heading in.
As for the helmets -- our sources tell us all items were safely returned to their rightful owners -- and the galaxy was set in harmony once more. The End.

Rick Moranis Sucker Punch Suspect Arrested Booked on Felony Assault Charge

7:28 PM PT -- We just got this video of the Rick Moranis assault suspect. Ventura was just taken for booking at a Manhattan PD station.
The guy who allegedly sucker punched Rick Moranis is now in police custody -- and his criminal charge is being pushed into a serious category because of Rick's age.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... NYPD officers arrested 35-year-old Marquis Ventura this weekend in connection to the attack that left Moranis knocked on his ass in Manhattan while walking through some scaffolding in the Upper West Side last month.
We're told Ventura was booked on a felony assault charge -- which applies since Rick is technically a senior citizen ... basically, if you attack someone who's 65 years old or above, any assault charge that would follow is upgraded. Believe it or not, Rick's sitting pretty at a ripe 67.
You'll recall ... the sucker punch was completely random and unprovoked when it happened. Moranis was walking by a man in a surveillance video that captured the incident -- and out of nowhere, he swung on the actor ... which made him topple to the ground.
Moranis went to the hospital for some pain in his head, neck and hip -- but later said he was okay. Still, ,it pissed off A LOT of folks in Hollywood -- including one Chris Evans, who said the culprit must be apprehended.
Looks like Captain's wish was granted ... or so it seems. Ventura is set to be arraigned later this week.

Brutal Texas Arrest Man Screams for Dad as Cops Tackle, Knee & Tase Him

A man in Texas screamed for his father during a violent arrest that went down on his parents' front door ... and it was all recorded on their doorbell security camera.
The video starts with the driver, Zekee Rayford, pulling into a driveway. You can hear cops telling him to get down on the ground, but he runs to the front door. Officers gave chase, and Rayford started yelling for his dad before cops took him down by kneeing him and tasing him.
The arrest went down late Monday night in Schertz, a San Antonio suburb, and cops tell TMZ ... they attempted to stop Rayford for running a traffic light. Instead, they say he kept driving until he got to the home owned by his parents.
Schertz PD claim Rayford fled when they tried to apprehend him, and as we see in the video ... that's when the struggle began, and the Taser was deployed. Cops did not mention any other use of force, although you can clearly see them tussling and kneeing Rayford. In the video, you also hear one of the officers threaten to tase the man who eventually opened the front door and questioned cops' use of force.
We're told Rayford was charged with felony evading in a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, and possession of marijuana. Schertz PD says it's launched an internal investigation to ensure policies and procedures were followed.
Civil rights lawyer Ben Crump -- who reps Breonna Taylor's family -- weighed in on the video, saying, Zekee "was allegedly being pulled over nearby but drove home to have his dad present ... EXTREME force was NOT necessary. We need police reform."

Tekashi 6ix9ine Nine Trey Kidnapper Gets 24 Years in Prison
-

The guy who helped kidnap Tekashi 6ix9ine -- one of his then-fellow gang members in the Nine Trey Bloods -- just got the book thrown at him for that crime.
Anthony "Harv" Ellison was sentenced Wednesday in a federal court in NYC, where the judge gave him 24 years in prison for the racketeering, kidnapping, and assault charges for which he was convicted last October.
In addition to his time behind bars, Ellison was also sentenced to five years of supervised release. His sentence comes more than a full year after his trial -- where Tekashi infamously snitched ... taking the stand and identifying Ellison as his kidnapper.
The kidnapping was just the tip of the iceberg though -- federal prosecutors successfully nailed Ellison, with Tekashi's help, for various other crimes connected to the Nine Treys.
You'll recall ... Tekashi was initially tight with Ellison, until their relationship soured -- after which, Ellison planned out the kidnapping scheme to get revenge ... according to T69's testimony anyway. Tekashi was abducted, taken for a ride around town, pistol-whipped and extorted for money -- some of which was captured on camera and played for the jury at trial.
Tekashi's then-GF was actually seen on camera handing over a bag of goods in exchange for Tekashi's safe return. That, coupled with Tekashi's snitching, helped seal Ellison's fate.
It's one of the last pieces of fallout from Tekashi's infamous turn on his old pals. As you might recall -- Tekashi himself was released from prison somewhat early and allowed to finish out his time at home, with an ankle monitor.

One of the co-founders of the Black Lives Matter chapter in New York was arrested this weekend ... and the takedown is on video.
Hawk Newsome was on the front lines of a protest in NYC Sunday, where BLM demonstrators were reportedly facing off with Trump supporters in the streets ... with cops in riot gear in the mix as well. At one point, Newsome came face-to-face with several officers.

— @SCOOTERCASTER (FNTV) (@ScooterCasterNY) November 1, 2020 @ScooterCasterNY
In the clip, it looks like he has his hands up and isn't resisting or posing an immediate threat before a bunch of cops force him to the ground in an aggressive manner. After that, it appears a bunch of those same officers dog pile him while they try to throw on cuffs.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... Hawk -- whose real name is Walter -- was arrested for misdemeanor obstructing governmental administration, as well as two counts of disorderly conduct. We're told police gave him multiple orders to disperse because he and his crew were allegedly blocking traffic, but he refused to do so.
Our sources say Hawk also allegedly pushed the officers and told them to get their hands off him, which is what ultimately triggered the arrest. He was given a desk appearance ticket and released.
These protests have been ramping up in the past few weeks, on both coasts actually. Doesn't seem to be a great sign of what's to come on Tuesday, or anything after that.

Applebee's Arrest Body Cam from High Chair Dispute

The woman who was arrested at an Ohio Applebee's over a high chair conflict was given ample opportunity to avoid it ... based on police body cam footage anyway.
As we reported ... Shannel Malcolm got into it with restaurant staffers after she claimed she was denied 2 high chairs for her twin babies. Welcome to 2020, where cops get called over high chairs, and the video shows Shannel's absolute disbelief once she saw the officers.
At first, she's not all that interested in explaining her side of the story. Instead, she whipped out her phone, and as we reported ... live streamed the incident.
The officer did speak to an employee who explained they were following the law by not allowing Shannel to have high chairs at her booth because it would be dangerous to her kids.
Applebee's told TMZ ... 2 high chairs in a booth created a fire safety hazard, so they offered to seat her at a different table. They claim Shannel refused and got aggressive with a pregnant host -- and that's why they called police.
As for why she got arrested? Well, watch the video to see what happened after the officer kicked her out of the restaurant.
Shannel was jawing with other patrons, and totally defiant when the cop tried to let her go with a ticket. That's when the handcuffs came out and, as we told you ... she got arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.
High chairs, folks. High chairs.

Arizona Racist Busted for Telling Black Man 'This is a No N***** Zone,' Fired Too
-
Exclusive Details
- 34.7K shares
11:21 AM PT -- The man who said the n-word right in front of a Black man in Arizona actually told cops he said it off-camera before saying it again when the film started to roll ... this according to the police report from the incident.
According to the Scottsdale PD, at least a couple different officers were made aware of the altercation between Ng and Abram after the department getting a call from the owner of a nearby business getting negative threatening comments, even though the owner said she was in no way affiliated with Ng.
Remember, Ng was leaf-blowing in front of a business in Abram's video, and it seems like the owner was concerned Ng would be tied to her and the biz, and that retaliation would follow. Two officers followed up and tracked Ng down at his home.
According to the cops, Ng says Abram said something to the effect of a lot of racist white people being in Scottsdale -- to which Ng said he replied, "Well, not all of them are white, n*****." As for why he even bothered to approach Abram and his Black friend, Ng told cops he often keeps an eye out in the community, and takes notes of suspicious behavior and was concerned that the men were casing the area.
In the wake of recent looting, Ng told cops he's been extra vigilant for outside agitators ... thinking Abrams and his buddy might be one of them. Ng was apparently worried the two of them were doing "recon" scouting work.
When cops asked him if he realized how his comments could be perceived as inflammatory and spark a fight, officers claim Ng pushed back at first ... but ultimately said he understood but didn't see why so much energy was wasted on the incident. Didn't get him off the hook though -- because officers eventually arrested and cited him for disorderly conduct.
A racist had the gall to tell a Black man to his face that the public area he was trying to film in was a "no-n***er zone" ... and somehow walked away unscathed, at least at first.
The victim is Andre Abram, who was recording an episode for his podcast in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ last Friday with his cameraman, who's also African-American. As they were doing their thing, Abram says he noticed a guy giving 'em the eye ... who then approached.
That's when he started rolling and caught the guy's vile words on camera. The older man -- who, interestingly, is of Asian descent -- walks up casually and asks them what they're doing ... to which Abram tells him, filming on a public road, as he asks why the guy came over at all.
The man, who has since been identified as Paul Ng, then flat out tells Abram ... "this is a no-n***** zone," while going on to admit that he is, in fact, a racist. Abram disputes his claim about the area, and Ng continues to press him on where he's from and why he's there.
Abram then tells Ng to back up and step away ... he's clearly upset, but controls himself as he addresses his own camera about the situation. Ng, from across the way now, proceeds to use a leaf blower in front of a building ... which Abram assumes is his place of business.
After the fact, local reports say Ng was later arrested by police on a disorderly conduct charge after the video was posted and went viral. Turns out, he was also fired from his real estate job -- with Russ Lyon Sotheby's Int'l Realty recommending his license be revoked.
One outlet reports that Ng later expressed regret for his comment -- and said he was simply looking out for his neighborhood, as they had had "trouble" there recently.
