NBA YoungBoy Busted for Drugs in Baton Rouge ... Cops Seize Guns, $79k Cash

UPDATE

1:19 PM PT -- TMZ's obtained pics of the 14 guns and $79k in cash cops seized during the course of the investigation. Baton Rouge Police says its Street Crimes Division -- along with the FBI -- received information from anonymous concerned citizens of individuals brandishing guns in an abandoned lot on Monday around 4:30 PM. Cops say upon arrival, multiple individuals fled on foot and others were detained for questioning.

UPDATE
UPDATE

Cops say they arrested 16 individuals ... including the rapper. They say 1 weapon was stolen and 2 guns were equipped with illegal stocks. Cops gave the anonymous tipster a shout-out for calling in the tip saying, "We have consistently said that we can't do this alone. We need help from the community to solve crimes. When you See Something, Say Something. This is another example of our citizens getting involved and calling us when they witness suspicious activity. Thank you for your help Baton Rouge, Keep Talking, we will never stop listening!"

UPDATE
UPDATE

11:38 AM PT -- NBA's attorney, Jimmy Manasseh, tells TMZ his client is innocent of the charges he was arrested for Monday night, insisting YoungBoy had no controlled dangerous substances on him.

UPDATE

He claims cops arrived on the scene on a firearms tip, and went on to conduct searches and detainments illegally ... even though he admits cops found several guns on a bunch of the guys who were ultimately picked up. Still, he maintains YoungBoy was unarmed -- which no one is refuting ... NBA YoungBoy wasn't booked on any gun charges.

UPDATE

Manasseh says YoungBoy looks forward to defending himself in court.

NBA YoungBoy was sitting in a jail cell this week after getting arrested for drugs in his Louisiana hometown.

The rapper was booked Monday night by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office on 3 separate drug charges -- possession of schedule I drugs, manufacturing/distributing a schedule II drug, and manufacturing/distributing schedule IV drugs.

It's unclear exactly what specific drugs he allegedly had, but If any or all of the charges stick ... YoungBoy could be facing several years in prison.

It's unclear what led to his arrest, but a video posted to social media claiming to have captured the run-in with cops indicates it could've been a raid of some sort -- as YoungBoy was reportedly one of several people swept up and taken away in cuffs.

YoungBoy was released from jail last year after getting caught up in a Miami shooting ... while he was on probation for another case.

Missouri Cop to Suspect Your Bony Face Broke My Hand!!! ... Man Charged w/ Assault

A Missouri cop claims a guy broke his hand ... with none other than his face -- and now, a judge has allowed the case to move forward with an assault charge against the dude.

Ozark PD officer Trevor Spencer testified last week that back in December of 2019, a traffic stop in which he pulled over 48-year-old Matthew Calhoun turned in an unavoidable beatdown (on the cop's end), which left his hand crumpled after pounding the guy's mug.

Yes, that's right ... Spencer says he had no choice but to defend himself and wail on Calhoun's face, which left his hand busted. He's alleging assault against an officer as a result.

If that sounds insane to you, you're not the only one -- Calhoun's attorney argued against the absurdity of the charge at a hearing on it Tuesday ... reportedly saying, "Are we supposed to feel sorry for Officer Spencer because he broke his hand on my client's face?"

As for how this unfolded ... Spencer says he was stopping the guy for suspected speeding, when he realized there were warrants out for his arrest. Spencer says as he tried detaining Calhoun in a parking lot, a struggled ensued and because of Calhoun's alleged aggressive behavior, he was forced to slug a few times ... which he says ended in him being injured.

Wondering if Calhoun ever struck the cop? No, actually, according to prosecutors arguing on Spencer's behalf. What they claim he did do ... allegedly elbowed Spencer in the chest while trying to escape, and then allegedly balling up his fist before Spencer started swinging.

The judge presiding over the case decided to move it on to trial court, keeping the assault charge intact ... but dropping a separate felony resisting arrest charge. What a world 🤔

'90 Day Fiance' Star Larissa Lima ICE Arrest was the Real Deal ... Prepare to be Deported!!!

Larissa Lima's recent run-in with ICE was far from a publicity stunt -- it may result in her removal from the country ... and we've seen the evidence.

According to the Homeland Security docs obtained by TMZ ... the "90 Day Fiance" star was arrested Saturday and released on her own recognizance.

The docs say Larissa's been "placed in removal proceedings" in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act, and she has a hearing coming up to determine if she'll have to surrender for removal from the U.S.

As we reported ... Larissa was arrested at her boyfriend's home in Las Vegas as they were getting ready to head to Colorado. Sources close to her previously claimed agents were simply checking on her immigration status, and she later posted that everything was "good to go" after her release.

GOOD TO GO
TMZ.com

According to what we've seen ... that definitely doesn't seem to be the case. We reached out to ICE, and a spokesperson declined to comment on the case.

It's funny -- after Larissa was arrested, fans began to speculate she staged the whole ordeal as a publicity stunt. Turns out they were very wrong, but it would have been impressive ... almost as impressive as the success of her CamSoda show and making herself look like Kylie Jenner

No S*** Please Let Me Poop, Mr. Officer!!! ... Raw Vid of Chase & Arrest

BUT I GOTTA GO!
Enid PD

Here's the straight poop -- an Oklahoma woman really had to go number two when she got pulled over by a cop, an excuse that resulted in a high-speed chase and her in handcuffs ... and we've got the raw vid.

28-year-old Emily Owings led an Enid PD officer on a wild ride last week after he stopped her for not wearing a seatbelt, and immediately got a laundry list of excuses once he realized she had other legal troubles that might've required he bring her in.

By that, we mean she told him it was her birthday, but much more urgently ... she claimed she had to take a dump, and BAD. The cop wasn't buying it though, and did what he needed to do ... namely, check to see if there were outstanding warrants.

Turns out, Enid PD says there was ... not to mention her license was suspended. When the officer informed her of all this, Ms. Owing started bawling and pleading with the guy ... again telling him she had to drop one. It's sad ... but so funny too.

Anyway, when they finally tell her she is, in fact, wanted in another county and they gotta take her into custody -- the lady speeds off, before eventually being stopped and arrested. As they're hauling her off, she once again asks to defecate ... in the cop's car, no less.

She was booked on charges ranging from eluding to reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and other offenses. As for whether she ended up making it to the can ... Enid PD says she told the arresting officer and jailer who searched her ... the feeling had passed.

'90 Day Fiance' Larissa Lima Cut Loose by ICE ... Now Colorado-Bound

UPDATE

1:55 PM PT -- We're told Larissa is now out of ICE custody and leaving town as quickly as possible to her new home in Colorado. Her reps says agents were checking on her immigration status.

UPDATE

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

UPDATE

She also posted a video updating her fans on her situation, telling them the ICE crew was actually pretty nice and that she's now "good to go."

UPDATE

We still haven't heard back from ICE on why Larissa was picked up in the first place.

"90 Day Fiance" star Larissa Lima has been arrested by ICE ... TMZ has confirmed.

Larissa was taken into custody Saturday at her and her boyfriend, Eric Nichols' Las Vegas home, apparently as they were getting ready to hop in the car and take their U-Haul on a road trip to Colorado Springs ... where they bought a home after selling their Vegas pad.

Her rep, Lindsay Feldman, tells us ... "Larissa's legal team is working meticulously on her release and clearing up this misunderstanding."

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The couple has been documenting their real estate journey well on social media, and seemed poised to be making the big move this weekend. That came to an abrupt halt, however, as ICE agents showed up to their doorstep and hauled Larissa off.

It's unclear exactly why she was taken in -- her good friend, Carmen Nys, sent an update on her IG story saying she and Eric just saw Larissa being taken away. Carmen says the two of them are on their way to an ICE detention center now to figure out what's going on.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

It should be noted ... Larissa's had trouble with the law over the past few years here in the U.S. -- she's reportedly been arrested several times over ... and was trying to avoid deportation as a result, something that was covered on the show and explored further on another series she was featured in afterward called 'Happily Ever After.'

We're trying to get in touch with ICE to find out more details.

As we reported ... Larissa made a splash with CamSoda after a very successful one-hour lingerie show she put on, with a brand spanking new bod emulated after Kylie Jenner, no less. The site cleaned up, and presumably ... so did she. Hence, getting outta Dodge.

Clearly, law enforcement had other plans.

Breonna Taylor's BF Sues Louisville Cops for Misconduct ... Seeks Immunity, Denies Shooting Officer

Breonna Taylor's boyfriend is going after Louisville police for the allegedly botched raid at her home that left Breonna dead, claiming he's the victim of police misconduct ... and he didn't actually shoot one of the officers.

Kenneth Walker filed a civil lawsuit Tuesday, asking the judge for a declaration of immunity from prosecution in the criminal case for firing a single "warning shot" after cops rammed the door to enter Taylor's apartment in the middle of the night back in March while executing a search warrant.

As you know ... police claim Walker's shot struck Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly in the femoral artery in his thigh, but his legal team refutes that.

Walker's lawyers say evidence indicates that police may have shot Mattingly as they were "firing wildly from various angles."

According to the lawsuit ... Walker was interrogated by police after the shootings and was then wrongfully and illegally arrested, detained, charged and prosecuted.

Walker now wants to avail himself of Kentucky’s stand your ground law, which he claims operates to prevent law enforcement from prosecuting him after he fired the shot in self-defense. In other words, it seems the lawyer is saying Walker had a right to fire a shot under the stand your ground law, so he would therefore be immune from criminal prosecution.

According to the docs, he's specifically concerned about being hit with an attempted murder charge that was previously dropped without prejudice.

Taylor's boyfriend is also seeking damages for assault, battery, false arrest and imprisonment, malicious prosecution, abuse of process and negligence stemming from the incident.

As we've reported ... none of the officers involved in the raid and shooting of Taylor have been arrested, though one cop -- Brett Hankison -- has been fired.

KY Attorney General Daniel Cameron recently received a critical ballistics report about Breonna's death, but claimed it was inconclusive.

Floyd Mayweather's Biz Partner Proposes Police Reform Policy ... to Root Out Racist Cops

One of Floyd Mayweather's top business associates is so outraged over the recent police shootings, he wrote up a new police reform proposal in the hopes of fixing the system.

Brent Johnson is the CEO of One Entertainment -- and handles international business deals for Floyd Mayweather. He also has a law degree.

Johnson has drawn up a 6 point document titled, "Amendment Proposal for American Police Policy Reform" which lays out his plan.

AMENDMENT 1 – Zero Tolerance for Racial Bias and Violence Against Minorities (5-5-5 Plan)

Any officer who has 5 confirmed incidents involving racial bias within a 5-year period will be hit with a nationwide ban on employment in law enforcement, in any capacity, across the country.

AMENDMENT 2 – Racial Representation In The Police Population (The 70% Rule)

Kenosha County Sheriff Vicious Words for Black Suspects in 2018

082720_david_beth_2018_kal 1/25/18
LOCK THEM UP

Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth went on a disgusting rant in 2018, suggesting that 5 arrested suspects -- all Black -- were "not worth saving" and should be locked up for life ... all over a retail theft and car chase incident.

Sheriff Beth -- who's in the public spotlight following the shooting of Jacob Blake and subsequent riots in Kenosha that led to 2 people being killed -- used the phrase "these people" multiple times as he described how he believed they should be "warehoused" ... so as not to allow the men to procreate.

The Sheriff went on to say it's time to stop being politically correct -- and though he specifically claimed race was not a factor -- he insisted "these people" should be put away for good.

Later in his speech, Beth said ... "In this country, in this community, in this state, we have to get to the point where we will no longer put up with the garbage people that fill our communities. They are a cancer to our society."

The case that got Beth so riled up was a retail theft in a mall that led to a car chase and a 2-car crash. At the time, Beth said he was so angered because the suspects hit another car being driven by a 16-year-old who just got his license ... though nobody was seriously injured.

The 5 suspects, aged 16 to 23, were all from Milwaukee and were all charged with felony retail theft and obstruction.

A LOT TO THINK ABOUT

Beth addressed the media Wednesday following a deadly night in Kenosha, in which 2 protesters were shot and killed by an armed suspect. Cops later arrested 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse in connection with the incident.

The Sheriff suggested Rittenhouse was part of a group of people who asked to be deputized in order to help police patrol the area, something Beth said he wouldn't do because of the liability and chaos it can cause ... as evidenced by what happened Tuesday night.

However, Beth also served up a questionable explanation of how law enforcement simply let Rittenhouse walk away after the deadly shootings ...  despite the fact he had a long gun strapped around his chest and his hands in the air as onlookers screamed to cops he was the shooter.

Porsha Williams Activism, Arrests to Get Spotlight On New 'RHOA' Season

Porsha Williams will have a new storyline on the upcoming 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' series ... her activism and arrests protesting Breonna Taylor's death will be heavily featured.

Production sources tell TMZ ... producers want to shine a light on Porsha's fight for social justice as much as possible in the new season, because Bravo knows viewers would be riveted by Porsha's commitment to racial justice.

As we reported ... Porsha was arrested in July during a Breonna Taylor protest outside the home of Kentucky's Attorney General, with cops hauling her off Daniel Cameron's front lawn in zip ties. She was hit with a felony charge, which was later dropped.

Porsha was arrested again Wednesday at another Louisville protest demanding justice for Breonna.

Our sources say there were no 'RHOA' camera crews on the ground when Porsha was busted -- the pandemic made it impossible to send a crew. Producers will rely on raw cellphone footage to tell her story.

As we first told you ... 'RHOA' is filming again with extra precautions in place because of COVID-19, and Porsha and the other housewives will use their platform to talk about injustice in America and what they can do to affect change.

Jacob Blake Cop Who Shot Him In The Back Identified

The Wisconsin cop who fired seven shots into the back of Jacob Blake has been identified as officer Rusten Sheskey ... as more details from the case were just released.

The shooting is being investigated by the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation, and an initial account of Sunday's incident fingers Sheskey as the trigger man.

According to the DOJ ... Kenosha Police Department officers were dispatched to a residence after a female caller reported her boyfriend was there when he was not supposed to be.

During the incident, the DOJ says police attempted to arrest Jacob and used a taser to try and stop him, but it didn't work.

The DOJ then describes what you've already seen on video ... Jacob walked around his vehicle, opened the driver's side door and leaned forward as Officer Sheskey held onto Blake's shirt and fired 7 shots into his back.

As we reported ... Jacob's family says he is paralyzed from the waist down and will need a miracle to walk again.

The DOJ says Jacob told he had a knife in his possession, but DCI agents recovered a knife from the driver's side floorboard in Blake's car.  In other words, it wasn't even close to Jacob when he was shot in the back 7 times. The DOJ says no other weapons were found in Jacob's car.

The state says the DCI is continuing to review evidence and determine facts and will turn over its investigative report to a prosecutor once complete.

Storyful
UPDATE

12:47 PM PT -- Beaumont Police sergeant Cody Guedry tells TMZ ... the incident is under investigation and the officer remains on active duty.

Police in Texas slammed a man's forehead into a curb during a bloody arrest ... and cops also had an elbow and knee pinned on his head.

The violent altercation with cops in Beaumont, Texas was caught on camera, with bystanders screaming in horror as multiple police officers flip the man off his stomach, causing his head to smash into the concrete curb in the middle of a parking lot.

The man, whose name is Omar, claims he suffered a gruesome injury during the arrest -- a bloody gash above his right eye from the violent impact, a cut that required at least six staples.

The head slamming into the curb is alarming, and so are the elbow and knee pinning his face to the ground. It's only been 3 months since George Floyd's neck met a knee that ended his life.

We reached out to police in Beaumont ... so far, no word back.

Kenosha, Wisconsin White Cop Shoots Unarmed Black Man ... Seven Times, Point-Blank

SHOCKING AND BRUTAL
Raysean White via TMX.news

A white police officer in Kenosha, Wisconsin opened fire on an unarmed Black man who was simply walking away from him -- shooting him point-blank seven times ... and it's all on video.

The officer-involved shooting went down Sunday near 40th and 28th Avenue -- where witnesses say the victim was simply breaking up a fight when cops were called to the scene. It's unclear what unfolded from there, but this video captures the crucial 20 seconds.

You see the man walking away from a few officers ... who appear to be telling him to stop, with guns drawn. He makes his away around a car in a nonthreatening manner, he opens the door and attempts to get inside. One of the cops grabs hold of his shirt, and for some inexplicable reason, he unloads seven rounds at arm's length. The victim was flown to a hospital and has been listed as being in serious condition.

Protests are now growing by the minute. Many are demanding the swift arrest of the officer who fired the shots.

While the situation is still very fluid, it seems an outright inexcusable act of police brutality. Even if the man was disobeying orders, he was nonviolent, nonthreatening, unarmed and there was no attempt to subdue him in the vehicle.

According to reports on the ground, the state Department of Justice is already taking over the investigation. Kenosha PD, for its part, says officers on the scene provided immediate aid -- but also note that they instantly transferred the case to outside agencies.

Georgia Cop Tasers Black Woman ... Fired for Conduct, Broke Dept. Values

THE BRUTAL TAKEDOWN
@jaythegoat3476/Tik Tok

The Georgia police officer who used his Taser on a Black woman and continued to use what many consider excessive force afterward is now without a job ... according to his bosses.

Officer Michael Oxford was terminated this week from his job at the Gwinnett County Police Dept. after viral video surfaced showing him tasing and forcibly arresting an African-American woman on her front porch while surrounded by family members.

GCPD says they canned Oxford Friday for conduct they considered to go against their core values -- even though they do say he was technically in the right to try and arrest the woman, Kyndesia Smith. She was reported as a potential suspect who'd allegedly vandalized a neighbor's car and threatened them and their kid ... Oxford responded to check it out.

The department writes that while Oxford did have probable cause to detain and arrest Smith for obstruction of a law enforcement officer, they disagreed with how he went about doing it ... despite them saying his use of force was within their policy. Seemingly contradictory, but the bottom line here ... he didn't take the proper steps to try and keep the peace.

GCPD says their investigation looked into whether proper de-escalation techniques were used and whether Oxford had violated their standards in handling things. They add, "Our policy states that each member of this department shall consider it his or her duty to be of service to the general public and to render that service in a kind, considerate, and patient manner." Basically, they're saying he went above and beyond to be a jerk.

Another telling line from the department ... "One of our core values is courtesy. We strive to conduct ourselves in a manner that promotes mutual respect with the community and our peers." They went on to say that Oxford simply didn't meet that, so they cut him loose.

Smith was ultimately booked for simple battery against an officer and willful obstruction of law enforcement. Unclear if she was even involved in the initial incident that sparked this.

Key West Boy Arrested Parent Sues School and City ... You Scarred Him For Life

OUTRAGEOUS ARREST

The parent of the 8-year-old kid who was arrested in Key West two years ago is now going after the school and the city, claiming the boy -- who already had serious psychological issues -- was all but destroyed by the incident.

Bianca Digennaro just filed a suit on behalf of her child -- who's only identified by his initials, HMM -- claiming her son was subjected to humiliation, embarrassment and psychological damage that manifested itself physically ... which she says could scar him permanently.

081120-bianca-digennaro
DEMANDING JUSTICE

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Digennaro says school officials should never have called the police, because school officials knew HMM had serious issues, including Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Adjustment Disorder and ADHD.

What happened to cause police to come did not justify trying to cuff the boy and arrest him. The mom says HMM refused to sit on a bench the way the teacher wanted. The teacher grabbed the boy and he implored her to take her hands off him. When she didn't, he punched her once in the chest. She was not injured, and HMM became remorseful and upset.

Nevertheless ... cops tried to scare the boy straight by telling him he was going to jail. The suit claims there was no justification for even calling the cops, since mental issues were the root cause of the problem, yet they still treated him like a criminal.

The kid's mother goes on to say that the psychological trauma of the incident caused her son to experience loss of breath, hives, stomach and head aches, nightmares, insomnia and inability to sleep alone in the aftermath of his run-in with cops. Her suit claims excessive force, ADA violations and failure to train officers properly.

She's asking for damages, not to mention an in-person apology, as well as a written admission and apology for what happened on official letterhead.

George Floyd Police Body Cam Shows Fear On Face ... 'Please Don't Shoot Me'

SCARED FROM THE START

George Floyd was terrified and afraid when cops first approached him in his car ... pleading for his life with a gun trained on his head.

The footage -- just released by a judge -- from Floyd's fatal interaction with Minnesota cops shows him begging Thomas Lane at gunpoint, "Mr. Officer, please don't shoot me." George also tells Lane his mom just died while pleading with him not to pull the trigger.

A distressed Floyd was finally yanked outta the driver's seat and police yelled at him to stop resisting arrest as they slapped on a pair of handcuffs. Lane and J. Alexander Kueng walked George across the street and tried to stuff him in the back of a police SUV ... and that's when things got way more tense.

George Floyd Body Cam Keung
"I CAN'T BREATHE"

In the video, George again says he's not resisting and didn't do anything, then sobs and wails while telling the officers he's afraid of getting in the back of the SUV because he's claustrophobic.

Floyd told the officers he's "going to die in here" as they manhandled him into the back of the car. He said he was scared and anxious, then screamed and sobbed as they forced him inside.

A massive struggle ensues and suddenly Floyd is on the pavement and Derek Chauvin's knee is pinned on his neck. All the while, George tells the cops he can't breathe.

You know what happens next ... Chauvin's knee remains on Floyd's neck for nearly 9 minutes and he dies.

Although a judge just made this video available to the media ... it had been leaked a week ago.

8-Year-Old Boy Put in Handcuffs, Taken to Jail ... Cops Scare Him Straight?!

OUTRAGEOUS ARREST
UPDATE

9:52 AM PT -- The boy in the video allegedly punched his teacher in the chest and cops were called to his school, Gerald Adams Elementary, and arrested him on a felony battery charge ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ.

UPDATE

The report says the kid cursed at the teacher and told her "my mom is going to beat your a**" before punching the teacher in the chest with his right hand. The teacher says it all started when the kid wasn't properly sitting on a bench.

UPDATE

The alleged incident happened on Dec. 14, 2018 and the status of the case is unclear. The video started circulating Monday and Key West Police Chief Sean T. Brandenburg told the Miami Herald his officers didn't do anything wrong.

Here's police in Florida scaring an 8-year-old boy into straightening up his act ... by slapping handcuffs on him and taking him to the slammer.

Civil rights attorney Ben Crump claims the boy Key West police tried to scare straight has special needs, and he's ripping cops for their tactics.

As you can see in the video, the young boy is so small his hands are too tiny for the cuffs and they fall off his wrists. Crump says the kid is only 3.5 feet tall and 64 pounds.

Police body cam footage also shows officers lecturing the boy as they lead him out of his elementary school and into the back of a squad car. Crump says the kid was then taken to a real jail for processing. Ya know, just like an adult.

U.S. politician Julian Castro also shared the shocking footage on social media, calling the incident "unbelievable" and saying "police should have no role in punishing our kids or pulling traumatic stunts like this on our schools."

We reached out to Key West cops to find out what led up to the arrest, but so far no word back.
