Jayson Werth DUI Arrest Video 'I'm Not Sure I Trust Cops'
MLB star Jayson Werth got into it with a police officer during his DUI arrest back in April -- ultimately telling the cop he's not sure the officer had his best interests at heart.
Werth was pulled over in Scottsdale, AZ on April 17 for expired registration and, during the stop, the officer suspected he was drunk.
Werth tried to celebrity his way out of the arrest -- handing the cop an MLB "courtesy card" which shows he's a pro baseball player -- and told the cop, "We do a lot of work with you guys."
Didn't work.
When the cops tried to conduct a field sobriety test, Werth objected -- refusing to comply and telling the cop, "I'm just not sure I trust you."
The cop tried to explain that he was NOT misleading Werth and was only trying to do the right thing.
Werth replied, "A lot of people have gotten into a lot of trouble assuming that police officers have their best interests [at heart]."
That's when the cop broke out the handcuffs and arrested the baseball player.
As we previously reported, Werth was taken to a nearby station where he ultimately surrendered to a blood draw -- which showed he had a .12 BAC.
He later pled guilty to 1 count of DUI and was sentenced to a diversion program.

Bill Cosby Sex Offender Rehab Depends on Danger Level
As Bill Cosby settles into life behind bars, the convicted comedian will undergo a rigorous evaluation to determine the extent of his sex offender treatment ... and it all hinges on how much of a danger he poses.
Cosby will go through a program called Responsible Living: A Sex Offender Treatment Program ... something all sex offenders must complete as part of their sentence.
There are seven phases ...
-- Phase 1: Responsibility Taking
-- Phase 2: Behavioral Techniques
-- Phase 3: Emotional Well-Being
-- Phase 4: Victim Empathy
-- Phase 5: Anger Management
-- Phase 6: Sex Education
-- Phase 7: Relapse Prevention
According to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Cosby will go through an evaluation process to determine what category of risk he falls in and what sort of treatment is deemed fit in the state sex offender program.
If he falls into a moderate-high or a high-risk category, he'll have to complete all 7 phases of the sex offender program. If he falls into a low or low-moderate risk category, he's just required to knock out Responsibility Taking, Sex Education and Relapse Prevention.

Stormy Daniels Strip Club Arrest Triggers FBI Corruption Probe
The FBI is now involved in investigating possible police corruption in connection with Stormy Daniel's arrest at a Columbus, Ohio strip club.
As we reported, Stormy was arrested in July while she was performing at Sirens strip club after several patrons made physical contact with her. It appeared the vice cops were lying in wait for Stormy.
Fact is ... there was no basis to arrest Stormy because the law under which she was arrested did NOT apply to her since she was not a regular performer at the club. The police chief apologized and launched an internal affairs investigation.
What we're told ... some of the officers were pro-Trump and it looked like a personal vendetta.
Well, now the FBI's Public Corruption Task Force has been called in at the request of the police chief.
The task force includes the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
The vice squad in question has been put on ice during the probe.

The 'Housewives' star's been charged with felony assault and misdemeanor improper sexual contact. He's also been suspended from the show by Bravo.

O.J. Simpson Bill Cosby Will Be Target In Prison ... Calls for House Arrest
O.J. Simpson is concerned Bill Cosby will be attacked by some "nut" in prison -- and he would know, right?
Juice spent 9 years behind bars in Nevada for kidnapping and armed robbery and warns that people like Cosby -- convicted sex offenders -- don't do well behind bars.
"The problem is the nature of the crime," O.J. said while golfing out in Nevada ... "Rapists are frowned upon in prison."
"I'm sure there will be guys protecting him but they're gonna have to put him in protective custody ... because it takes one nut, ya know?"
81-year-old Cosby was convicted of 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault -- stemming from a 2004 incident in which officials say he drugged Andrea Constand at his Pennsylvania home and molested her.
He's been sentenced to 3 to 10 years in state prison.
But, Simpson thinks the punishment is too severe -- and he's calling for mercy.
"With his health and his age and the nature of the crime, there's not a warden in this country wants the responsibility of a Bill Cosby. I think they should let him do his time under house arrest."

Bill Cosby New Mug Shot After Transfer to Maximum Security Prison
Bill Cosby is now at the prison he will call home for 3 to 10 years.
Cosby's official inmate number is NN7687. He was moved Tuesday after his sentencing to the Pennsylvania State Correctional Institution Phoenix in Schwenksville, PA.
It's significant ... prison is a maximum security facility, meaning it houses some of the most violent offenders in the state. The prison is fairly new and has 3,830 beds.
The judge deemed Cosby a "sexually violent predator" ... which apparently was the trigger for the choice of prison.
Cosby will be housed in a single cell next to the infirmary ... possibly because of his medical problems. He's allowed phone calls and visitation consistent with prison policies.
A prison official says, "We are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure Mr. Cosby's safety and general welfare in our institution." The official says the long-term goal is for Cosby to go into the general population.
The disgraced comedian spent a few hours at the county jail before being transferred to the prison facility.
If Cosby serves the full 10-year sentence, he will be 91 when he is released.

Details are sketchy at this point, but Finnish news outlets say 7 people have already been locked up in connection to the suspected drug ring.

30-year-old Jori was not at the cottage when it was raided over the summer. No charges have been filed against him and he's reportedly denied all wrongdoing.

The L.A. City Attorney's Office tells us it's declined to file charges against Ketterer, and has instead opted to hold a City Attorney hearing for the 'AGT' singer. The hearing is often used as an alternative to criminal prosecution for low-level crimes.
We're told the Office looked at the evidence in Ketterer's case, and decided a hearing would be the best route. During the hearing, Ketterer will receive counseling on domestic violence, violence prevention and warned of the consequences for any repeat violations. It's essentially a stern talking-to.
