'Supernatural' Star Sam Arrested at His Austin Haunt ... Drunk in Public & Assault

"Supernatural" star Jared Padalecki was arrested at a club he tends to frequent quite often -- which makes this story all the more ghastly.

Jared -- who plays Sam Winchester on the show, opposite Jensen Ackles -- was busted by cops early Sunday morning in Austin, TX outside of a lounge called Stereotype. Per his booking sheet, he's facing two counts of assault and one count of public intoxication.

FLASHIN' CASH

Based on video TMZ obtained in the moments leading up to Jared's arrest ... you can see why. The guy was getting physical on the sidewalk, and cops had to get involved.

Eyewitnesses on the scene tell us that at first, Jared allegedly struck a bartender in the face from inside the establishment ... and that a friend tried calming him down outside, but got put into a headlock after a standoff, which you can see here in the footage.

We're also told he got into it with the general manager of the place, and allegedly struck him in the face as well. Eventually, Jared was restrained by police ... but not before pulling out what we're told was a wad of cash, and allegedly flashing it to the officers.

As for Jared's connection to Stereotype -- it's a bit hazy, but he's definitely a regular and might even be an investor too. Local reports suggest he straight-up owns the joint -- he and Jensen own respective businesses in Austin aside from this, BTW -- and we could probably buy that, considering he was there opening night last year, and drops in a lot.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Jared's bond is set at  $15k -- $5,000 per charge -- but it's unclear for now if he's bailed out yet. We've reached out to his rep ... so far, no official word back.

Ted Danson, Jane Fonda Arrested Over Climate Change Demonstration

TED TAKEN AWAY
@KLStorey

Ted Danson has been arrested ... and it's exactly what he was gunning for.

The actor was handcuffed on Capitol Hill Friday during Jane Fonda's third "Fire Drill Fridays" ... a protest focusing on the perils of climate change.

Jane Fonda
THREE FOR THREE
@firedrillfriday

Danson was one of the featured speakers, who addressed a hundred or so protesters before police descended. Jane, Ted and other protesters were arrested for unlawfully demonstrating ... presumably without permits.

Danson has deep roots in the movement. He wrote a book called "Oceana," which describes the environmental problems affecting the world's oceans, caused in part by offshore drilling.

During his speech he joked that he was "Jane's newest trainee," and also took a more serious moment to focus on Jane's movement. He said, "All of this is inconvenient. It's inconvenient for politicians to stop taking money from fossil fuels."

Fonda and others are demanding the passage of the Green New Deal and Environmental Justice. She's going to have weekly demonstrations through early January, and other celebs, scientists and economists are expected to join her. The point is peaceful protest that will end in arrest, to put the spotlight on climate change.

Elliott from 'E.T.' Arrested for DUI Mug Shot Screams 'Ouch'

UPDATE

10:31 AM PT -- Henry was released on his own recognizance around 9:30 AM this morning.

Elliott from 'E.T.' went from riding a bicycle under the influence of an alien ... to allegedly driving a car under the influence of a terrestrial substance.

Actor Henry Thomas was arrested Monday for DUI in Oregon. The Tualatin PD -- the agency that picked him up -- tells TMZ ... another motorist called 911 around 8:30 PM to report that someone was stopped in the middle of a residential intersection.

We're told that when cops arrived, they found Henry passed out behind the wheel, and officers had to wake him up. Although we're told that Henry's car didn't reek of booze to the police, they took him to the Washington County Jail on suspicion of DUI based on other signs of being intoxicated, which the Tualatin PD wouldn't clearly convey to us.

Either way, he was booked for misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants. Of course, Henry posed for this bleary-eyed mug shot too. As of now, it doesn't seem like he's been released yet. Presumably, cops are letting him sober up in jail.

The guy is obviously most known for his lead role as young Elliott from Steven Spielberg's iconic 1982 film, in which he befriends an extraterrestrial. He's gone on to act in tons of other stuff over the years ... most recently, in Netflix's "The Haunting of Hill House."

When it comes to this though ... ya gotta wonder if Henry was given his one "phone home" call. We can only hope so!!!

Comedian Bob Zmuda Arrested for DUI Mugshot's No Joke!!!

Bob Zmuda -- one of Andy Kaufman's longtime collaborators -- got busted for a DUI this week ... and while it's no laughing matter, he seemed to crack a smile for his booking photo.

Online records show Zmuda was arrested this past Wednesday for misdemeanor DUI at around 12:45 AM while driving through South Lake Tahoe. He was taken to the El Dorado County Jail and posed for this quirky mug shot before being released on $5,000 bail.

It's unclear what exactly led up to Zmuda's arrest, but what is clear ... the dude definitely got hauled in by cops, and this ain't no hoax.

Only reason we mention that is because Bobby pushed a theory in a book he wrote back in 2014 that Andy had, in fact, faked his own death as the ultimate prank ... and that he'd supposedly reveal himself to the public again some 30 years afterward.

Of course, Kaufman did die -- he passed away from cancer in 1984, proven by his death certificate -- and has yet to return as predicted by Zmuda.

Zmuda was basically Kaufman's partner in crime back in the day, and often portrayed a character created by Kaufman named Tony Clifton, a bumbling lounge singer. Zmuda famously acted as Clifton on an episode of 'Letterman,' and supposedly fooled the host into believing it was actually Kaufman. Per Zmuda, DL only found out the truth years later.

Paul Giamatti played Zmuda in the 1999 flick "Man on the Moon," with Jim Carrey taking the lead role as Kaufman.

Jane Fonda Sticking to Her Guns ... Arrested Again in DC Protest

Jane Fonda's true to her word -- she said she's willing to get hauled off to jail every Friday in order to raise awareness about the climate crisis ... and she's walking that walk.
NOT BACKIN' DOWN
TMZ.com
UPDATE

11:03 AM PT -- U.S. Capitol Police say 17 individuals were arrested for unlawfully demonstrating, and all were charged with crowding, obstructing or incommoding.

Jane Fonda's true to her word -- she said she's willing to get hauled off to jail every Friday in order to raise awareness about the climate crisis ... and she's walking that walk.

Jane and several other protesters -- including her "Grace and Frankie" costar and "Law & Order" legend, Sam Waterston -- just got arrested on the steps outside the U.S. Capitol building in D.C.

Like last week ... Fonda and a group of fellow climate change advocates were cuffed and put in a police van for their part in what she calls the "Fire Drill Fridays" initiative.

Jane's vowed to stage a demonstration outside the Capitol every Friday no matter what, after being inspired by Swedish teen activist Greta Thunberg and her weekly climate strikes across the globe.

It's unclear how many protesters were arrested this time -- last week, cops busted 16 people for unlawfully demonstrating -- but it seems like law enforcement better expect to make this part of their weekly routine.

We reached out to Jane's team ... no word back so far.

Felicity Huffman Forget 14-Day Sentence ... 13 Days and She's Free!!!

Felicity Huffman won't even spend a full two weeks behind bars despite her 14-day prison sentence ... TMZ has learned.

Felicity will only spend 13 days behind bars. That's because when she was initially arrested at her home, taken in and booked, that counts as one day toward completing her sentence ... even though she was only in custody for a few hours.

So, she entered FCI Dublin Tuesday, October 15, and Federal Bureau of Prisons officials tell us she'll be out October 27. Do the math, and use your hands if you must -- 13 days.

Felicity Huffman Turns Herself In ... 14-Day Sentence Begins

UPDATE

10:43 AM PT -- We've obtained the prison menu ... it's a chicken patty, steamed rice, beans, fruit and a drink for lunch today. Tonight, Felicity will eat pepper steak or lentils, steamed rice, green beans and whole wheat bread. Bon appétit!

Felicity Huffman has just turned herself in to begin serving a 14-day sentence for her role in the college admissions bribery scandal.

The actress arrived at the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, CA Tuesday -- just outside of San Francisco -- where she'll be locked down for the next two weeks. As we reported ... Felicity got 14 days, a $30k fine, one year of supervised release and 250 hours of community service.

Prosecutors initially, privately demanded one year in jail, and then publicly reduced their recommendation to 4 months behind bars, but ultimately reduced it to 1 month. But, the judge scoffed at the prosecutors' request ... saying the case amounted to a bunch of nothing because the college admissions system was already broken.

What helped Felicity ... the judge said she had "near immediate acceptance of responsibility" for her crime, and she paid one of the smallest bribes. Felicity in court apologized in court ... adding, "I have inflicted more damage (on her daughter) than I could've ever imagined."

As you know by now ... Felicity pled guilty to conspiracy charges for paying $15k to give her daughter a leg up on her college entrance exam. That means she's now a felon.

Atatiana Jefferson Cop Who Shot Her at Home Arrested for Murder

The white cop who shot and killed Atatiana Jefferson in her own home over the weekend is sitting in a jail cell right now ... this after outcry from the community.

Former Fort Worth police officer Aaron Dean was booked on a murder charge Monday, according to online records from the Tarrant County Corrections Center. It appears Dean is still in custody as of this writing -- with his bail set at $200,000.

It's unclear how exactly he was taken into custody, but Dean's arrest comes hours after he turned in his resignation ... and reportedly refused to cooperate with the investigation. This all comes after he gunned down Atatiana -- a black woman -- while in her own home.

Dean was responding to a welfare call at around 2:30 AM Saturday after a concerned neighbor said they saw her door open. In body cam video released by the Forth Worth Police, you see an officer -- reported to be Dean -- creep up to a window in her backyard ... and almost instantly fire a shot after seeing Atatiana approach from inside.

He quickly told her to put her hands up, but barely gave her any time to respond ... and he also did not identify himself as a police officer. Atatiana was reportedly playing video games with her 8-year-old nephew in the house ... again, her own property.

She succumbed to her wounds and died in her bedroom.

Of course, the city of Fort Worth was outraged by the killing ... with even the Mayor calling for justice over the situation. In an open letter, Betsy Price apologized to Atatiana's family and demanded answers from the Police Department.

Atatiana's murder comes just a little over a week after ex-Dallas cop Amber Guyger was convicted of murdering Botham Jean in 2018 when she shot him in his own apartment.

Cuba Gooding Jr. Facing New Criminal Charges Related to New Accuser

Cuba Gooding Jr. is now being accused of another incident of sexual misconduct -- the 5th such allegation -- and he's going to face a new charge for it, this week in court.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ several other women have recently come forward to make new allegations of sexual misconduct against Cuba. We're told one of them is a woman making a claim about Cuba from October 2018.

While the D.A.'s kept details of the allegation under wraps ... it's expected to come out Tuesday when Cuba is arraigned on a new charge. Cuba's attorney, Mark Heller, tells us his client will plead not guilty.

Heller also says the new accuser never pressed charges immediately following the incident, and he claims she only came forward after seeing Cuba's arrest this year. He further claims, her attorney tried to settle the case, but Cuba "declined to be shaken down."

'RuPaul's Drag Race' Star Tatianna Arrested ... For Disorderly Conduct

UPDATE

5:34 AM PT -- Tatianna released a statement Monday, saying, "im fine! It was a dumb situation that I wish didn't happen  but shit happens and people make mistakes. There was no violence or ridiculousness."

UPDATE

She continues, "I'm crying in the picture because I was scared and had never been in that position before. wish I would have just smiled."

A well-known contestant from "RuPaul's Drag Race" got busted this weekend for allegedly acting a fool -- and then posed for this epic mug shot afterward.

Joey Santolini -- AKA Tatianna of season 2 -- was arrested Sunday in Atlanta for disorderly conduct. Allow us to explain.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Tatianna was taken in by cops after she allegedly followed a nightclub employee back into the building through a door she wasn't supposed to use. According to cops, the employee had just snapped a photo with her, and after that ... he went in through an employees-only entrance.

Tatianna allegedly wanted to come in that way too, despite the employee telling her to go around the front. We're told Tatianna ignored him, and came in through the back anyway. That's when cops were called ... and things allegedly got a little outta hand.

Jane Fonda Arrested in D.C. Protesting Climate Change

Jane Fonda
PUTTIN' UP A FIGHT
TMZ.com

Jane Fonda is willing to go to jail over climate change -- she just got busted outside the U.S. Capitol during a massive protest.

Jane was arrested Friday along with a number of other protesters on the steps on the east side of the Capitol building. In video from the demonstration, you see Jane being placed in handcuffs and escorted into a police van.

Jane was demonstrating with the group Oil Change International over the climate change crisis. The protest is part of Jane's "Fire Drill Fridays" initiative -- she's vowed to protest outside the Capitol every Friday, rain or shine, and says she's been inspired by Swedish teen activist Greta Thunberg and her weekly climate strikes across the globe.

Bill Cosby Prosecutor's Tasteless Joke ... Accusers Should Knife Him!!!

UPDATE

1:35 PM PT -- A rep for the Montgomery County D.A.'s office tells TMZ, "This was an ill-advised attempt at humor related to stories in the news at the time. No communications impacted the administration of justice in the investigation and prosecution of Mr. Cosby."

Bill Cosby should have been ambushed by 27 women, who accused him of sexual assault, with "small, very sharp knives" during a 2015 TV interview ... according to one of the lawyers on the case.

The Montgomery County D.A.'s Office just released -- under court order -- emails regarding Cosby, and in one exchange from October 2015, obtained by TMZ, prosecutor Stewart Ryan responds to an article link sent by Deputy District Attorney Thomas McGoldrick about NBC's "Dateline" airing a joint interview with the 27 alleged victims.

Ryan replies with a joke about setting the disgraced TV dad up "To Catch a Predator"-style ... by inviting him to the interview, ambushing him and allowing the women to interview him.

McGoldrick takes it a step further, though ... by suggesting Cosby's accusers be allowed to "interview" him with knives.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Snitches Get Millions ... Scores Massive Record Deal

A record label is banking on Tekashi 6ix9ine getting out of prison sooner than later and surviving all the snitching he did ... because it's investing big bucks on the rapper making music again.

Sources close to Tekashi tell TMZ ... he just cut a record deal worth more than $10 million with his former label -- 10K Projects.

Once 6ix9ine's a free man, our sources say he'll get the money in return for putting out 2 albums ... one in English and one in Spanish.

We broke the story ... Tekashi seems to believe him testifying against his old gang members will be forgotten once he's released from prison, and he -- and his tracks -- will be more popular than ever.

His former label apparently agrees, and is willing to take the risk not just on Tekashi being right ... but on the judge handing him a light sentence.

Tom Petty Memorabilia and Unreleased Music Stolen ... Cops Nab Suspect!!!

UPDATE

3:22 PM PT -- A source close to Tom's estate tells TMZ, the storage locker was actually owned by one of Tom's former engineers. He had rough cuts of Tom's music in his possession, as well as Tom's old guitar.

A huge stash of Tom Petty treasure -- including his unreleased music -- is back with his family ... because cops didn't let the alleged burglar do him like that.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a man broke into Petty's San Fernando Valley storage unit last month and swiped at least $100k worth of valuables. Among the jacked items were guitars and other instruments and some guns. Perhaps most significantly, some precious hard drives loaded with Tom's music -- including unreleased tracks -- were stolen.

The good news -- we're told police caught a suspect who confessed to the crime. He's been arrested for burglary.

Joshua Brown 3 Murder Suspects ID'd ... Cops Say Drug Deal Gone Wrong

Three suspects have been identified in the murder of Joshua Brown -- Botham Jean's neighbor who testified against ex-cop Amber Guyger.

Dallas PD held a press conference Tuesday saying that the three men were from Alexandria, LA and that they'd traveled to Dallas to purchase drugs from Joshua. Cops claim that an argument ensued, and at one point Joshua shot one of the men in the chest.

Police say that one of the three men, Thaddeous Green, fired upon Joshua twice ... ultimately killing him. The suspect who was shot was treated in a local area hospital, and is now in police custody. The 2 others are being sought on warrants for their arrest.

The news comes after mass speculation that Joshua's killing was in retaliation for his recent testimony against Amber ... which helped to secure a guilty conviction of murder. As we reported ... she was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the crime.

Just days later ... Joshua himself had been shot and killed in Dallas, and people were outraged -- with some claiming he was targeted in some way and demanding answers.

Unclear if the arrest of these guys will put that conjecture to rest -- but it's clear Dallas PD was feeling pressure to move quickly on the case.
