Kevin Hunter Jr Sr
CASE DISMISSED
TMZ.com

Wendy Williams' son is walking out of a New Jersey courthouse with a resolution in his assault case, and it's a very good one for him ... the case has been dismissed.

Prosecutors said they'd reviewed the case and decided to no longer pursue charges against Kevin Hunter Jr. for allegedly punching his father in the face during a parking lot scuffle.

Kevin Hunter Sr., dressed in a black t-shirt, walked into court with his son and told the judge he agreed with prosecutor's decision not to pursue charges. Jr.'s attorney, Raymond Hamlin, told us father and son are fine now ... "They are laughing, talking and reminiscing. Their relationship is solid." Jr. and Sr. also walked out of court together.

Wendy was not in court ... she's shooting her talk show today.

TMZ broke the story ... Kevin Jr. and Wendy's estranged husband, Kevin Hunter, got into their altercation back in May, resulting in the 18-year-old getting arrested for assault.

Kevin Jr. was in court last month and entered a not guilty plea ... while Wendy and Kevin Sr. waited together in a car outside the courthouse.

As we've reported ... Kevin Sr. made it clear he didn't not want to press charges against his son, which likely aided the dismissal of the case.

It's interesting ... it seems their son's assault case may have actually eased tensions between Wendy and Kevin as they go through their divorce. Wendy says she and Kevin Sr. will "work through this" and maintain a friendly relationship, mainly for the benefit of their son.

Kevin Spacey Wants Judge to Toss Criminal Case ... After Accuser Pleads the 5th

Kevin Spacey's sexual assault case took a stunning turn Monday ... when the alleged victim pled the 5th during questioning, prompting the judge to strike the accuser's previous testimony from the record.

The actor's lawyers asked the judge in Nantucket District Court to dismiss the case claiming the entire case is now completely compromised after the alleged victim exercised his Fifth Amendment right to not testify during intense questioning.

The judge said he would allow prosecutors time to figure out how they wanna proceed moving forward but reportedly added, "It may be pretty hard to get around this in trial. The matter may well be dismissed for the reason indicated. It's not going to happen today."

Spacey's team also wants the judge to dismiss the case after the alleged victim's mother, Heather Unruh, was supposed to be sequestered but reportedly watched her son's testimony on a TV monitor in the courthouse.

The pretrial hearing largely focused on the the whereabouts of the accuser's phone. Spacey's lawyers want it to examine the phone and the information it holds, but nobody knows where it is.

As we reported ... the accuser alleged Spacey was getting him drunk and grabbing his genitals. The alleged victim said he was texting his then-girlfriend during the alleged 2016 encounter at a Nantucket bar. The string of text messages were included in a recent court filing.

Spacey's team thinks the texts don't tell the whole story, particularly because most of the texts lack time stamps and it's possible the accuser may have deleted other texts that could change the context of the convo.

As we reported ... Spacey faces a felony charge for allegedly sexually assaulting the then-teenage boy back in 2016. The actor has pled not guilty.

'The Wire' Star Anwan Glover Arrested on Firearm Charges ... He Claims BS

Anwan Glover -- who starred in the "The Wire" and "12 Years a Slave" -- has been sitting in a jail cell for over a week now after getting busted on firearm charges.

The veteran TV and movie actor was arrested in Washington D.C. on June 26 and booked for unlawful possession of a firearm -- a misdemeanor -- after cops say they searched his car during a traffic stop and discovered an unregistered handgun in Glover's Jeep.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, police were notified to be on the lookout for a white Jeep with a driver who was allegedly brandishing a gun out the window. Cops say they pulled over Glover because his ride matched the description and was making multiple lane changes without signaling.

Officers say they asked Glover if he had any weapons, and he said no. He also said no when they asked if they could search the vehicle but cops did it anyway, claiming probable cause.

The officers say they found a loaded Smith & Wesson MP Shield 9mm tucked between the Jeep's roll bar and roof cover, and then immediately placed Anwan under arrest.

His lawyers filed a motion to have him released on bail ASAP so he could continue working and supporting his family. They say he denied any knowledge of the gun in the vehicle, and also argued cops had no business targeting him in the first place.

While cops say Glover's Jeep matched the description they were given, his attorneys say that's BS, and his Jeep is totally different.

The judge didn't bite though -- Anwan remained in custody through the weekend, and has a hearing set for Monday.

NHL AJ Greer & Sonny Milano Arrested for Assault 'He Got in Our Face'

UPDATE

4:55 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ AJ Greer made a statement to police after the alleged assault, saying ... "He got in our face." We're told police believe this could be a possible motivation.

Pro hockey players AJ Greer and Sonny Milano were arrested this weekend for allegedly beating up a guy ... this after the dude reportedly complained about a restaurant check.

The two players -- who play for the Colorado Avalanche and Columbus Blue Jackets, respectively -- were taken into custody early Sunday morning in NYC and booked for assault. We're told they were both given desk appearance tickets, and are due in court at a later date.

According to reports, the altercation took place at a Manhattan apartment where a 28-year-old man claims they punched and kicked him. Some outlets are reporting that the guy was pissed about a bill from just hours earlier at 1 OAK, where the NHL players had been.

It's unclear what his gripe might've been, but he reportedly suffered jaw and rib pain, as well as injuries to his neck and bicep ... and refused medical attention after calling cops.

The Blue Jackets released a statement about Milano, saying they're aware of the situation and will be reviewing the facts without further comment.

The Avalanche has yet to say anything about Greer.

'Floribama' Star Nilsa Prowant Arrested For Smashing a Window After Showing Off Breasts

"Floribama Shore" won't have any shortage of drama for its upcoming third season, 'cause one of their stars was arrested this weekend for some truly wild s*** down in the Panhandle.

Nilsa Prowant -- who's been a regular on the "Jersey Shore" MTV spin-off for the past couple seasons -- got taken in by cops early Saturday morning in St. Petersburg after allegedly flashing onlookers in public ... and then kicking in a car window. Quite the night!

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, Nilsa was observed by officers -- and a large crowd -- revealing her breasts from a balcony, telling folks down below to sneak a peek.

The report says that Nilsa was told she had to beat it after that, but cops say she became belligerent and erratic. They also say that once she got into a car for a ride home, she started to lose it ... allegedly kicking the rear driver side window, until it shattered. That was the last straw, it seems -- witnesses say one cop said, "You got to go."

She was arrested and booked for disorderly conduct and exposure of sexual organs -- both misdemeanors. Funny enough, it sounds like the cops were gonna let her slide for the alleged peep show ... but couldn't ignore the busted window. Go figure.

Officers note in their report that there was an indication she was under the influence.

Luckily for her, Nilsa's bail amount was set at just $400 ... and she walked free around 6:30 AM ET. Unclear if cameras were rolling for this incident, but something tells us they might've been ... the show is reportedly in the middle of filming right now, and airs in the fall.

We've reached out to Nilsa for comment ... so far, no word back.

A$AP Rocky Now in Custody for 2 Weeks Prosecutors Gunning for Him

UPDATE

6:48 AM PT -- It just got worse for A$AP Rocky. A judge just decided authorities could detain him for 2 weeks while prosecutors investigate further to determine if they want to charge him with aggravated assault. The stakes here are enormous -- if convicted he could be sentenced to 6 years in prison.

A$AP Rocky is in even more trouble than we thought, because Swedish authorities have just made it clear ... they have no plans to release him anytime soon.

Swedish prosecutors are asking a judge to allow them to hold A$AP Rocky and members of his crew for 2 weeks, while they investigate the alleged assault Tuesday for which he was detained. Swedish authorities are normally allowed to keep people for only 3 days, so they are clearly gunning for him.

And, there's even more ominous news. As you know, authorities jumped into action after a video surfaced of A$AP and his crew pummeling a guy on the street, leaving him battered and bloodied.

LET'S MAKE PEACE

But then, another video surfaced, showing the alleged victim harassing A$AP and hitting his bodyguard with a set of headphones. The guy was harassing A$AP and his crew for about a half hour before they had enough.

A$AP actually tried to be a peacemaker ... telling the guy, "We don't wanna fight y'all. We don't wanna go to jail."

It's unclear if authorities saw that second video before they jailed A$AP, but they have seen it now. What's really significant ... Swedish prosecutors tell us they are releasing the bodyguard now due to "insufficient evidence" but they are not releasing A$AP. That suggests the second video doesn't do it for prosecutors, and they still view this as an assault.

This is really serious for A$AP ... if convicted, he faces 6 years in prison.

NFL's Malik McDowell Turned Pale During Stolen Car Probe ... Cops Say

Malik McDowell -- a Seattle Seahawks' 2017 2nd-round pick -- turned pale, began to sweat profusely and began "breathing very heavily" when cops questioned him about a stolen vehicle that was parked in his garage, this according to police officers themselves.

The interaction is all in police docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... which give explicit detail into how the 23-year-old defensive lineman tried to explain how a stolen, $75,000 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor ended up at his home.

Cops say two 2019 Ford F-150s were stolen off a Ford Motor overflow lot in Michigan in late March or early April.

One of the stolen vehicles -- which you can see in pics obtained by TMZ Sports -- ended up sending a GPS signal that led cops to McDowell's Southfield, Michigan residence on April 8.

That's when officers say they found the truck in McDowell's garage ... and when they began questioning him about the vehicle, they say, "Malik was breathing very heavily, sweating and had a sallow look to his face."

Cops say Malik explained he purchased the vehicle in March for $5,000 from a random man on a local street in Detroit.

Cops say Malik didn't know the seller's name or phone number ... but said he was supposed to receive the proper paperwork from the guy for the car at a later date.

When cops asked how he would do that without the man's contact info or even name ... cops say McDowell "could not answer."

Then, cops say when they pressed McDowell about possibly lying about buying a brand new 2019 vehicle for $5,000 from a random person on the street ... they say McDowell changed his answer.

"I actually only bought the vehicle for $3,000," he told them.

Cops ended up towing the car out of McDowell's garage, and eventually arrested the 6-foot-6, 299-pound NFL player for felony receiving and concealing stolen property.

It's the second time in the last few months McDowell was arrested in Michigan ... back on Feb. 18, a Lathrup Village police officer spotted him driving recklessly in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and tried to question him.

When Malik became combative, the two walked toward a nearby gas station and got into an altercation.

Per police records, McDowell and the officer wrestled -- with the cop hitting the NFL player with a taser.

Eventually, McDowell was subdued, arrested and charged with several serious offenses, including felony assault/resisting arrest.

Malik -- who's still a free agent after being cut by the Seahawks last summer -- has been in court the past few months fighting the charges.

A$AP Rocky Detainment Becoming Serious Human Rights Issue ... American Embassy Involved

UPDATE

1:18 PM PT -- Sources close to A$AP tells us the rapper voluntarily went to the police Tuesday night for questioning and was immediately taken into custody. We're told cops are holding him on restricted visitation and will only allow him to speak with an appointed attorney.

UPDATE

Our sources say it's standard practice for the U.S. Embassy to be immediately alerted when an American is arrested -- but that never happened -- instead, police are refusing to let the U.S. Embassy rep meet with A$AP or his team.

UPDATE

We're told the situation has gotten so severe, it has been taken up with the Swedish Embassy in Washington D.C. to avoid what has quickly become a breach of Rocky's human rights.

A$AP Rocky is under arrest in Sweden for a street fight and now faces a very serious charge -- this despite video that seems to show he and his team were NOT the aggressors.

Law enforcement in Stockholm tell us ... cops busted A$AP on suspicion of aggravated assault. TMZ broke the story ... the rapper and his team got into the brawl last weekend.

070119_asap_rocky_kalv2 JULY 2019

We posted the first video of the incident, showing Rocky and his entourage tossing a guy and punching him.

Witnesses told us the fight started because the man was hounding A$AP and his team over a pair of headphones he claimed they had broken.

However, AR later posted a nearly 3-minute long video which showed the man had actually broken his headphones when he smashed them on the head of A$AP's bodyguard. Even after that clear first shot was taken ... Rocky is seen on camera playing peacemaker, trying to calm the situation.

It appears the fight erupted several minutes later when the man continued to hound A$AP and co., and after a woman claimed the man had groped her butt.

We're told Stockholm cops can now hold Rocky for up to 3 days while prosecutors determine whether to charge him. If they do, he's looking at the possibility of up to 6 years in a Swedish prison.

We're told 3 other people were also arrested ... 2 on suspicion of aggravated assault, and 1 for suspicion of assault. It's unclear what their relationship is to A$AP.

Channing Tatum Someone's Sleeping in My House ... And She's Not Welcome!!!

Channing Tatum had to step up and get the law involved in a squatting situation -- taking out a restraining order against a woman who's made herself very much at home ... in his home.

A judge granted the actor protection from a woman who Channing says broke into his Hollywood home (which was vacant at the time) at some point in June, and stayed there for 10 days, even bringing her personal belongings with her.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, the woman was eventually discovered by one of CT's assistants ... and was held under citizen's arrest until cops arrived and took her into custody. She claims Channing invited her to stay, but he says that's BS.

Channing does say that the woman has tried contacting him in the recent past, and he was aware of her existence prior to her squatting. He believes she's not in her right mind.

As part of his restraining order request, he also asked the court for protection for his ex, Jenna Dewan, whom he still lists as his spouse -- their divorce isn't finalized yet -- as well as his daughter, Everly, and his 2 assistants. He didn't include his GF, Jessie J, though.

Well, a judge partially granted Channing's request -- giving him the court-ordered force field he wanted, but only for himself, Jenna and Everly. The assistants are on their own -- at least until a court hearing to hash out the facts.

The woman has to stay at least 100 yards away from Channing and co., and can't have any form of contact with them either.

Chloe Grace Moretz Obsessed Fan Returns to Her House After Arrest!!!

Chloe Grace Moretz's family got another unwelcome visit from the same exact guy who knocked on her door the day before -- and he did it right after walking out of jail.

According to law enforcement sources, the 18-year-old man who'd driven to Chloe's L.A.-area home Sunday night to hop the gate and knock on her door (only to get arrested shortly afterward) ... got hauled back to jail AGAIN just a few short hours after getting released.

We're told he got out of jail, the first time, at 5:36 PM ... and got rearrested at 8:45 PM Monday.

TMZ broke the story ... cops discovered the guy sitting in his car outside of Chloe's crib after he'd just walked to the front door and asked her family if she was home.

He was booked for misdemeanor trespassing at first -- but after Monday's second arrest, he's now facing felony stalking charges.

We're told the dude pretty much did the same thing he did Sunday -- going to Chloe's place, hopping the gate and knocking on the door, asking for Chloe ... and getting the same treatment from people inside.

We're told this time officers found the man a couple blocks away from Chloe's house and picked him up on-site.

The obsessed fan is being held on a much higher bail this time around -- $150,000, up from $1,000.

Chloe Grace Moretz Obsessed Fan on Her Doorstep ... Cops Nab Him at House

Chloe Grace Moretz and her family are reeling after a total stranger rolled up to her crib, and brazenly knocked on the front door looking for a face-to-face with the actress.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the man showed up outside Chloe's L.A.-area home a little before midnight Sunday night. He'd apparently driven there, parked outside, hopped her front entrance gate, and walked right up to her door knockin' ... asking if Chloe was home.

We're told members of Chloe's family told the guy to beat it, and that they were calling the police. Our sources tell us Chloe was not home at the time of the incident.

Turns out, the alleged visitor didn't go far -- when cops showed up, they found the man sitting inside his car, just chillin', and waiting outside Chloe's house. We're told he was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing.

As of Monday, we're told the man is still in custody on $1,000 bail.

This isn't the first time Chloe's had to deal with bizarre run-ins -- she got a permanent restraining order against an alleged stalker in late 2017 ... and had to call cops on another guy who tried offering her cookies earlier that same year.

NBA YoungBoy Cop Pulls Taser!!! During Hotel Arrest

NBA YoungBoy
TASERS OUT
TMZ.com

NBA YoungBoy and his baby mama got into a heated confrontation with cops when they were busted outside a hotel room ... and at one point, a cop pointed a taser at the rapper.

In police body cam footage obtained by TMZ ... you see NBA YoungBoy and his baby mama, Starr Thigpen, arguing with cops in a hotel hallway. The rapper and his girl are clearly agitated, and the intense exchange boils over when the cops pull out their tasers!

With NBA YoungBoy pinned against a wall by one cop, the other policewoman draws her taser and points it directly at NBA's genitals ... but she never pulls the trigger.

The footage is from the YoungBoy's and Thigpen's initial interaction with police inside an Atlanta hotel back in February, an incident that ended with NBA getting arrested for 3 misdemeanors --  possession of weed (less than an ounce), use of fighting words and physical obstruction with another.

According to cops ... YB and Thigpen were hanging out in a hotel room that was supposed to be empty, when housekeeping entered the room. YB allegedly told Thigpen to get the housekeepers out, and that's when Thigpen allegedly attacked the maids, striking one in the face.

Cops were called ... and when they confronted NBA YoungBoy and Thigpen, chaos ensued.

While YB and Thigpen were getting busted, you hear her asking to see her baby, which was inside the hotel room during the entire episode.

The good news for YoungBoy ... prosecutors decided not to prosecute him on the misdemeanor charges.

NFL's Robert Nkemdiche Arrest Video Shows Cops Finding Suspected Cocaine

Robert Nkemdiche
CARDINAL SIN
TMZSports.com

Cops found a credit card holder they suspected was used to conceal cocaine during Robert Nkemdiche's arrest earlier this month ... and they asked the NFL stud straight-up, "What's the white stuff in there?"

It's all in police video obtained by TMZ Sports ... which shows a cop pulling over Nkemdiche on June 6 in Arizona for speeding -- and then finding the Cardinals DL had a warrant out for his arrest stemming from a previous traffic violation.

When the cop gets Robert out of the car to cuff him ... he realizes the 6-foot-4, 314-pounder's wrists are too big for handcuffs ... so he and another officer removed the jewelry from Nkemdiche's left wrist.

When one of the cops goes to put the bracelets in the car's center console, he notices a credit card holder flipped open -- and says to another cop, "Tell me if that looks like a little cocaine hitter."

The cop dives into the car and takes the credit card holder to Robert himself to ask him straight-up if he knows what the white substance is on the mirror.

"Nothing," Nkemdiche says ... "I just leave my wallet in there and stuff like that. It's just old so it gets used a lot."

"It's not anything," Robert adds ... "I leave it in the restroom, so I just always have my card in there and stuff like that."

Doesn't seem the cop believes him ... because in a later conversation with officers, the cop says, "It's probably cocaine in there."

Good news for Robert ... the cops decided not to pursue testing of the credit card holder -- and instead, they elected to have it impounded so they could destroy it later.

As for the rest of the stop, Nkemdiche was booked for having an outstanding warrant -- and he was also hit with citations for speeding and driving while suspended.

The Cardinals issued a statement following the arrest, saying, "We are aware of the June 6th incident involving Robert Nkemdiche."

"We have alerted the NFL office in accordance with the league's personal conduct policy and will comment further when appropriate."

But, the incidents with Nkemdiche didn't stop there ... turns out, the 2016 first-round draft pick was pulled over YET AGAIN just days later on June 12.

Cops say this stop was for driving on a suspended license ... but Nkemdiche was issued a citation without incident and was advised to get his driving situation figured out with the DMV.

Nkemdiche has played in 27 games since being selected with the No. 29 overall pick in 2016 ... and has logged 4.5 sacks in his NFL career.

UFC's Desmond Green Arrested for DUI Manslaughter ... Crash Kills 2 Women

UFC fighter Desmond Green was arrested for DUI manslaughter Tuesday after he allegedly caused a 5-car crash that killed 2 women back in August ... and officials claim he had alcohol and drugs in his system and cocaine in his vehicle.

29-year-old Green is facing multiple charges after he allegedly lost control of his 2011 Dodge Durango on I-75 and swerved into a semi truck on August 18.

So, why did it take so long to arrest Green? Officials say they conducted a massive investigation that took months to complete. And now, they feel they have enough information to successfully prosecute Green.

Here's what cops say happened ...

The initial collision started a chain reaction ... with Green's car striking several vehicles, killing a 67-year-old woman and a 76-year-old woman. Cops say 2 others were also seriously injured.

Cops say Green sustained minor injuries from the incident.

According to the police report, witnesses told cops Green threw a container over the highway barrier after the crash ... which cops say was a metal grinder with weed inside.

The report also says Green -- who wasn't wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash -- had a bag of cocaine in the front seat of his car.

Cops claim Green showed signs of being drunk -- he had slurred speech and smelled like booze -- and toxicology tests showed he had alcohol and drugs in his system.

Green is now facing a slew of criminal charges -- including multiple felony manslaughter counts -- and faces serious prison time if convicted.

Green has been fighting professionally for years -- he made his Bellator debut in 2013 and has fought in the UFC since 2017 ... most recently getting a victory over Charles Jourdain at UFC Fight Night back in May.

BUSTED!!!
TMZSports.com

NBA veteran Allen Crabbe -- who was just traded to the ATL Hawks -- was arrested for DUI on the Sunset Strip late Tuesday night ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

We're told cops noticed the 27-year-old was "straddling lanes" around 11:30 PM -- so they pulled him over ... and during the stop, the officer suspected he was drunk.

The 6'6", 210 pounder was asked to step out of the car to perform a field sobriety test -- which he did --- and while it didn't appear he bombed it (based on the video we shot) ... the cops still felt he was under the influence.

In fact, we're told he blew a .08 -- which is EXACTLY the legal limit in California ... so Crabbe was arrested and booked for misdemeanor Driving Under the Influence.

We're told Crabbe couldn't have been more cooperative with police. He was taken to a nearby station where he was held for a few hours. We're told he's currently in the process of being released.

We spoke to someone close to Crabbe who tells us he's in town to work with the Frederick K. C. Price III Christian School in South Central, where he's volunteered time and money over the years.

Crabbe has reportedly made more than $77 million during his 6 years in the NBA -- and he's set to make $18.5 mil next season.

'Bond 25' Movie Set Women's Room Bugged w/ Camera ... Man Arrested for Planting It

Someone took the 007 title, "For Your Eyes Only," a little too seriously -- 'cause a guy got arrested on the set of the new James Bond movie for placing a hidden camera in a ladies' room toilet.

49-year-old Peter Hartley was reportedly arrested last week and booked over the weekend by Thames Valley Police in England. He's facing voyeurism charges in connection to a camera that was found in one of the women's restrooms on a Pinewood Studios set.

Specifically, it was found in a bathroom where 'Bond 25' is currently filming. The production that's been plagued with delays and issues ranging from explosions-gone wrong on set to the lead star, Daniel Craig, getting seriously injured and requiring minor ankle surgery.

Due to all the delays, there was already buzz the still untitled Bond project was cursed -- and that was before the alleged perv's arrest.

It's unclear what connection the guy might have to the production or the studio, if any, but Pinewood is cooperating with the investigation, saying ... "We take this issue very seriously ... We reported the incident to the police and are supporting them with their investigation."

The film has a release date of 2020 at the moment, but at this rate ... there's no telling when it will see the light of day.
