CHAOTIC ARREST
TMZSports.com

TMZ Sports has obtained footage of the moments cops captured ex-NFL wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham during a raid on a Missouri home Wednesday night.

In the footage, you can see several members of the Springfield PD's Special Response Team announcing their presence and getting ready to serve a search warrant on the home.

Cops say they spotted the former Philadelphia Eagles player trying to flee out of a window -- but they were able to catch him and take him into custody.

Officials say officers found 1 pound of marijuana in Green-Beckham's backpack along with several vials of THC oil.

Once inside the home, cops say they found 7 more pounds of weed -- but arrested another man in connection with that.

You can see cops walking Green-Beckham out of the home and escorting him into a waiting cop car.

FYI, 25-year-old DGB is listed at 6'5" and 215 pounds ... so, it's pretty easy to spot him in the video.

He was later taken to a nearby police station where he was booked and posed for a mug shot.

Green-Beckham had a TON of potential as a football player -- which is why he was selected by the Tennessee Titans in the 2nd round of the 2015 NFL Draft ... but off the field issues torpedoed his career.

Dorial Green-Beckham Ex-NFL WR Arrested ... Felony Drug Possession

7:55 AM PT -- Cops tell TMZ Sports ... they were called to a residence around 8:30 PM and when they arrived, Green-Beckham was attempting to flee through a window.

Cops eventually captured him and found 1 pound of weed in his backpack along with several vials of THC oil, officials say.

When cops searched the residence, they found 7 more pounds of marijuana -- but believe that belonged to another man.

Ex-NFL wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham was arrested on a felony drug possession charge in Missouri on Wednesday, TMZ Sports has learned.

Details surrounding the arrest are unclear (we're working on it) but we know the 25-year-old was also hit with a resisting arrest charge.

Green-Beckham was hauled to a police station in Springfield where he was booked and locked up. As of this post, he's still behind bars.

It's just the latest legal issue for a guy who had potential to be a huge NFL star. As we previously reported, Dorial was arrested for DWI last year while picking up a friend who had just been busted for drunk driving.

Green-Beckham was one of the top high school WRs ever -- but never reached his potential in college or the NFL due to off-the-field issues.

He was drafted by the Titans in the 2nd round of the 2015 Draft but didn't last there long. The Eagles picked him up in 2016 and he played 1 season -- racking up 36 catches for 392 yards and 2 TDs.

The Eagles released him before the 2017 season.

Josh Henderson D.A. Rejects Burglary Case ... Because He's Innocent

Josh Henderson is an innocent man who was falsely arrested for a burglary he didn't commit, and that's why the L.A. County D.A. has formally rejected the case.

TMZ has obtained surveillance video of 3 burglars who entered an apartment unit in Josh's building earlier this month and made off with $7,000 in jewelry and other items. It is impossible to identify the faces of any of the 3 men, but the victim and a witness in the building told police they were "100% positive" it was Josh based on his jawline and the way he moved.

NOT JOSH ... NOT EVEN CLOSE
TMZ.com

Turns out ... the "Desperate Housewives" star had an airtight alibi. He came home late afternoon and never left his apartment for the entire evening. We know that because there's surveillance video of his front door and that's the only way to enter and exit his unit.

The victim called police several times later that night and said he was scared to death Josh would come into his apartment and hurt him. The neighbor had 4 guns and told cops the burglars didn't take any of them and believed that was further evidence Josh was the culprit because he was afraid of guns.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, because the victim was afraid, they took the highly unusual step of going to the apartment building at around midnight and arresting Josh for burglary. They had not looked at the other video that showed he had an alibi.

Law enforcement sources say Josh's reaction was telling. He said, "How could I have committed a burglary?" rather than saying, "I didn't do it."

In the end ... the video clearly shows one thing -- the person who the victim identified as Josh was much younger than the actor.

We've learned cops told the D.A. Josh had an alibi and he wasn't one of the burglars.

'L&HH' Star Tresure Price Busted for DUI ... Lands in Hospital

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Tresure Price had no idea her night was about to get even worse after getting busted for DUI ... with a trip to the hospital following a bumpy ride in the back of a cop car.

It all went down last week in the ATL after cops say they saw Price run a red light. According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, Price drove several blocks before finally pulling over. Cops say Price reeked of booze, though she insisted she only had a shot of vodka and a lemon drop martini.

Cops administered a field sobriety test ... which she bombed. She was cuffed and arrested for DUI, reckless driving and failure to obey. But, the night was just beginning for Price.

On their way to the police station, the arresting officer said he had to slam on his brakes to avoid hitting someone on a bicycle who came outta nowhere. Cops say he could hear Price slide forward in the back seat but couldn't tell if she hit the cage.

According to the police report, Price complained of face, nose, cheek and chest pain ... and said she was going to press charges and/or sue over her injuries. Cops then drove her to the hospital.

She later posted bail.

T.I. Ponies Up $300 for Potty Mouth ... Security Guard Case Closed

T.I.'s run-in with a security guard at his gated community is now water under the bridge -- at least in court -- because he paid a small fine and put the case to bed ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper's attorney, Steve Sadow, tells us ... Tip pled no contest to disorderly conduct -- for cursing at the guard -- and was ordered to pay a $300 fine. All other charges were dropped.

We're told T.I. appeared in person Thursday in the Henry County, GA courtroom.

As we reported, T.I. was arrested for assault, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct in May after he allegedly confronted the security guard for not letting him enter the gated community. The rapper claimed the guard was asleep on the job and cussed out his wife, Tiny, when he called her to verify T.I. lived there.

T.I. denied ever getting physical with the guy but admitted to yelling obscenities at him. In the end ... that's the only thing that stuck.

Pro-Life Trump Supporter Allegedly Left a Voicemail Threatening to Kill a U.S. Senator

A pro-life Donald Trump supporter was arrested and charged in New York for threatening to "put a bullet" in a U.S. senator ... TMZ has learned.

Brooklyn resident Michael Brogan was charged Wednesday with threatening to murder the unnamed senator. Prosecutors say the senator's staff alerted authorities earlier this month when they got a disturbing and threatening voice message.

According to court docs, Brogan allegedly said in part, "You are an absolute piece of s**t, Senator. Senator, and I put that in quotation marks, you're a f**king phony. You watch your ass cause I [unintelligible], I'm going to put a bullet in ya."

The message goes on ... "When I'm in D.C. and you're there, I got your f**king mark on you stupid bitch. You and your constant lambasting of President Trump. Oh, reproductive rights, reproductive rights. You know what? I'm cursing and I'm in sin because of people like you, ok? Cause I value the God given right to life."

According to docs, the message ends ... "If I saw you, I'd snuff your stupid f**king ass. I'd put a f**king bullet in you. You watch your ass. If I see you on the streets, I'm gonna f**king light you up with f**king bullets."

Prosecutors say police were able to trace the call back to Brogan's number, and determined he'd gone to D.C. for the March for Life protest in 2017 and 2018. They say Brogan admitted calling the senator, but didn't recall details of what he'd said.

'Desperate Housewives' Star Josh Henderson Arrested for Burglary ... But Possibly Mistaken ID

10:15 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us responding officers looked at the surveillance video with the alleged victim. We're told they observed the 3 suspects, and the alleged victim claimed to recognize Josh and one of his friends.

Cops then made the call to arrest Josh.

We're also told the faces of the suspects were, at least partially, concealed by hats and/or hoodies -- and cops could not make their own determination it was Josh in the video.

Former "Desperate Housewives" star Josh Henderson got arrested Tuesday for allegedly burglarizing his neighbors' home, TMZ has learned ... but our Henderson sources say the bust is bogus.

Law enforcement sources tell us Josh's neighbors came home this weekend to find around $7,000 worth of jewelry missing. We're told they called the cops and said they had surveillance footage capturing the crime and claimed it showed Josh and 2 other guys stealing their stuff.

We've learned the surveillance video shows 3 guys in hoodies climbing over a balcony and pulling off the heist.

Cops went to Josh's L.A.-area home early Tuesday morning where he was arrested, taken to the station and booked for burglary. He bailed out later the same day.

Sources connected to Josh tell us, he had absolutely no involvement in the burglary and cops made the bust simply because one of the neighbors who was hit said he recognized Josh's jaw line.

One of the sources tells TMZ, "Josh was initially mistakenly identified with a grainy security camera, but he is fully cooperating and evidence is now being presented to the authorities showing he had nothing to do with any of this. Josh is innocent and we are confident he will be cleared very quickly."

We're told police are reviewing the surveillance video.

Josh starred as Austin McCann on 'Housewives' ... and also had roles in the reboots of "90210" and "Dallas." Most recently, he was in the aptly titled Hallmark made-for-TV movie, "Time for Me to Come Home for Christmas" ... right after they let him out of these handcuffs.

Ex-'L&HH' Star Benzino Charged with Serious Drug Crimes

Ex-'Love & Hip Hop' star Benzino is in the battle of his life right now, but nobody knew it.

We've learned Benzino was arrested back in January 2017 and charged with felony possession of THC oil gummies (22 grams), felony possession of 6 MDMA pills and misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of weed.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, cops executed a search warrant at the producer's ATL apartment and found the drugs in drawers and on the kitchen counters. He was arrested and posted $12k bail. Benzino's legal team argued the search was illegal, but a judge ruled cops searched the pad legally.

Fast forward to now ... we're told Benzino's legal team will learn Wednesday in court when the case is headed to trial ... which could be as soon as next month, if he doesn't cop a plea.

If convicted, Benzino could face up to 15 years behind bars.

Tekashi69 Photos, Schmotos ... We're Not Taking a Plea Deal!!!

Tekashi69 is unfazed by the feds' collection of photos and videos, allegedly tying him to multiple crimes, and insists he's in no mood to play "Let's Make a Deal" ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... prosecutors submitted a stack of images to the judge, just to make the point that Tekashi needs to remain behind bars until his trial begins ... in September. The evidence seems pretty damning, but 6ix9ine's attorney says they're not flinching.

Lance Lazzaro tells us, "A plea deal is simply off the table, even if the feds offer one." He says they're prepared to go trial and prove Tekashi's innocence.

As we reported, prosecutors have pics and videos linking Tekashi and his crew, including Kifano "Shotti" Jordan, to at least 3 armed robberies and/or shootings in Brooklyn earlier this year.

It's true, none of the images show the rapper pulling a trigger, or even holding a weapon -- but the feds are alleging he was the mastermind behind the crimes, even if he didn't do the dirty work.

Still, Lazarro says his client "was never part of a conspiracy, plain and simple. Nor did he ever participate in any incidents that the government has alleged." He added, 6ix9ine is also not interested in "cooperating" with prosecutors -- aka snitching.

Mary Carey Doctor Hubby Arrested at LAX With Illegal Weapon

Ex-porn star Mary Carey's new husband got put into handcuffs for carrying a beating stick -- which might sound kinda kinky -- but get your head outta the gutter.

Dr. Joseph Brownfield was busted Monday night at LAX as he and Mary were going through TSA. We're told agents pulled the good doc aside when they noticed a potential weapon in his carry-on ... which turned out to be a collapsible baton.

Unfortunately for Dr. B., it's illegal in California to carry one of those if you aren't law enforcement or a licensed security guard. He was booked for misdemeanor control of a deadly weapon. He was released form jail after posting a $5,000 bond the next day.

Sources close to the newly hitched couple tell TMZ ... Mary and her Mister are in the middle of moving from Cali to Florida, and he sometimes carries the baton for protection.

NBA's Kay Felder Arrested for Assault ... Allegedly Choked Woman

11:51 AM PT -- A rep for the Raptors 905 tells TMZ Sports they've cut ties with Felder ... saying "On Monday, Dec. 3, 2018, Raptors 905 guard Kay Felder was charged by police in connection with an allegation of domestic violence. Raptors 905 have waived Felder, effective immediately."

11:46 AM PT -- A G League spokesperson tells us ... “The G League is aware of the allegations against Raptors 905 guard Kahlil “Kay” Felder and has placed him on indefinite leave pending a full investigation into the matter.”

Kay Felder -- a 2016 NBA Draft pick who currently plays in the G League -- was arrested near Toronto early Monday morning for assault and we're told the alleged victim is a woman.

Felder was demoted by the Toronto Raptors to the team's G League affiliate back in October -- and he's been playing for the Raptors 905 squad ever since.

Now, we've learned the 23-year-old point guard was taken into custody Monday morning after a person claimed he got violent and made threats during a night out.

Cops wouldn't confirm the identity of the accuser but multiple sources connected to the incident tell us the alleged victim is a woman who has known Felder for years.

We're told the two got into an argument after dinner and Felder allegedly got violent and choked her, leaving nasty marks on her neck. Our sources say the alleged victim was able to call a family member who then called police.

We're told paramedics responded to the scene and treated the alleged victim.

Law enforcement confirms Felder was booked for assault and utter threats. He's been released from custody and is due back in court later this month.

We've reached out to Felder for comment -- so far, no word back.

'AGT' Singer Skilyr Hicks Busted for Underage Boozing

Cops busted a former "America's Got Talent" singer for underage drinking ... TMZ has learned.

20-year-old Skilyr Hicks is still in custody in Findlay, OH and is facing one count of "sale to/use by underage person" ... according to her booking info. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ she was arrested Tuesday for underage consumption and intoxication, and charged with a misdemeanor.

The alleged boozing went down in October, but for some reason a warrant for her arrest was just issued this week.

Hicks also spent some time in a Georgia jail in April 2017 for allegedly assaulting 3 family members -- including her grandmother -- after coming home intoxicated.

She reportedly injured her older sister and blew a .126 after police responded to the call. She was charged with domestic violence.

Skilyr wowed the judges during Season 8 auditions of 'AGT' when she was just 14 years old, by playing and singing an original song.

Her performance and touching story about teaching herself to play music after losing her father made her a fan favorite, but she was eliminated before the live shows in NYC.

Bruce Irons is a legend in the surf world -- he's won several tournaments over the years including the 2008 Rip Curl Pro Search. He also famously beat Kelly Slater at the 2001 Billabong Pipeline Masters.

Both Bruce and Andy struggled with substance abuse -- something Bruce spoke about in the documentary "Andy Irons: Kissed By God."

Here's hoping he can find a way to conquer his demons ...

Reuben Foster Arrested for Domestic Violence ... Cut By 49ers

Reuben Foster has been cut by the San Francisco 49ers after being arrested in Tampa Bay for domestic violence.

Tampa police said Foster and a woman got into a verbal altercation Saturday at the team's hotel. Foster allegedly slapped her phone out of her hand, pushed her in the chest and slapped her with an open hand on the right side of her face. Tampa police said the alleged victim had been in a relationship with Foster for 3 years.

This isn't Fosters' first run-in with the law. He was previously accused of domestic violence, but the judge dropped the charges in May.

The 49ers announced early Sunday morning they would be releasing Foster from the team.
