Tekashi69 Pleads Guilty, Dodges Jail Time... In Officer Assault Case

Tekashi69's lawyers should be hosting "Let's Make a Deal" ... 'cause they struck another sweet one for him in his alleged assault of an NYPD officer.

The rapper actually showed up for court Wednesday morning in Brooklyn and entered a guilty plea to disorderly conduct and, in exchange, prosecutors dropped the misdemeanor assault charge he'd been facing.

TMZ broke the story ... cops busted Tekashi in May because he was driving on a suspended license. During the arrest, he allegedly squeezed an officer's hand. Gotta say, of all his cases ... this was the least gangsta.

For the disorderly conduct, the judge gave Tekashi a conditional discharge. His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, tells us that condition is 6ix9ine's gotta stay out of trouble for a year. If not, he could face immediate jail time.

He's been clearing the decks on several of his legal issues. The judge in his child sex case told Tekashi the same -- stay out of trouble -- 3 weeks ago when he got probation.

Of course, a few hours after that, Tekashi's crew was involved in a shooting -- and then there were the shots fired at his Bev Hills music video set.

Iggy Azalea Sued By Injured Skateboarder ... French Montana Connection

Iggy Azalea just got a not-so-fabulous parting gift from dating French Montana ... a lawsuit.

A skateboarder named Jeffrey Linett claims in a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, he was tooling around in WeHo back in November 2016 when a car owned by Iggy and driven by French's little brother, Ayoub Kharbouch, slammed into him.

Since Iggy was the registered owner of the 2015 Jeep Wrangler, she's on the hook if the driver did something stupid.

Linett claims Ayoub didn't see him crossing because he was Snapchatting while driving ... classic negligence.

Linett, who is also suing Ayoub, claims he suffered "severe personal injuries" and emotional distress.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge revoked YT's bond Thursday during the arraignment in his felony drug case. The judge says Young Thug's drug test came back positive, and because he'd been ordered to stay clean as a condition of his release ... he's gotta go back to jail.

Former boxing Jermain Taylor was arrested and hauled to jail Wednesday morning ... and it all stems from an incident where he allegedly KO'd and threatened to kill his GF.

At the time, he was booked into the county jail ... but released on $15k bond.

The indictment triggered an arrest warrant ... so cops went and picked up Taylor.

JT's currently in the Pulaski County jail.

FYI -- this ain't the first time Taylor's been in trouble with the law ... he's previously been arrested for allegedly shooting his own cousin, allegedly making terroristic threats and firing a handgun at an MLK Jr. parade, and allegedly brutally beating a fellow patient at a rehab facility.

9:34 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Shottie has been charged with gang assault -- which is a felony -- and weapon possession for allegedly hitting a guy in the head with a chair.

Tekashi 6ix9ine's Brooklyn crew just got a little smaller, 'cause one of the dudes who allegedly helped spark a shooting last weekend just turned himself in to cops ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Tekashi's manager, Shottie, surrendered to the NYPD Wednesday. Witnesses say he allegedly escalated a violent confrontation between 6ix9ine's NYC entourage and his label head's security.

We broke the story ... gunfire erupted when Tekashi's Tr3yway crew was denied access to a restaurant where Tekashi was set to meet with West Coast music exec Elliot Grainge. Two of Elliot's bodyguards turned Tekashi's entire crew away, which blew up when some of them stuck around and allegedly instigated a brawl ... that ended with someone being shot.

We're told cops believe Shottie was one of three of Tekashi's guys who got violent and allegedly struck the bodyguards with a chair. Eyewitnesses also told cops he uttered an ominous threat, allegedly saying ... "I'm going to violate you both with gunshots."

At some point, we're told one of Elliot's bodyguards saw someone in Tekashi's camp reach for something in their waistband, which prompted him to fire his weapon.

An unidentified member of Tekashi's crew was struck in the gut, and Shottie bolted from the scene while two other Tekashi-linked guys were arrested. Shottie's attorney previously told us his client had no involvement in any crime, and promised the charges would be dropped.

NY Giants QB Kyle Lauletta Apologizes for Arrest ... 'My Parents Raised Me Better'

SAYING SORRY

NY Giants backup QB Kyle Lauletta says he's sorry for his October arrest -- where he allegedly almost ran over a cop -- claiming, "My parents raised me better than that."

Kyle also says he's gotten support from Eli Manning -- who reached out hours after the arrest.

As we previously reported, Lauletta -- who many believe should get a shot to start over Eli Manning -- was pulled over on his way to practice last Tuesday after cops say he was driving like a maniac.

During the attempted stop, officers say the 23-year-old "attempted to evade [the arresting officer], making an illegal turn and continuing towards Route 495, almost striking the officer."

He's facing several charges -- it's a bad look for the guy.

So, Tuesday morning, Lauletta issued a statement ... saying, "First things first I want to apologize to the #NYGiants organization, my teammates, the fans and my family."

"The incident that happened last week is a terrible representation of who I am and what I stand for."

"Right is right and wrong is wrong. My parents raised me better than that. It’s tough, and I have to take it as a lesson and move forward from it."

"I have to deal with the consequences, and that’s that."

He added, "I’m going to do everything I can to be the best teammate I can be, get back to work and try to keep moving forward one day at a time."

As for Eli, Lauletta says, "Eli Manning is one of the best teammates I’ve ever had. He was there for me and he was supportive ... he reached out later that day and it meant the world to me."

Alec Baldwin Assault Arrest May Have Been Mutual Combat ... Not a Crime

Alec Baldwin may have a good defense in his assault case, because there is some evidence he did not punch his alleged victim as cops first said ... and what went down might not be a crime at all.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Wojciech Cieszowski -- the man who swooped in and took a parking space that Baldwin believed was his -- told cops Baldwin struck him with his hand. That is more consistent with a slap than a punch. True enough, a slap can still be assault, but it's generally less serious.

What's more ... we're told there is surveillance video, but it's super grainy. You see what appears to be a shoving match between the two men but it's hard to make out if Baldwin actually struck him.

Here's the key -- if the 2 men were shoving each other, Baldwin could make the case it was mutual combat and not assault, and therefore not a crime. Cieszowski told cops he suffered face and neck injuries as a result of the alleged attack and was taken to the hospital.

As we reported, Baldwin had someone on the street in front of his apartment building blocking an empty space so he could park there. and Cieszowski swooped in and took it. They both got out of the car and started arguing, and that's when the alleged attack went down. Baldwin was arrested, taken to the police station, given a desk appearance ticket for assault and harassment, and he was released.

PASSED OUT

Cops have released video of Stephen Bonnar's DUI arrest -- when he was taken down by a group of concerned citizens -- and the footage is crazy and scary at the same time.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the UFC Hall of Famer was driving like a maniac on a Nevada highway on Sunday afternoon, roughly 10 miles from the Vegas Strip.

When the Highway Patrol arrived to the scene, Bonnar was so drunk that he was passed out in the front seat. The officer dragged the 41-year-old out of his car and a group of citizens helped restrain him on the ground.

At least one of the citizens was carrying a gun.

As cops tried to place handcuffs on him, Bonnar woke up and began to resist.

One member of the group tells Bonnar, "You picked the wrong group of guys, dude."

With help from the citizens, cops eventually got him cuffed and transported him to a nearby station where he was booked for 3rd-degree felony DUI.

Cops say Bonnar reeked of booze. Medical staff also responded to the scene and determined nothing was medically abnormal, he was just drunk.

Bonnar is a UFC legend -- he fought Forrest Griffin in the finale of the very first season of "The Ultimate Fighter" back in 2005 -- a fight that's regarded as one of the best and most important in UFC history.

Heather Locklear Lawsuit on The Way For Attacking EMT

Heather Locklear is a day away from getting sued by a paramedic who claims she was viciously attacked and injured during a drunken episode that landed the actress in a jail.

TMZ broke the story ... Locklear went ballistic at her L.A. home back in June after cops showed up after getting a call from a family member saying Heather was heavily intoxicated and out of control.

When authorities arrived Heather was extremely agitated and allegedly punched a cop who was trying to separate her from her family. EMT's then tried putting her on a gurney and Heather allegedly kicked the paramedic who is about to sue her.

The paramedic will claim in her lawsuit she suffered head and neck injuries, and it was so bad she was confined to a desk job. The lawsuit, which will be filed by attorney Kevin Flahavan, will also allege Heather verbally abused the EMT.

Heather was released and was later rushed to the ER for an apparent overdose the same day. She went from the hospital into rehab for substance abuse and mental health issues.

As for the criminal case ... Heather's been charged with interfering with a law enforcement officer and 2 counts of battery. That case is pending.

Rutgers Linebacker Arrested for Alleged Murder Plot

A linebacker on the Rutgers football team was arrested Tuesday after cops say he conspired to murder some people.

Yeah.

The player at the center of the controversy is Izaia Bullock -- a 22-year-old redshirt junior, from New Jersey.

Officials say Bullock has been charged with 2 counts of 1st-degree murder, and 2 counts of 1st-degree conspiracy to commit murder.

The details surrounding the charges are sketchy at best -- officials say the targets were family members of an acquaintance. The targets were not injured.

Rutgers has already dismissed Bullock from the team -- which isn't too big of a hit for them since the guy has barely seen any action, and has really had no impact in any game.

Bullock is still in custody and will remain locked up until his initial court appearance, officials say.

Bullock was an All-County linebacker back in high school at Linden High School in Jersey and went on to play at Gattaca Prep -- a junior college in NJ.

Kyle Lauletta NY Giants Backup QB Arrested ... 'Attempted to Evade'

11:38 AM PT -- New info directly from police ...

The Weehawken PD says Lauletta was driving a 2017 Jaguar in a "dangerous manner" around 8 AM.

When an officer tried to stop him, the QB "attempted to evade him, making an illegal turn and continuing towards Route 495, almost striking the officer."

Another officer then stopped Lauletta -- but the QB "refused various instructions to produce his driving credentials and exit his vehicle."

Lauletta was then arrested and charged with 3rd degree eluding police, obstructing administration of law, resisting arrest, reckless driving, disregarding an officer's directions, improper turn and failure to remain in a marked lane.

There's more ... cops say upon further investigation, they realized the 2017 Jaguar registered to the QB was involved in a similar incident the previous day.

Cops say a summons for the previous incident was sent by mail since the car left the scene.

Kyle Lauletta -- the NY Giants backup quarterback -- was arrested in New Jersey early Tuesday morning on his way to practice, law enforcement confirms to TMZ Sports.

The 23-year-old was pulled over in Weehawken -- and allegedly failed to obey a police officer's directions, according to NJ.com.

Lauletta reportedly came close to striking the officer with his car.

NY Giants head coach Pat Shurmur issued a statement saying, “We were made aware of the situation this morning, and we have been in contact with Kyle. We are still in the process of gathering information. This is obviously very disappointing.”

Lauletta is a rookie out of the University of Richmond. The Giants selected him in the 4th round of the 2018 Draft.

With the Giants playing like garbage this season, there has been a push for Shurmur to start Lauletta over Eli Manning when they face the 49ers on Nov. 12.

Aly Raisman Scorched Earth on USA Gymnastics ... They Can't Be Trusted!

Aly Raisman just went OFF on USA Gymnastics -- saying the organization is still not being transparent about the child abuse scandal and warns the public ... THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED.

Raisman is really pissed about the fact there still has not been a full, independent investigation by law enforcement ... despite the fact she's been calling for one since JANUARY!!!

Raisman calls the situation "absolutely absurd."

During her interview with Hoda Kotb on "Today," Aly also stated, "We can't trust USA Gymnastics because they're not being transparent."

She was referring to 2 major recent developments in the program. First, Team USA tumbling coach Sergio Galvez being forced to resign amid undisclosed accusations of misconduct on Monday.

Second, Steve Penny -- the former president of USA Gymnastics -- being arrested by U.S. Marshals for allegedly tampering with evidence in the Larry Nassar case.

Aly's problem ... she claims Team USA Gymnastics needs to be more open about what really happened behind the scenes. Instead, she claims the org is more concerned with fixing a PR problem than a "child abuse problem."

Hoda asks Aly if she'll ever consider taking over Team USA Gymnastics herself -- and she doesn't exactly say no.
