Alec Baldwin Assault Arrest May Have Been Mutual Combat ... Not a Crime

Alec Baldwin may have a good defense in his assault case, because there is some evidence he did not punch his alleged victim as cops first said ... and what went down might not be a crime at all.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Wojciech Cieszowski -- the man who swooped in and took a parking space that Baldwin believed was his -- told cops Baldwin struck him with his hand. That is more consistent with a slap than a punch. True enough, a slap can still be assault, but it's generally less serious.

What's more ... we're told there is surveillance video, but it's super grainy. You see what appears to be a shoving match between the two men but it's hard to make out if Baldwin actually struck him.

Here's the key -- if the 2 men were shoving each other, Baldwin could make the case it was mutual combat and not assault, and therefore not a crime. Cieszowski told cops he suffered face and neck injuries as a result of the alleged attack and was taken to the hospital.

As we reported, Baldwin had someone on the street in front of his apartment building blocking an empty space so he could park there. and Cieszowski swooped in and took it. They both got out of the car and started arguing, and that's when the alleged attack went down. Baldwin was arrested, taken to the police station, given a desk appearance ticket for assault and harassment, and he was released.

PASSED OUT

Cops have released video of Stephen Bonnar's DUI arrest -- when he was taken down by a group of concerned citizens -- and the footage is crazy and scary at the same time.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the UFC Hall of Famer was driving like a maniac on a Nevada highway on Sunday afternoon, roughly 10 miles from the Vegas Strip.

When the Highway Patrol arrived to the scene, Bonnar was so drunk that he was passed out in the front seat. The officer dragged the 41-year-old out of his car and a group of citizens helped restrain him on the ground.

At least one of the citizens was carrying a gun.

As cops tried to place handcuffs on him, Bonnar woke up and began to resist.

One member of the group tells Bonnar, "You picked the wrong group of guys, dude."

With help from the citizens, cops eventually got him cuffed and transported him to a nearby station where he was booked for 3rd-degree felony DUI.

Cops say Bonnar reeked of booze. Medical staff also responded to the scene and determined nothing was medically abnormal, he was just drunk.

Bonnar is a UFC legend -- he fought Forrest Griffin in the finale of the very first season of "The Ultimate Fighter" back in 2005 -- a fight that's regarded as one of the best and most important in UFC history.

Heather Locklear Lawsuit on The Way For Attacking EMT

Heather Locklear is a day away from getting sued by a paramedic who claims she was viciously attacked and injured during a drunken episode that landed the actress in a jail.

TMZ broke the story ... Locklear went ballistic at her L.A. home back in June after cops showed up after getting a call from a family member saying Heather was heavily intoxicated and out of control.

When authorities arrived Heather was extremely agitated and allegedly punched a cop who was trying to separate her from her family. EMT's then tried putting her on a gurney and Heather allegedly kicked the paramedic who is about to sue her.

The paramedic will claim in her lawsuit she suffered head and neck injuries, and it was so bad she was confined to a desk job. The lawsuit, which will be filed by attorney Kevin Flahavan, will also allege Heather verbally abused the EMT.

Heather was released and was later rushed to the ER for an apparent overdose the same day. She went from the hospital into rehab for substance abuse and mental health issues.

As for the criminal case ... Heather's been charged with interfering with a law enforcement officer and 2 counts of battery. That case is pending.

Rutgers Linebacker Arrested for Alleged Murder Plot

A linebacker on the Rutgers football team was arrested Tuesday after cops say he conspired to murder some people.

Yeah.

The player at the center of the controversy is Izaia Bullock -- a 22-year-old redshirt junior, from New Jersey.

Officials say Bullock has been charged with 2 counts of 1st-degree murder, and 2 counts of 1st-degree conspiracy to commit murder.

The details surrounding the charges are sketchy at best -- officials say the targets were family members of an acquaintance. The targets were not injured.

Rutgers has already dismissed Bullock from the team -- which isn't too big of a hit for them since the guy has barely seen any action, and has really had no impact in any game.

Bullock is still in custody and will remain locked up until his initial court appearance, officials say.

Bullock was an All-County linebacker back in high school at Linden High School in Jersey and went on to play at Gattaca Prep -- a junior college in NJ.

Kyle Lauletta NY Giants Backup QB Arrested ... 'Attempted to Evade'

11:38 AM PT -- New info directly from police ...

The Weehawken PD says Lauletta was driving a 2017 Jaguar in a "dangerous manner" around 8 AM.

When an officer tried to stop him, the QB "attempted to evade him, making an illegal turn and continuing towards Route 495, almost striking the officer."

Another officer then stopped Lauletta -- but the QB "refused various instructions to produce his driving credentials and exit his vehicle."

Lauletta was then arrested and charged with 3rd degree eluding police, obstructing administration of law, resisting arrest, reckless driving, disregarding an officer's directions, improper turn and failure to remain in a marked lane.

There's more ... cops say upon further investigation, they realized the 2017 Jaguar registered to the QB was involved in a similar incident the previous day.

Cops say a summons for the previous incident was sent by mail since the car left the scene.

Kyle Lauletta -- the NY Giants backup quarterback -- was arrested in New Jersey early Tuesday morning on his way to practice, law enforcement confirms to TMZ Sports.

The 23-year-old was pulled over in Weehawken -- and allegedly failed to obey a police officer's directions, according to NJ.com.

Lauletta reportedly came close to striking the officer with his car.

NY Giants head coach Pat Shurmur issued a statement saying, “We were made aware of the situation this morning, and we have been in contact with Kyle. We are still in the process of gathering information. This is obviously very disappointing.”

Lauletta is a rookie out of the University of Richmond. The Giants selected him in the 4th round of the 2018 Draft.

With the Giants playing like garbage this season, there has been a push for Shurmur to start Lauletta over Eli Manning when they face the 49ers on Nov. 12.

Aly Raisman Scorched Earth on USA Gymnastics ... They Can't Be Trusted!

Aly Raisman just went OFF on USA Gymnastics -- saying the organization is still not being transparent about the child abuse scandal and warns the public ... THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED.

Raisman is really pissed about the fact there still has not been a full, independent investigation by law enforcement ... despite the fact she's been calling for one since JANUARY!!!

Raisman calls the situation "absolutely absurd."

During her interview with Hoda Kotb on "Today," Aly also stated, "We can't trust USA Gymnastics because they're not being transparent."

She was referring to 2 major recent developments in the program. First, Team USA tumbling coach Sergio Galvez being forced to resign amid undisclosed accusations of misconduct on Monday.

Second, Steve Penny -- the former president of USA Gymnastics -- being arrested by U.S. Marshals for allegedly tampering with evidence in the Larry Nassar case.

Aly's problem ... she claims Team USA Gymnastics needs to be more open about what really happened behind the scenes. Instead, she claims the org is more concerned with fixing a PR problem than a "child abuse problem."

Hoda asks Aly if she'll ever consider taking over Team USA Gymnastics herself -- and she doesn't exactly say no.

'Party Down South' Star Arrested Again ... Still Smiling in New Mug Shot

Taylor "Lil Bit" Wright had a ton of legal trouble last week, because we've learned she got busted for a second time in 3 days -- and this time it involved her kids.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the former "Party Down South" star got arrested Wednesday for taking her kids out of their home state of Virginia to North Carolina -- a violation of her custody agreement with their father.

That arrest came just 48 hours after cops hauled her in for allegedly punching her mother-in-law in the face.

We broke the story ... Taylor cracked a pretty wide grin for her mug shot on that assault case.

She won't have much to smile about on this second arrest. Taking her kids across state lines is a class 6 felony in Virginia ... so it's nothing to take lightly.

Domestic Terrorism Suspected Bomber Was Exotic Dancer ... Threatened To Kill Other Strippers

Cesar A. Sayoc, the suspected bomber in a domestic terrorism plot targeting high-level politicians, worked as an exotic dancer for years and even threatened to kill and infect other dancers with HIV ... TMZ has learned.

As you can see from the photos ... Cesar worked as an exotic dancer from 1996-2000.

We're told Cesar's time as a stripper was tumultuous ... on several occasions, he threatened other dancers and was constantly jealous of colleagues who were making more money than him or diminishing his presence on stage.

According to dancers who worked with him ... Cesar once threatened to stab another dancer with a syringe loaded with HIV-infected blood.

We're told Cesar once got so jealous of a rival dancer, he taped tuna can lids to the bottom of his boots and threatened to stomp the dancer's face and cut him up. When people laughed at him, he became enraged and said, "Just wait. I'm going to take this guy out."

It's interesting ... Cesar traveled the country in a van during his stripping days, and Friday he was busted in a van covered with stickers threatening Hillary Clinton and CNN personalities. He also made multiple violent threats against TMZ on social media.

Even more disturbing ... we've obtained video of Cesar wiring accessories he used to light up stripper's costumes during his time with Gold Productions.

Fyre Festival Lawsuit You Scrubbed Social Media to Dupe Us!!!

A top official with the doomed Fyre Festival knew the event was a total fraud and tried to cover it up with some social media smoke and mirrors ... according to concertgoers suing the festival honcho.

Grant Margolin -- the Chief Marketing Officer for Fyre -- is being sued by ticket buyers who claim he directed employees to delete Facebook and Instagram comments blasting the festival. According to the suit, hashtags like "fake," "fraud" and "scam" were all scrubbed.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the plaintiffs -- repped by Ben Meiselas -- say this is significant because it allowed Margolin to continue misleading and luring concertgoers to buy tickets.

Margolin is calling BS, and says social media moderation is a common practice because it's the most important way to defend a brand.

As we reported ... Fyre organizers were sued in May 2017 after the festival looked more like a refugee camp than a luxurious oasis.

Billy McFarland, the festival organizer, was sentenced earlier this month to 6 years in federal prison.

Suge Knight New Home Sweet Home ... Shipping Off To Wasco

Suge Knight is now at the California state prison he could call home for the remainder of his 28-year sentence ... TMZ has learned.

Suge arrived Tuesday at Wasco State Prison ... and based on his super sad mug shot, it doesn't look like the former Death Row Records exec is thrilled with his new digs.

The prison is basically in the middle of nowhere in Kern County, and has 400 beds. It's a far cry from the lavish lifestyle Suge enjoyed when he was at his peak, partying in Hollywood with Tupac, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.

He'll undergo a battery of exams -- physical and mental -- and review his records before determining his permanent "home." He could stay at Wasco or be shipped off to a different state pen.

TMZ broke the story ... Suge struck a plea deal last month, and got a 28-year prison sentence. He got credit for time served and, due to prison overcrowding, could be out in a little over 10 years.

TMZ broke the story ... the judge gave Game 48 hours to hand over several records, and when he didn't ... the judge issued the warrant.

As we've told you ... Game lost the lawsuit filed by Priscilla Rainey -- a former contestant on his reality show, "She's Got Game" -- and was ordered to pay her $7 million.

Ice-T Arrested for Evading Bridge Toll In Brand New Sports Car

Ice-T blew through a bridge toll heading into New York City, and cops busted him for it ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Ice was arrested by Port Authority police Wednesday morning for toll evasion as he was approaching the George Washington Bridge on the New Jersey side. We're told he tried crossing in the E-ZPass lane ... for drivers who prepay tolls with a transmitter, but Ice's didn't work.

Ice-T apparently didn't realize that and continued driving his brand new McLaren sports car, but was quickly pulled over by cops.

Our sources say cops discovered the McLaren was not registered, so they arrested him for evading the toll and gave him a ticket for the unregistered vehicle. Not shockingly, the exotic car was spotted by passersby on the road.

Ice-T tells us he simply forgot to bring his E-Z Pass with him. He has 7 of them in his other cars, but didn't have it in the brand new McLaren ... which he says was just shipped from California.

Ice-T says he was released by cops and went straight to the "Law & Order: SVU" set ... where he plays a cop. Irony much?

Denver Broncos Cut Chad Kelly ... After Bizarre Arrest

The Denver Broncos have axed backup QB Chad Kelly from the team after he was arrested Tuesday morning for allegedly trying to break into a Denver-area home.

Broncos general manager John Elway was furious after learning about the arrest and decided it was best to get rid of Kelly ... according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Cops say Kelly broke into a home around 1:17 AM and sat down on the couch next to a woman who was holding her baby. Kelly was reportedly mumbling incoherently at the time.

Police say someone in the home chased Kelly out while striking him with a piece from a vacuum. He was ultimately arrested for criminal trespassing.

Kelly had attended Von Miller's Halloween party earlier in the evening ... and there are reports Kelly had to be escorted out after getting into a physical altercation with another guest.

Elway released a statement on the decision, saying, "Even though Chad's no longer part of our team, we've offered to help him however we can and are supportive of him in every way possible."

This leaves the Broncos with only 2 QBs on the roster -- starter Case Keenum and backup Kevin Hogan (who played at Stanford).

Rhode Island Candidate Blasts Out N-Word During School Event

kal
THE INCIDENT
TMZ.com

A candidate for Rhode Island Attorney General shocked a room full of students when he spelled the n-word out at ear-shattering levels during a high school event.

Alan Gordon -- a member of the Compassion Party -- showed up at North Kingstown High School Tuesday, where he and his opponent, Peter Neronha, fielded questions from students. Gordon became irate after Neronha used the word "marijuana" twice.

Gordon claimed "marijuana" is a racist term ... comparing it to the n-word, which he emphatically rolled out, letter by letter. Many students roared with applause.

After shout-spelling the word ... Gordon left the stage and never returned.

Anne Armstrong, a member of the Compassion Party who's running for Governor, tells us she and Gordon run a cannabis healing clinic -- and the word "marijuana" is extremely offensive to them because it's rooted in racial stereotypes. Don't ask.

Armstrong says Gordon was promised before the event Neronha would not say "marijuana" -- and when he said it the second time it set Gordon off.

As for why Gordon's opponent referred to marijuana during the event ... Gordon and Armstrong were reportedly busted a few weeks back with 48 pounds of pot.

So much for the plant's calming effects.
