According to police documents, Breeland was found with the vehicle, the firearms and the contraband at around 3:05 p.m. on Monday after he was pulled over in Charlotte, N.C.

Cops say during the traffic stop, they found the 2020 Mercedes-Benz he was driving had been reported stolen from Florida. They added that during an ensuing search of the car, they found a bevvy of weapons -- including two AR-15s and two AK-47s.

This is not the first time Breeland has been arrested in the past few years ... he was also jailed in South Carolina in 2020 following a scary encounter with cops at a gas station.

Breeland -- who played his college ball at Clemson -- has not logged a snap in the NFL since the 2021 season ... but he had been considered one of the league's better DBs throughout his career.

INSTANTLY ARRESTED
TMZSports.com

Newly released police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows a cop was furious with Marquise Brown during his arrest last year ... ordering the NFL star out of his car before asking, "The hell you going that fast for?!"

Brown was initially pulled over by the Arizona Department of Public Safety on Aug. 3, 2022 ... after authorities say they clocked him going 126 MPH in a 65 MPH zone -- and you can see in body cam footage, the arresting officer was not pleased at all over the situation.

The video shows after the cop got the Arizona Cardinals wideout to stop on a highway in the Phoenix area, he raced to the football player's door ... and screamed, "Get out of the car right now!"

When he slapped the cuffs on Brown for criminal speed ... he demanded to know what the big hurry was.

"Sorry," Brown responded, "I was on my way to football practice, sir."

The cop, still not happy with the football player, then told the 25-year-old, "You know better than going that fast."

"Yes, sir," Brown responded. "I'm new here, sir."

The wide receiver, who had just been traded to the Cards from the Ravens a few months prior to the traffic stop, added, "I didn't realize I was going that fast."

The officer then put him into the back his squad car -- where Brown informed a Cardinals staffer that he was being arrested.

LEAVING HAPPY

Brown was eventually hit with a criminal charge over the matter ... though in February, he reached a deal with prosecutors where he agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor count of excessive speed to close out the case. In March, he was ordered to pay $473 ... but the judge decided to waive the fine and just give him credit for time served.

When initially addressing the arrest with reporters, Brown called it all "very disappointing" ... while vowing to learn from it.

Ex-AZ Cards Exec Bill Bidwill Jr. Allegedly Hit In Head With Glass Cup ... In Wild Dispute W/ Wife

Bill Bidwill Jr. -- a former Arizona Cardinals exec and the brother of the NFL team's current owner, Michael Bidwill -- was allegedly involved in a wild dispute with his wife earlier this month ... one in which he told cops she hit him in the head with a glass cup.

According to a Paradise Valley Police Dept. incident report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Bidwill Jr. made the allegations to officers at his Arizona home back on June 9.

In the docs, cops say Bidwill Jr. called police at around 6 PM ... telling them his wife, Nicole Kugler Bidwill, had just broken a glass over his head during a fight -- causing him injuries.

Bidwill Jr. claimed the altercation started because Nicole was upset that he hadn't been home when carpet installers had arrived earlier in the day. Bidwill Jr. said that when he eventually came home, he poured himself a glass of beer ... but before he could drink it, Nicole snapped on him.

According to the docs, Bidwill Jr. claimed his wife hit "him with her hands about a hundred times" ... before she picked up his cup and cracked him with it, causing it to shatter.

Cops say Bidwill Jr. admitted to striking Nicole's arms to defend himself ... before he ultimately got away from her and dialed 911.

CAREFUL CALL

In the call with dispatch, which we also obtained, you can hear Bidwill Jr. -- seemingly out of breath -- explaining that he had just "had a glass broken over my head." He said in the call, though, that his neighbor, who's a surgeon, checked out his wounds and "he doesn't think it's bad."

Officers eventually arrived on the scene ... and after questioning the two, they arrested Nicole. Jail records show she was booked on June 10 on one count of assault.

According to the police report, however, Bidwill Jr. did not want to press charges.

Bidwill Jr. served as the vice president of the Cardinals for several years when his dad, Bill Bidwill Sr., owned the team. Reportedly, he helped take over ownership duties in 2019 with his brother, Michael Bidwill, following their father's passing. Jr. does not currently have any role/responsibility with the team.

We've reached out to the Cardinals for comment ... and they sent us the following statement.

“Two weeks ago, Nicole Kugler Bidwill was involved in an incident that resulted in her arrest. This is a difficult time for their family but her husband and children love her very much and are thankful that she is currently receiving the help she needs. They ask that their family’s privacy be respected as they deal with this challenging personal situation.”

Kyler Murray is stepping up in a big way ... the Arizona Cardinals star just donated thousands of dollars to William Cho, the 6-year-old boy who lost his loved ones in the Texas mass shooting earlier this month.

Cho had visited the Allen outlet mall on May 6 with his family ... when a gunman opened fire -- and killed his mom, dad and brother. Cho suffered injuries in the horrific rampage, but after spending time in the ICU, he's recovering well.

Friends of the Cho family set up a GoFundMe page with the hopes that it would provide the little boy with enough money to help him in the wake of the tragedy once he heals up ... and Murray raced in this week to open up his checkbook for the cause.

The 25-year-old quarterback -- who has close ties to the area ... as he went to high school in Allen -- shelled out $15,000.

He added in a tweet earlier this week he was ready to help more victims, too.

So far, the GoFundMe page -- which initially had a goal of raising $50,000 -- is up over $1.7 million.

"We are deeply grateful and sincerely appreciate this outpouring [of] love and prayers from all around the country," the page's organizers wrote.

"Both Kyu and Cindy's family will use these funds to help William continue the legacy of his parents."

J.J. Watt Breaks Down In Tears ... After Cardinals Surprise Star With Farewell Vid

Get the Kleenex ready ... 'cause the Arizona Cardinals surprised retiring star J.J. Watt with a farewell video last week -- and his reaction to the footage was so emotional, it'll hit ya right in the feels.

AZ defensive coordinator Vance Joseph sprung the clip on Watt during a team meeting just before the NFL legend's final game against San Francisco ... and almost immediately after it began playing, Watt openly sobbed into his hands.

The video consisted of a grip of messages from Watt's family, friends and former NFL rivals -- and J.J., who announced on Dec. 27 he'd be done with football after this season, could hardly keep his eyes open for it.

The montage started with J.J.'s brother, T.J. Watt, saying, "Brother, J.J., I just want to say congratulations on retirement."

"You ending up in the NFL and you being Defensive Player of the Year, and you having all the success that you had, showed me that it's possible."

Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning, Dak Prescott and Tom Brady also congratulated J.J. on everything he's accomplished in the NFL ... and the impact he's had on their careers.

"Man, you were a pain in my ass for a long time," Brady said. "It was an honor to share the field with you."

J.J.'s other brother, Derek Watt, also shared how thankful he was to witness J.J.'s career.

J.J.'s parents, John and Connie, and his wife, Kealia Watt (who was holding the couple's newborn son Koa), appeared on-screen too ... with all expressing their gratitude toward the 33-year-old defensive end.

"It has been such an honor to watch you work your ass off these past years and do whatever you needed to do to be the best," Kealia said. "You’ve been so generous and kind and loving to everybody around you, and you never forgot who you are."

"I know Koa will be so proud to be your son."

J.J. -- a three-time Defensive Player of the Year -- wrapped his career on Sunday against the Niners with two sacks, three total tackles and a pass breakup.

Up next for the star? Canton, Ohio in five years.

Congrats on the career, J.J.!

Arizona Cardinals Fire Kliff Kingsbury ... After 4 Seasons

Kliff Kingsbury is out in Arizona ... the Cardinals announced Monday they've fired their head coach after a brutal 4-13 season.

The 43-year-old had just signed an extension earlier this year ... but, after a disappointing campaign and an overall record of 28-37-1 in 66 games -- the Cards decided to move on.

The former Texas Tech head coach (2013-2018) had been hired by AZ in 2019 ... and saw his best season in 2021, when he led the Cardinals to an 11-6 record and his lone playoff appearance.

But, the team was blown out by the Rams -- and came back in 2022 and fell flat, finishing in fourth place in the NFC West standings.

Further complicating issues for Kingsbury ... he appeared to butt heads with franchise quarterback Kyler Murray multiple times this year, before the signal-caller suffered a season-ending ACL injury on Monday Night Football in Week 14.

No word yet on where the Cardinals will turn to replace Kliff -- but, reportedly, they have interest in ex-Saints head coach Sean Payton.

The firing is now the second in the NFL in the last 24 hours -- the Texans canned Lovie Smith after just one season on Sunday night.

J.J. Watt Receives Stuffed Badger ... Weirdest Fan Mail Ever

A taxidermized badger!

That's what J.J. Watt just revealed he received from a fan on Thursday ... as the future Hall of Famer prepares to play the last NFL game in his legendary career.

33-year-old Watt shared pics of the "fan mail" on social media -- showing the box the stuffed badger came in, along with the animal, resting comfortably on a chair in the Cardinal's locker room.

"I have received a lot of wild fan mail over the years," Watt tweeted, adding, "This package that arrived today is certainly being added to the list."

As you know, Watt played college ball at the University of Wisconsin ... who are, of course, the Badgers.

Watt has presumably seen an uptick in fan mail ... seeing that the defensive star announced in December -- he intends to retire after the season.

"Koa's first-ever NFL game," Watt said alongside a photo holding his baby ... "My last ever NFL home game."

He continued ... "My heart is filled with nothing but love and gratitude. It’s been an absolute honor and a pleasure."

If this is Watt's last season, #99 -- a 5x All Pro and member of the All decade 2010s team -- will go down as one of the most dominant forces to grace an NFL field.

J.J. has also done a ton off the field ... and even won the 2017 Walter Payton Award, given to the player who has the biggest impact away from football.

Watt's obviously no stranger to giving. This time, he's on the receiving end ... so, where ya gonna put the badger, J.J.?!
