Sheen fired off a blistering letter, attacking Lorre in the wake of reports that Jon Cryer will get a bigger role on the show and Charlie will be replaced.

Charlie says, "... No one cares about your feeble show without me," adding, "The ratings right now are not a fluke. It's a big fat mess. A 2.0 demo. That sucks." Although the number is low, the show is in reruns.

But Charlie doesn't stop there, saying, "Not even a phone call to the man that put you on the map. The man that put 500 million dollars in your pockets ... I busted my ass for 8 years to support your vision."

And in the letter, which Charlie sent to TMZ as a messenger to Lorre, gets very personal" "They are planning on voting you off the AA island. Even those clowns have no room for you anymore."

TMZ broke the story Thursday ... there's a 50/50 chance "Men" will not come back for Season 9.

After years of neglect, it looks like the Florida apartment complex owned by A-Rod is starting to shape up ... tenants say thanks to a little pressure from TMZ.

City officials have finally taken action, ordering some quick changes in the apartment complex -- in particular, the gnarly pool that started to resemble the La Brea Tar Pits.

We got pics of the progress -- one of the pools has now been drained and the other is still a work in progress.

There have been numerous other complaints from tenants, including holes in walls, rusty pipes, and overflowing trash. Several tenants say everyone responsible seemed to step it up after we posted the story last week.

ABC sources tell TMZ ... Brown performed and was interviewed by Robin Roberts live from the Times Square studio when she began asking about the infamous incident.

Brown tried to redirect the questions to focus on his album -- but Roberts continued to ask about Brown's legal issues stemming from the Rihanna incident.

We're told after the interview, Brown freaked out, storming into his dressing room and screaming so loud, the people in hair and makeup became alarmed and called security.

We're told Brown was out of control, and one source present tells us he smashed a window in his dressing room, and the glass shattered and some shards fell onto 43rd and Broadway. ABC security tells TMZ ... the window was shattered with a chair.

We're told by the time security rushed the area, Brown had ripped off his shirt and left the building, blowing off another performance he was supposed to do for the ABC website.

And sources say ... on his way out of the building, Brown confronted a segment producer, got in his face and stared him down. People from the show got in between Chris and the producer to diffuse the situation.

Remember -- Brown is on probation for the felony beating and he's required to obey all laws.

UPDATE 6:49 AM PT: Brown just tweeted, "I'm so over people bringing this past s**t up!!! Yet we praise Charlie sheen and other celebs for there bulls**t."

UPDATE 6:59 AM PT: Brown has already deleted the previous tweet ... and added a new one that reads, "All my fans!!! This album is for you and only you!!! I'm so tired of everyone else!! Honestly!! I love team breezy!!"

UPDATE 7:48 AM PT: Glass workers just showed up to fix Brown's handiwork.

Robin Roberts asked Chris Brown if she could ask him about the Rihanna incident BEFORE the live interview began on "GMA" this morning ... this according to sources connected to the production.

Sources tell TMZ ... Roberts insists both she and other "GMA" staff members spoke with Chris before the interview and asked if it would be OK to ask "a few questions" about the Rihanna incident ... and Chris approved.

As TMZ first reported, Brown flipped out after the interview -- and apparently smashed a window in his dressing room.

Robin is telling people at the show she did NOT try to set him up ... and insists, "I'm pulling for the guy."

As for the broken window, no one in the studio saw Chris throw the chair into the window ... but he was definitely in the dressing room when the window was smashed.

Sources say when Charlie signed on for "Two and a Half Men" ... the original contract provided an identical clause, so Charlie's people believe Warner Bros. is on the hook if they keep producing the show.

Here's the rub. Warner Bros. claims they fired Charlie for cause, nullifying the contract.

Lady Gaga is now a runway model!

The singer made her runway debut moments ago in Paris at Thierry Mugler's fall/winter 2011 show -- and though some of the models almost fell over, Gaga worked it in some ridiculously high heeled boots!

And though she was overheard telling people backstage "If I vomit on the stage it would be good press," she thankfully didn't.

Gaga directed the music for the show -- which included a first listen at her song "Government Hooker" mashed up with her new single "Born This Way."

The Mugler fashion house is under the creative direction of Nicola Formichetti, Gaga's personal stylist.

Aguilera was arrested at 2:45 AM and booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff's substation on a misdemeanor charge.

On the booking report, Aguilera was listed at 5'2" and 100 pounds.

Aguilera's 25-year-old boyfriend Matthew Rutler was also arrested last night at the same time for a misdemeanor offense.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, Rutler's bail was set at $5,000.

Law enforcement sources tell us Aguilera appeared to be "extremely intoxicated" and was "unable to take care of herself."

However, the source adds, "If the driver had NOT been arrested for DUI, [Christina] would have never been in trouble."

Sources close to Xtina tell us they have been trying to get the singer into a rehab program for weeks.

We're told cops initially pulled over Rutler after they noticed he was driving erratically.

Christina Aguilera's fingers appeared as she arrived home after spending time in a jail cell this AM.

TMZ broke the story ... Christina was popped for public intoxication and her BF Matt Rutler was arrested for DUI.

Aguilera will not be prosecuted for the incident ... but she'll probably be hung over.
