Amanda Bynes Troubling Behavior

The Amanda Bynes crazy train kept on rolling today in Manhattan.

If you've ever wondered what an Amanda Bynes mating call sounds like ... wonder no more -- because she is begging Drake to slay her genitals ... to put it delicately.

What Amanda said in a tweet last night was ... "I want Drake to murder my vagina."

Let that soak in.

Amanda has been exhibiting strange behavior since last year when she was charged in a couple of hit-and-run accidents, had her driver's license suspended, and fled Hollywood for NYC.

Drake has yet to respond to Amanda's offer, but he's not the violent type.

Unless you're Chris Brown.

Amanda Bynes is currently packing up her NYC apartment ... and moving somewhere else ... after her landlord threatened to evict the actress claiming she's a disrespectful rule-breaker ... TMZ has learned.

Sources at the apartment tell us ... Bynes got a letter from building management earlier this month explaining that her lease would be terminated ... because she's a building nuisance.

We're told management made the decision after getting several complaints of marijuana smoke coming from her apartment -- "morning, noon and night." Sources say she was also seen smoking weed in the hallways.

FYI -- it's a non-smoking building.

As TMZ previously reported, Bynes is a fan of the herb -- she was photographed smoking weed around Los Angeles last year.

Sources say Amanda wasn't going to wait around and challenge management's decision -- and instead decided to simply find somewhere else to live.

The moving trucks are currently on-site. So far, no word on where she plans to live next.

Amanda Bynes is a danger to the public ... and a judge should NOT have let her off the hook in her 2 hit-and-run cases after she paid off the victims ... this according to the L.A. City Attorney.

We broke the story, Bynes was charged with two counts of hit-and-run stemming from two separate incidents over the past year in which she allegedly plowed into cars ... and fled the scene.

But Bynes has since struck a financial settlement with both sets of victims ... and Amanda's attorney went to court this week and convinced the judge to throw out the criminal charges against the actress.

The decision INFURIATED the L.A. City Attorney's Office, which STRONGLY objected based on the fact that there were multiple incidents and that Bynes has a DUI case pending, stemming from an incident in April when Bynes allegedly crashed into a cop car.

THINGS AMANDA BYNES LIKES: red turbans, long and pointy fingernails, and taking pictures of herself in the mirror ... this according to the actress, who's making her presence known after several weeks under the radar.

Bynes was keeping a low-profile -- following some really bizarre public behavior -- but finally resurfaced this week on Instagram ... claiming her phone was stolen and her "fans" should follow her there instead.

Bynes then posted the SAME picture of herself (wearing a turban and sunglasses) three different times with three different captions, specifically ... "Bout to get my nails done" ... "What up doe" ... and "Love my turban."

She also shot a picture of her crotch rockin' skinny jeans with the line ... "Losing weight is hard." Brilliant.

Amanda Bynes is too rich to get DUIs ... because someone with her kinda paycheck can afford a chauffeur -- at least according to Amanda's former co-star from "What I Like About You."

Wesley Jonathan -- who played Amanda's BFF on the show -- was out in L.A. yesterday when we asked if he had anything to say to his old TV buddy, and he replied, "The only thing I would say to her is 'You got enough money. Get a chauffeur to take you everywhere.'"

And just like Jennie Garth -- who was also on the show -- Jonathan says he's tried to reach out Amanda to see how she's doing ... and all he's gotten was radio silence.

Amanda Bynes swears she isn't blowing off her former TV co-star Jennie Garth ... despite what Jennie said on national television -- and now AB is on a mission to make things right.

During an interview with Jeff Probst last week, Jennie said she had reached out to Amanda to check on her in the wake of her driving-related legal problems -- but Amanda's telling friends, that can't be true.

Sources close to Amanda tell TMZ, she never got any calls from Jennie -- her co-star on "What I Like About You" from 2002-2006 -- but would love to talk to her and catch up.

Amanda's saying she'd never intentionally ignore Jennie -- and now that Jennie's expressed concern for her, Amanda wants to reach out asap and reconnect.

Amanda Bynes entered not guilty pleas today to 2 counts of driving on a suspended license, TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Amanda was charged after police pulled her over in Burbank, CA last month -- and, upon discovering her license was suspended, ticketed her and impounded her black BMW.

Amanda was not in court today -- her attorney entered the pleas.

The case, one of many on Bynes' plate, is due back in court Nov. 29.

Amanda Bynes just pled not guilty to two counts of hit-and-run, TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Amanda was charged with both counts of hit-and-run earlier this month after two separate incidents -- one in April, another in August -- when she allegedly smashed into other cars and fled the scene.

Prosecutors initially declined to charge Bynes for the first hit-and-run incident -- but after the actress was accused of the second hit-and-run, they reopened case #1.

The L.A. City Attorney subsequently filed charges against Bynes stemming from BOTH incidents.

If convicted on both counts, she faces up to a year in jail. She's due back in court October 19th.

FYI -- Bynes is also still facing one DUI charge and TWO charges of driving on a suspended license.

Bynes was not in court for the hearing -- she's in NYC, where she's been shopping her face off for the past couple days ... and showing off a TON of leg.

Amanda Bynes bolted out of L.A. this weekend and thankfully headed to a city where public transportation is readily available ... the Big Apple!

Witnesses who spotted Amanda in NYC tell TMZ ... the actress was aimlessly wandering around Midtown for hours on Saturday.

But get this -- Amanda is telling friends the reason she jetted off to New York is because she was tired of being followed in L.A. -- something she says doesn't happen in NYC.

Bynes now tells friends she NEVER wants to come back to L.A, which is interesting timing considering her parents JUST moved to CA from TX to be closer to their daughter.

Sources close to Amanda Bynes tell TMZ her friends are fuming mad with her family ... wondering why they aren't doing more to help the troubled actress before something REALLY bad happens to her.

According to our sources, Amanda's friends do not understand why her family is not being more aggressive when it comes to her wellbeing. We're told her friends are perplexed why they are just standing by and watching Amanda self-destruct.

Our sources say her friends (who feel they have done all they can) want her family to literally break down her door and drag her to get to help.

But that's a problem ... because we're told Amanda has slowly cut off communication from her entire family -- dad, mom, sister and brother -- to the point where she has ceased all communication entirely.

As TMZ first reported, Amanda's family recently moved from Texas to California to be closer to her. According to our sources, they are having the same level of success helping her now as they did before.

Amanda Bynes has just been charged with driving on a suspended license, stemming from her traffic stop last weekend when her car was impounded ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported, Bynes was pulled over last Sunday outside the Burbank Airport. When cops ran her license, they discovered it was suspended. The car was impounded and Bynes got a ticket for driving on a suspended license.

Bynes has been charged with TWO COUNTS of driving with a suspended license. The other incident also occurred at Burbank Airport. The two incidents occurred an hour-and-a-half apart.

FYI -- Amanda is also currently facing a DUI charge and two hit-and-run charges.

One source tells us the management team hasn't been able to get in touch with Bynes for the past month -- no phone calls, no visits, nada.

According to one source, all 3 members of the team made multiple efforts to help Amanda before she went radio silent -- but Bynes was not receptive.

Eventually, the team decided to cut bait ... acknowledging they can't help someone that doesn't want to be helped.

As for Amanda, sources close to the 26-year-old tell us ... Bynes feels she no longer needs their services because she’s retired from acting and moving into another line of work -- fashion.

We tried to reach out to a rep for Bynes -- but, well, she doesn't have one anymore.

Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes are such terrible drivers ... tire giant Goodyear has decided to offer the actresses FREE driving lessons -- hoping to reduce the danger they present behind the wheel ... to themselves and others.

A rep for Goodyear just fired off near-identical letters in an attempt to reach Lindsay and Amanda, writing, "We're sorry to hear about your latest driving mishap ... We're concerned for your safety and the safety of those who hit the road each day, and we'd like to help out any way we can."

In case you forgot, Lindsay's latest mishap occurred this week -- when she was arrested for allegedly hitting a pedestrian in NYC and fleeing the scene. Amanda's had countless mishaps in the last several months -- including two alleged hit-and-runs and one alleged DUI.

Goodyear's solution -- the tire company says it wants to fly the girls out to its headquarters in Akron for "a private 1-on-1 lesson with our professional drivers -- no paparazzi allowed -- who can show you all the do's and don'ts of driving safely."

According to the letter, Goodyear is offering Amanda and Lindsay full access to its awesome test track and course for the lessons.

Amanda Bynes acted so bizarre during a workout class in Hollywood Tuesday night ... her instructor stopped the session halfway through and kicked her out -- TMZ has learned.

Gym sources tell us, Amanda was attending a 50-minute spin class at Equinox when she suddenly stopped participating in the class and aimlessly walked around looking to switch bikes.

Once Amanda found a replacement -- closer to the room's giant mirror -- we're told Amanda started cycling again, but removed her top, revealing a "tiny black strapless push up bra ... not a sports bra."

Roughly 25 minutes into the class, we're told Amanda stopped cycling again -- this time to pick up her Louis Vuitton purse ... and reapply her makeup.

According to sources, the actress was doing her makeup -- lipstick, eyeliner, the whole shebang -- for ten full minutes before the instructor grew furious and told her to get out, claiming he couldn't BELIEVE someone was doing makeup in the middle of his spin class.

Lindsay Lohan’s NYC arrest was simply karma kicking her in the ass for tweeting bad things about Amanda Bynes ... at least that’s what Amanda is telling her friends.

We KNOW Amanda is still pissed over Lohan's tweet Monday which read, “Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?"

Bynes is griping ... Lindsay has been convicted of multiple crimes (a rap sheet as long as her IMDB page), while Amanda has been convicted of nada.
