Amanda Bynes Arrested

Amanda Bynes says she doesn't do drugs ... but that's not stopping one company from asking her to be the new face of their portable vaporizers ... i.e. a contraption loved by ganja-lovers worldwide.

Chris Folkerts -- CEO of Grenco Science -- sent Amanda an offer letter this week, asking her to become a celebrity spokesperson for their new line of G-Pen vaporizers ... following her alleged bong-out-the-window arrest.

Chris says G-Pens are portable vaporizers which "provide the best way to vape oils, concentrates and aromatherapy regiments" ... but we all know what they really vape.

Folkerts says in the letter, "We think you'd be a great spokesperson ... we know you will love our vaporizers so much you will never use a water pipe or bowl ever again."

Fun Fact: The Game is also a celeb spokesman for the company. Soooo yeah.

Amanda Bynes has a serious addiction and TMZ has learned she just got herself another fix -- no, we don't mean drugs ... we're talking WIGS.

Bynes recently placed an order from Couture Princess Wigs for three Disney-inspired wigs -- one Cinderalla, one Barbie, and one Belle. She placed the order the day of her arrest and three wigs cost her a total of $830.00 (that includes shipping).

The Game thinks Amanda Bynes killed a guy in Arizona ... because The Game totally thinks Amanda Bynes is Jodi Arias -- whoopsies!!!

Game was hanging out in NYC Tuesday night -- when we asked if he'd been following the crazy Bynes saga ... to which he replied, "F**k Amanda Bynes ... isn't she the killer? She the person that killed somebody or something?"

Turns out Game was just thinking of Jodi Arias ... that heartless biatch who slaughtered her BF in AZ ... and when our cameraman corrected the rapper, he joked -- "Yeah, I get my killers mixed up."

The Amanda Bynes drug case is falling apart ... FAST ... because the cops have absolutely NO HARD EVIDENCE that Amanda was ever in possession of weed, this based on information TMZ has obtained from law enforcement.

An NYPD official told TMZ ... the police report mentions NOTHING of any marijuana recovered at the scene. According to the report, cops saw Amanda throw what they believe is "drug paraphernalia" out the window. The report also says cops smelled "a strong odor of marijuana."

Based on multiple calls to law enforcement and others ... it appears NO DRUGS were recovered ... and that's what Amanda has been saying all along.

As for the alleged bong ... it's almost certain it will never be admitted into evidence. TMZ broke the story ... our producer spotted glass remnants on a sub-roof Tuesday and then called police and asked if they had inspected it. He was told they hadn't, and was asked for the location where the glass was found. Cops arrived a short time later and presumably checked the sub-roof.

Here's the problem ... No one knows if anyone tampered with the glass remnants which sat for days, in the rain. The chain of custody has been irretrievably broken and it's virtually certain the glass would not be admissible into evidence.

Short story ... even if prosecutors try to nail Amanda for reckless endangerment by throwing something out the window -- cops say she confessed to throwing a vase but she denies it -- there's no physical evidence of what was allegedly thrown. We've spoken with several lawyers who say it will be extremely difficult to convict her on reckless endangerment without physical evidence.

Short story -- if you're betting on this one, Amanda seems to be a pretty safe gamble.

Despite all the craziness ... and the wigs ... and the legal drama, David Spade says he still sees Amanda Bynes for who she really is -- a hot piece of ass.

Spade was hangin' at The Improv last night with his "Grown Ups 2" co-star Nick Swardson -- when Dave dropped some serious truth bombs about the ongoing Bynes saga.

"I'm scared of Amanda Bynes," Spade said ... joking that she'll call him "ugly" on Twitter if he says anything unflattering about her.

But Spade did rank Amanda's hotness -- and it's obvious, he's a fan.

"If you cut out all the 'stuff,' ... she's technically, for all intents and purposes, very pretty -- but I think she's getting in her own way."

THIS could be the shattered bong Amanda Bynes allegedly threw out her 36th-floor apartment window last week.

Our TMZ producer went on the hunt today and found the shattered glass on the 3rd floor of the building ... it's a sub-roof that can be accessed by using a ladder.

An official in the building allowed our guy to check it out, and he found what looks like a bong -- small broken bits of glass, light and dark blue in color, with no markings and no broken bottle ends or tops. Some of the pieces of glass had what appeared to be black residue.

Amanda has said she threw a vase out the window, but our producer says it doesn't look like a vase to him. As for the cigarette butts, our producer says they were scattered all over the sub-roof.

A building employee told our producer cops didn't check the sub-roof during their investigation. We were told cops would check it out later today. Cops just arrived at the scene.

Amanda Bynes straight up LIED when she accused an NYPD officer of "slapping" her vagina during last week's bong arrest ... this according to cops.

After Bynes made the allegation on Twitter this weekend, the NYPD says it launched an internal investigation to see if there was any truth to Amanda's claim.

But NYPD Deputy Commissioner Paul J. Browne tells TMZ ... "Investigators have found no evidence to corroborate Ms. Bynes's allegations."

"To the contrary," Browne says ... "a credible civilian witness who was with the officers throughout told investigators that none touched Ms. Bynes inappropriately or otherwise engaged in misconduct at any time."

Amanda Bynes is now claiming the tweets bashing Rihanna (pardon the pun) did not come from her and were actually mocked up by someone else ... then she went on to say some other crazy stuff.

Bynes went on another rambling Twitter run this afternoon, in which she says, "I saw a bunch of mocked up tweets about me bashing Rihanna in my mentions. I'm followed by so many people that someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address them!"

From there she goes on to say ... well, your guess is as good as ours:

"That's one of the mocked up images, they took photos of me from outside and morphed them onto someone else's body. I am allergic to marijuana and alcohol but I smoke tobacco. Why does Rihanna smoke weed and not get in trouble for it but I smoke tobacco and people think I'm on drugs? I refuse to be treated like someone I'm not, which is why I fought for myself and am suing everyone involved. I don't need to go to rehab. There is never a drug or alcohol in my system! I'm sick of all the lies! What would you do if someone accused you of things you didn't do and yet you still had to be in jail at all over it! I'm so offended but I am so educated that I know cops cannot illegally enter my apartment, sexually harass me, arrest me, take me to a MENTAL HOSPITAL, then lock me up for a crime I didn't commit. I'm suing them all for this upsetting nightmare. My lawyer knows I'm a model citizen who doesn't partake in drugs. He's going to court this week to set the record straight again on my behalf. Thankfully I'm an educated multi-millionaire who knows better than to speak to perverted unjust cops without my lawyer."

Amanda Bynes says she is planning to unleash a hailstorm of lawsuits against the NYPD and her apartment complex ... all over her arrest earlier last week ... or as she puts it, her "mistaken arrest."

Bynes just went on another glorious Twitter rampage, saying she plans to file a lawsuit against the NYPD for:

-- "Illegally entering my apartment"
-- "Lying about drugs on me"
-- "Lying about me tampering with non existent drug paraphernalia"
-- "Being put into a mental hospital against my will"
-- "Then locked up overnight for coming home after a facial and working out with my trainer like the good girl that I am."

Bynes also claims she's allergic to drugs and alcohol and is "proud to not be a drug or alcohol user."

Amanda Bynes just inexplicably railed on Rihanna on Twitter, saying Chris Brown beat her because she's ugly ... but RiRi got the last word and it was AWESOME.

Bynes tweeted -- and quickly deleted -- "@rihanna Chris Brown beat you because you're not pretty enough."

She followed that up with another insult -- about wanting to name her dog Rihanna. It's unclear what set her off.

RiRi clearly got wind of the deleted tweets, because she just posted the BEST COMEBACK EVER:

Before she called her ugly on Twitter, Amanda Bynes posed with Rihanna at the CFDA Awards in New York City ... way back on June 5, 2006.

The question is ...

Internal Affairs are looking into the allegations of sexual assault made by Amanda Bynes, an NYPD spokesman announced on Saturday.

Bynes has claimed that during her arrest, one of the officers sexually harassed her -- or as she put it, "He slapped my vagina."

NYPD chief spokesman Paul Browne confirmed the Internal Affairs investigation, saying, "As it would with any such allegation, regardless of its credibility, IAB is investigating it."

Amanda Bynes is now accusing the cop who arrested her Thursday night of sexual harassment ... saying on Twitter today, "He slapped my vagina."

Bynes just posted a long, rambling tweet trying to explain her version of the events that led to her arrest.

First off, she claims she only opened the window "for fresh air" and the cop was lying when he said she threw a bong out the window. She then explains, "He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal. I then called the cops on him."

Bynes' attorney did mention yesterday that Bynes was seeking to file a complaint against the NYPD for "inappropriate actions" by the department, but made no specific claims.

Back to the tweet ... Bynes claims she resisted before eventually being hauled off: "Then I was sent to a mental hospital. Offensive. I kept asking for my lawyer but they wouldn't let me."

She concludes, "The cop sexually harassed me, they found no pot on me or bong outside my window. That's why the judge let me go. Don't believe any reports."

Amanda Bynes is not 5150 material, meaning she can't be picked up against her will and held for mental evaluation, at least not yet ... this according to multiple sources familiar with the situation.

Our sources tell us Amanda has not been diagnosed with any mental illness. Sources say her parents are worried there are signs she might be bipolar or schizophrenic, but Amanda has been unwilling to undergo psychiatric testing.

We're told her parents would like to create an involuntary conservatorship, similar to Britney Spears, but Amanda's conduct is not so over the line that a judge would take away her freedom.

Ditto for a 5150 psychiatric hold, which would allow authorities to put Amanda in a mental facility against her will for 72 hours for mental evaluation. We're told authorities just don't have the goods. In fact, Amanda was taken to a hospital after her arrest Thursday night and the shrinks didn't think an involuntary hold was warranted.

There's one other option to get a diagnosis. If Amanda is so out of it she can't understand the nature of the criminal cases that have been filed against her ... a judge can halt the proceedings and order a psychiatric evaluation. Amanda has been involved in 3 criminal cases in California recently, and there was NO effort to go this route. That's because she has always been lucid in court.

If you watch the video of Friday's court hearings, Amanda clearly understands what's going on and is actually sharp when answering the judge's questions.

Amanda Bynes has had a rough week. She's been arrested and charged with three crimes in New York City ... added to three crimes in L.A.. People are really worried about her, so we gotta ask ...

Amanda Bynes just tweeted something the cops clearly aren't buying -- she says she's drug free.

Amanda says, "I only smoke tobacco. I don't drink or do drugs." She adds, "I've never had a bong in my life!"

As you know, Amanda has been accused of smoking pot in her apartment and then throwing a bong out the window after police entered.

And there's more. Amanda says, "I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot!"
