"Fear Factor" 911 Call "He Fell a Couple STORIES?"
A 911 operator did a double take when he heard a "Fear Factor" stuntman fell "a couple stories" ... leaving the man with two broken ankles.
TMZ obtained the 911 call made by someone on the "Fear Factor" production team immediately after the accident ... which TMZ first reported last month.
During the call, you can hear the operator's shock when the FF staffer tells him how far the stuntman fell -- which, by the way, was an undersell.
The guy actually fell SIX stories ... when his safety harness didn't function properly.

Jani Lane 911 Call Nobody Wants to Touch the Body
When Jani Lane's body was discovered at an L.A. hotel earlier this month, no one at the scene wanted to go near him... even to check if he was still alive -- this according to the 911 call obtained by TMZ.
According to the caller -- a lady at the front desk -- housekeepers discovered the body ... but no one would touch it to check for a pulse.
The dispatcher replies, "It would be nice to know if we can help him" -- but the hotel staff at the Comfort Inn hotel in Woodland Hills, CA still refused.
As we previously reported, investigators found a half-empty bottle of vodka and prescription pills on the scene. Toxicology results are expected shortly. Calls to the hotel haven't been returned.

Oksana Grigorieva 911 "He's Losing Blood Badly!"
TMZ has obtained the 911 call made by Oksana Grigorieva -- moments after her teenage son put his hand through a stained glass window in July, slashing his arm wide open.
Oksana screams frantically into the phone, "A huge chunk of meat is missing out of his arm!" 14-year-old Sasha faints in the middle of the phone call.
According to reports, Sasha -- Oksana's son with actor Timothy Dalton -- was treated at a local hospital and released soon after his bloody accident ... but not without several stitches.

Jermaine Lewis 911 'He's Gonna Kill Somebody'
TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed while former NFL receiver Jermaine Lewis allegedly went on a reckless, swerving joyride in Maryland this week -- and the caller is FREAKED OUT ... claiming, "he is going to kill somebody."
As we previously reported, cops later showed up to Jermaine's house, tased him, and placed him under arrest for hit-and-run.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made by Bubba Smith's caretaker last week -- moments before the "Police Academy" star's body was discovered in his L.A. home.
Bubba's cause of death is still deferred, pending toxicology results.

Nicki Minaj 911 'Look at What He Did to My Face'
Dallas police have released the 911 tape from the Nicki Minaj hotel fight last month -- in which you can hear a woman, referred to as "Nicki," scream ... "Look at what he did to my face!"
As TMZ first reported, cops responded to the Palomar Hotel on July 12th -- after Nicki complained that some guy she knew hit her in the face with a suitcase.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Nicki refused to press charges after paramedics arrived.

U.S. Skier's Heartbreaking 911 "I'm Gonna Kill Myself"
U.S. Olympic skier Jeret "Speedy" Peterson called 911 moments before he committed suicide Monday ... and while fighting back tears, the 29-year-old told the operator, "I'm going to kill myself."
Peterson then gave his location to the operator and said, "I want police to come get the body." He then hung up the phone.
Cops in Summit County, Utah responded to the spot where Peterson said he would be ... and found the skier's body "obviously deceased from what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the head."
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Peterson left a suicide note ... but cops are not releasing it to the public.
Peterson was one of the best freestyle skiers in the world. He competed in 3 Olympics for the U.S. ... winning a silver medal in Vancouver in 2010.

Maria Shriver 911 -- My Son Can't Move
Maria Shriver called 911 herself -- calmly -- when her son Christopher Schwarzenegger was injured in a boogie boarding accident in Malibu last weekend.
Maria told the operator, "He can't move off the beach ... maybe like a broken ribs or something like that."
She explained, "It's my son ... he's awake and breathing .... he just can't move. He's having trouble breathing."
Christopher was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for multiple broken bones and a collapsed lung. We're told he's going to be OK.

Casey Anthony's Lawyer -- 911 Call Over Death Threats
The wife of Cheney Mason -- Casey Anthony's lawyer -- frantically dialed 911 last night, claiming the family has received SEVERAL death threats ... and she fears for her life.
One of the messages, according to the 911 call -- "Your scumbag husband and Baez [Casey's other attorney] better sleep with one eye open."
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the Masons have requested extra police presence around their Florida home.
To accommodate the family, we're told cops in Seminole County will perform multiple drive-bys daily to make sure everyone's safe.
We're told the Seminole County Sheriff's Office is also working with the State Attorney to acquire phone records to track down the callers.

Katt Williams 911 Call -- 'He Says He's Famous'
Katt Williams is "the second most important black guy on the face of the Earth" -- at least that's what the guy who called 911 on him says Katt told him ... right before Katt was arrested earlier this month.
As TMZ first reported, three women were arrested on June 11 for attacking a maintenance worker on a property Katt was renting.
During the 911 call, the man claims he argued with Katt after the alleged altercation -- and says at one point Katt told him he was famous. The man told dispatch, "I’ve been beaten with sticks. They tried to tear my shirt off me when I was operating the tractor. It’s a big black family. The guy claims to be the second most important black guy on the face of the earth."
Katt can be heard arguing with the man during the call and Katt was later arrested as well for felony intimidating a witness.
He also should have been busted for felony thinking you're more famous than you are.

Amber Portwood 911 'She's Going to Hang Herself'
Amber Portwood's baby daddy Gary Shirley called 911 yesterday and begged the operator to send cops to the "Teen Mom" star's Indiana home ... warning, "She's going to hang herself"
TMZ obtained a copy of the 911 phone call Gary placed yesterday, in which he says Amber had recently mentioned that she was "having a hard time with her life" and he feared she might commit suicide.
Gary, who sounded very calm on the phone, explained, "I just spoke with my girlfriend and she had said something to me ... said she's having a hard time with her life ... call the police, they can find my body in the garage."
Gary added, "I'm calling you guys because I don't want her to kill herself."
Cops eventually responded to Amber's home -- and though she did not appear to be injured, she was taken to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation.

Jesse James' Dog Attack -- The 911 Call
Moments after Jesse James' pit bull brutally attacked another dog -- a witness called 911 and told the dispatcher a "pile of dogs" were fighting ... and their owners were frantically "beating" on the dogs to break it up.
As we previously reported, James' pit bull roughed up a corgi named Buckley (pictured above) in Austin, Texas two weeks ago. Buckley was rushed to a nearby vet, where he was stitched up and had a drainage tube inserted into his neck to prevent infection.
There are calls to put down the pit.
Jesse ended up forking over $250 to cover the dog's medical bills.

Dr. Phil 911 -- Help! He's Having a Heart Attack!
TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed by Dr. Phil last month -- moments after a family friend collapsed at the doc's Beverly Hills mansion ... during a tennis match with Phil's wife.
Dr. Phil made the frantic call on May 19, claiming, "My wife is down on the tennis court. I think someone down there has had a heart attack."
Of course it wasn't as easy as asking for an ambulance -- Phil's house is so big ... the doc had to give the 911 dispatcher special instructions ... just so the ambulance could get inside the Bev Hills compound.
As we first reported, the man was transported to a nearby hospital and released shortly after -- and we're told, thanks to Dr. Phil, he's "doing fine."

David Beckham -- 'Speeding Really Bad' Before Crash
David Beckham was driving like a MANIAC before swerving into another lane at a dangerously high speed ... and rear-ending a stalled vehicle earlier this month -- this according to multiple 911 calls.
One caller -- who claims she was driving behind David for several miles-- reported that David was "driving recklessly" and "speeding really bad" before slamming into the stalled car on May 6.
Another caller claims David was "definitely speeding" -- pulling in and out of the carpool lane ... "breaking a couple traffic laws."
As we previously reported, Beckham rear-ended another car with his Black Escalade ... on one of the busiest highways in L.A. -- and the other driver had to be taken to the hospital.
Beckham -- whose son Brooklyn was in the car with him at the time -- has not been arrested or cited.
A spokesman for Beckham tells us, "As unfortunate as accidents are, David was not cited by the police at the scene for any violations."

Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband placed a frantic call to 911 earlier this month -- telling the operator he was scared his wife was "going to die" after a feeding tube was dislodged from her stomach.
Prince Frederic von Anhalt placed the call on May 17 -- telling the operator, "It's my wife ... her stomach is bleeding. Please send a car right away, shes going to die."
94-year-old Zsa Zsa was rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency stomach surgery ... but she slipped into a coma following the operation.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed moments before "Dancing with the Stars" pro Kym Johnson was rushed to the hospital two weeks ago ... after seriously injuring her neck during rehearsal.
According to her rep, Kym -- who was paired with Pittsburgh Steelers great Hines Ward on the show -- got checked out by doctors for "precautionary reasons."
Thankfully, she returned to the set just two days later ... with a giant neck brace.
