Kanye West may have just made a young man a fortune by announcing his possible run for President.

Tramall Ferguson registered "KanyeForPresident.com" back in April on a whim ... thinking maybe one day Yeezy would make it in the oval office.

The 24-year-old recent graduate said he registered a few other domains, including "PeterGriffinForPresident.com."

After Kanye's announcement at the MTV VMAs ... Tramal's phone is blowing up with huge offers to own the domain ... upwards of $80k.

Tramal says he's holding out ... waiting for Kanye to call. He wouldn't say how much he'd charge, but he was clear ... Kanye's not getting it for free.

It'll take a lot more than a pair of those Yeezys.

Miley Cyrus shared her DNA with photographers backstage at the VMAs -- via the joint she passed around the room.

'Mary Jane' Cyrus kicked off her post-VMA meeting with the media by lighting up and passing it to reporters and photogs -- several of whom gladly indulged.

No doubt, the ganja gift was a great way to soften them up BEFORE they fired off questions about her hosting performance -- or Nicki Minaj.

Of course, that gift came doused in her saliva ... if you're into that.

Nicki Minaj just went nuts on Miley Cyrus at the VMA's, referring to her as a bitch for trashing her in the media.

Nicki had just won Best Hip-Hop Video for "Anaconda" and accepted the award serenely, thanking her pastor. She then launched her attack, angrily referring to Miley as a "bitch" for comments she made to the New York Times.

Miley was quoted as saying, "Nicki Minaj is not too kind and not very polite. I know you can make it seem like, oh I just don't understand because I'm a white pop star. I know the statistics. I know what's going on in the world. But to be honest, I don't think MTV did that on purpose."

Miley was referring to Nicki dismissing the Video of the Year nominees as a bunch of skinny girls ... people thought she was referring to Taylor Swift.

Kanye West hit up Craig's after his VMA acceptance rant/presidential announcement, and he made a campaign promise so tempting it harkens back to a presidential promise made nearly 100 years ago.

The biggest stars in the music world -- and their tag alongs -- did what they did best ... lookin' hot and sayin' nothing at the VMA after-parties.

Cara Delevingne, Selena Gomez, Tyga, Kylie, Joe Jonas, Gigi Hadid, Diddy, Pete Wentz, The Weeknd and a bunch of others hit up various restaurants and clubs in L.A. and WeHo.

Jamie Foxx did speak and seemingly endorsed Kanye's 2020 run for the Presidency.

Justin Bieber totally lost it during the VMA's, sobbing as he explained his life's journey in progress.

Bieber was singing his new song, "What Do you Mean," when he began musing abut the twists and turns of life ... clearly referring to his own rocky road over the last few years.

More therapeutic than Dr. Phil.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... speed was a factor, but Justin was cited for unsafe passing on the right. JB was also given an equipment violation for window tint.

Justin Bieber's passion for fast cars got the best of him Saturday night, when he got stopped by a Beverly Hills cop ... and plenty of reinforcements.

Witnesses tell TMZ, Justin was going well over the 25 MPH speed limit in his new Ferrari when he was spotted on a residential street in Bev Hills.

After the stop, 3 other squad cars rolled up. It's unclear why. We're told Justin got a speeding ticket and went on his way.

He did not ask the cops, "What do you mean?" They were clear.

Since the very first MTV Video Music Awards in 1984 when Madonna rolled around on the floor singing "Like A Virgin," the award show has been known to deliver a jaw-dropping sexy moment or two each go-round.

Nicki Minaj needs to chug a steaming cup of gratitude instead of bitching about VMA nominations ... at least that's Moby's take on music's biggest Twitter beef.

We got Moby leaving Chateau Marmont -- shortly after Minaj went off about a perceived snub by MTV -- and he pointed out Nicki's got something going for her that 99.99% of musicians don't ... actual income and actual fans!

Jared Leto shouldn't have gotten so upset when MTV decided to give him his "Best Rock Video" VMA award BEFORE the big show ... because the awards "don't f**king mean s**t," so says Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins.

In case you missed it, Leto told the Huffington Post he felt dissed by the pre-award ... saying, "Rock deserves a place there."

But Hawkins thinks Leto just needs to get over it ... telling TMZ, "Who cares? Those awards are nice but they don't f**king mean s**t."

Now THAT'S rock 'n' roll.

There are two reasons to watch this video of rapper A$AP Rocky ...

1) He addresses the confrontation between himself and a security guard behind the scenes at the MTV VMAs.

2) He's SOOOOO HIGH!!!!!!

As for the VMAs conflict ... our friends at Bossip obtained video of Rocky chewing out a security guard ... but his girlfriend Chanel Iman stepped in and pulled Rocky away. It's unclear what Rocky was so upset about, but it's clear he was pissed.

Rocky tells TMZ he's not a troublemaker ... he's a peacemaker ... and blows off the altercation as no big deal.

Now, someone get that man some Funyuns, STAT!!!

Justin Timberlake has given his official STAMP OF APPROVAL to Miley Cyrus and her crotch-thrusting, bear-grinding twerkfest at the MTV VMAs ... saying, "It's not like she did it at the Grammys."

Justin appeared on 102.7 in NYC this morning and told Jim Douglas -- "I like Miley ... I like Miley a lot."

"I think she's young. She's letting everybody know she's growing up."

Now, a rep for the Teddy Bear Fund -- an org. dedicated to giving out stuffed animals at abuse shelters -- tells TMZ, "Miley made a poor choice to use a universally loved children's teddy bear in an offensive way."

"There is always good art and bad art -- unfortunately ... this was bad art," the rep adds.

"Hopefully she might consider reversing this situation by giving lots of teddy bears to children in need of comfort."

We tried to find a rep for a foam finger organization -- but apparently, that's not really a thing ... yet.

Joey Fatone tells TMZ ... Kevin Hart was probably right -- there's a decent chance he DID let one rip during the *NSYNC reunion at the MTV VMAs.

Fatone arrived back to L.A. yesterday -- where we immediately grilled him for LYING TO OUR FACES in the days before the show ... when he told us he wasn't in NYC for a surprise performance.

Of course, Fatone insisted he wasn't lying -- that he really was in NYC for a birthday party and not for the VMAs ... but c'mon man!!!!! (Your pal Chris already admitted the plan was in motion a couple of weeks ago. Busted!!!).

But back to the mystery fart ... Joey says if he did blast one during the VMAs (as Kevin joked in the moments following the performance) Fatone says there's a reason the comic would know ... and it all has to do with Kevin's height (5'4").
