1:49 PM PT -- Fred Kerley is not the only one facing legal issues over Thursday night's incident -- turns out, his girlfriend, Cleo Rahman, is too.

Court records show Rahman -- AKA DJ Sky High Baby -- has been hit with a resisting officer without violence charge for her alleged role in the matter.

Olympic sprinter Fred Kerley -- who just won a bronze medal for the U.S. at the 2024 Paris Games -- was arrested on Thursday night ... after he was tased during a wild confrontation with cops that was all captured on police video.

According to the Miami Beach Police Department ... officers' run-in with the 29-year-old happened at around 11:22 PM -- as they were involved in "an active police scene."

Cops wrote in an incident report that Kerley had approached them with "an aggressive demeanor" ... and was expressing concern about his car that was parked nearby.

Luigi Mangione, the charged killer in the Brian Thompson murder case, took time from a vacation in Thailand to visit a shooting range ... a decision that now sticks out to some of his travel buddies.

Two German tourists who traveled extensively with Luigi in Asia in the months before the shooting look back on their interactions with Mangione in our new TMZ Investigates documentary, "Luigi Mangione: The Mind of a Killer."

Luigi's travel companions, Paul and Max, tell us Mangione hung back from a beach day in Thailand to go to a shooting range instead ... later reporting back to them that it was expensive. But, that's not the only strange thing Luigi did around the German tourists.

12:05 PM PT -- In an incident report obtained by TMZ ... the unidentified victim says he was holding a bottle of water when he was pushed from behind at the show, splashing water onto the stage, dousing BigXThaPlug. The victim says BigX looked at him "with a real mean face," prompting someone from the rapper's team to punch him.

The victim told cops other members of the crew allegedly jumped off the stage and struck the victim as many as 50 times over 5 minutes as he covered up in a fetal position on the floor, and he says he was kicked and stomped ... all requiring hospitalization for cuts and bruises. The victim claims 2 gold chains and a pair of $2,000 Cartier sunglasses were stolen during the melee.

Multiple sources tell us one particular guy in the crowd was heckling BigX during the rapper's Seattle stop on Dec. 8 ... obnoxiously causing a scene as the "Amar" hitmaker was onstage.

TMZ has obtained video showing a new angle of the New Orleans terror attack on Bourbon Street, and it's heartbreaking.

You see a crowd of people mulling about on the street, along with folks dancing on the sidewalk ... celebrating the New Year. Then, suddenly, people in the street scramble ... clearly seeing the pickup truck -- with Shamsud-Din Jabbar at the wheel -- roaring toward them.

It's pretty miraculous ... almost everyone scrambles to safety, moving as fast as they can to the sidewalk. We froze the video because the vehicle hits the woman in the white shirt and grey skirt -- and the truck launches her into the air. We also did not show others Jabbar hit as the car continued its deadly path.

"One Tree Hill" actress Sophia Bush has reached a settlement in her divorce from entrepreneur Grant Hughes.

Court documents ... obtained by TMZ ... show Sophia and Grant entered into a confidential settlement on December 30, 2024.

Bush filed for divorce in August 2023, and by October of that year was already dating recently divorced U.S. Women's National Team soccer star Ashlyn Harris.

Livelsberger was a decorated soldier, earning 25 medals, 5 ribbons, 1 tab, and 3 badges in total -- including 5 highly prestigious Bronze Stars, one with a valor device for courage under fire.

Matthew Livelsberger fashioned himself a superhero after renting a Tesla Cybertruck just days before detonating the vehicle in front of the Trump Hotel in Vegas.

The Army Special Forces active-duty soldier told his ex-GF Alicia Arritt he felt like Batman in the Musk truck -- this was just 2 days before the truck exploded.

According to texts obtained by the Denver Gazette, Livelsberger wrote, "I rented a Tesla Cybertruck. It’s the s***," and followed up with more messages, photos, and videos of the truck.
