One of the men suing Diddy is telling his story on camera for the first time ... describing the alleged rape he claims went down after a white party in the Hamptons.

The man is suing anonymously -- and just filed an amendment to the suit he first filed back in October ... claiming he was hired to work security at one of Diddy's parties in 2007, and at some point, Diddy offered him a drink which he alleges was laced with something.

Concealing his face and voice, the alleged victim told CNN, "The first drink started to have some effect on me, and I just thought, 'Wow, these are really strong drinks. It wasn't until the 2nd drink, and it was already too late, that I realized there was something wrong with the drinks."

Megan Fox's turbulent relationship with Machine Gun Kelly continues to raise concerns among her inner circle ... because TMZ has learned they believe the rapper turned rock star is a toxic influence on her well-being, and think things will never change.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Megan's close circle has strongly advised her to move on once and for all, noting the damaging effects her on-again-off-again relationship with MGK is having on her amid her pregnancy with his child. When Luigi Mangione made his initial court appearance Tuesday in Pennsylvania after a nationwide manhunt finally ended a day earlier ... and along with his outburst at the cameras, came some trolling from onlookers.

Here's the deal ... Mangione was apprehended Monday at a Pennsylvania Mickey D's ... and hours later, the Manhattan D.A. charged him with murder in the brazen December 4 fatal shooting of Brian Thompson.

After his brief extradition hearing Tuesday ... Mangione was led out of the Blair County courthouse by police where a group of reporters and others screamed questions at him ... along with a very specifical taunt.

12:23 PM PT -- The gun allegedly found in Luigi Mangione's possession when he was arrested Monday has been forensically tested ... and New York Police confirm the "ghost gun" has been matched to shell casings found at the scene of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson's murder.

NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said the gun is being processed at the NYPD crime lab ... and said the gun matches "the three shell casings" found in midtown Manhattan a week ago.

As TMZ reported ... the words "deny," "defend" and "depose" were engraved in shell casings found at the scene.

Police say Luigi Mangione's fingerprints match prints found at the scene of Brian Thompson's murder last week in New York City.

CNN reports two law enforcement officials confirmed that information Wednesday morning.

It was previously reported a partial fingerprint was lifted from a water bottle, possibly bought at a Starbucks down the street from the shooting scene moments before the crime. It's unclear if that's the print to which police are referring.
