Accused UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione looks a little worse for wear in his just-released mug shot -- not to mention he could use a nice shave to remove all the scruff on his face.

The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections circulated Mangione's unflattering booking photo Tuesday ... showing him in an orange jumpsuit ahead of Tuesday's extradition hearing.

As we reported Monday, Mangione was formally charged by the Manhattan D.A. with second-degree murder, 3 counts of criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have split just months before the arrival of their baby, TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ ... Megan and MGK ended things over Thanksgiving weekend while they were together in Vail, Colorado.

One pic shows two images of Luigi wearing a stocking cap, a heavy jacket and a blue surgical mask ... and he's holding what appears to be a partially eaten hashbrown with the mask pulled aside. It's unclear who took the pic.

CNN interviewed a friend of Luigi Mangione — the man charged with the murder of top UHC exec Brian Thompson — and revealed the alleged assassin was grappling with back issues after a 2022 surfing incident.

The friend, R.J. Martin, told the network that at the time he was living with Mangione in a coworking and co-living space in Honolulu, Hawaii.

A massive fire broke out in the Malibu Canyon of Los Angeles on Monday night, causing an apocalyptic scene that was captured on video and prompting mandatory evacuations throughout the ravaged area, authorities said.

The inferno erupted around 11 PM several miles north of the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu before it spread over 10 acres of land, then expanded across 100 acres due to dry brush and the Santa Ana winds, according to the L.A.
