It’s the end of an 'Era' for Taylor Swift ... and Vancouver’s going all out to send her off with a massive bang as she wraps up her tour with three final shows.

As you can see from these pics, the city's going full Swiftie mode, with a giant "SWIFTCOUVER" sign by the water, a billboard ft. lyrics from her tune "Long Live," and to top it all off, a street sign reading "Taylor Way Vancouver."

Taylor’s not hitting the stage in Vancouver until December 6, 7, and 8 at BC Place Stadium, but after two years of touring, the city clearly couldn’t wait any longer to roll out the red carpet for her epic farewell.

Nick Cannon is giving back to the less fortunate before Thanksgiving ... but he's not giving any love to some of the folks who started this whole holiday.

We got Nick on his way to volunteer Wednesday at the L.A. Mission's Thanksgiving event on Skid Row and our photog asked him about what Turkey Day means to him.

Nick joked ... "I don't f*** with pilgrims" ... and then he got real -- telling us giving back and spending time with family come first.

Lil Xan's on cops' radar again ... we're told officers are looking for him after the rapper was seen on video punching and kicking a man at a show in Boston last week.

TMZ has obtained the clip ... which shows the rapper chatting up a few audience members at Royale, a nightclub, late Friday night/early Saturday morning -- and you can see him reach down and swing the mic at the man's face, physically knocking him to the ground.

Xan then spikes his microphone in the man's direction and -- when he finally gets back to his feet -- you see him kick the guy in the head before several people can separate the two.

Niko Moon -- a prominent country music star -- is being sued by his former PR rep ... who says the singer cut him out of a very lucrative business deal.

Zack Teperman is suing Moon for breach of contract ... saying the two cofounded Happy Himalayan Water Company -- explaining Moon had the public stature to promote the projects while Teperman had the connections to get the business up and running.

He claims the two worked on everything -- from the taste of the water to the design of the bottle -- and even cohosted a launch event together back in May.

Jesse James is being sued over a custom firearm he agreed to make for a customer ... but Jesse says the guy taking him to court is refusing to pay the rest of his bill and is trying to back out.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a man named David Chace claims he entered into an oral agreement with Jesse and his company Jesse James Firearms Unlimited in 2018 for the construction and purchase of a custom-made pistol set and gave Jesse a $5,000 deposit.

Chace claims he put the project on hold in 2020 and when he resumed it in April 2020, Chace says he tried to change his order from a whole set of pistols to a single custom firearm ... and says Jesse agreed to the change.

Alabama A&M football player Medrick Burnett Jr. is still alive and remains hospitalized with a head injury he sustained in a game last month ... this after the university announced he had passed away at 20 years old.

Alabama A&M tells TMZ Sports ... "We retract the news of the passing of Medrick Burnette Jr, that was originally advised by an immediate family member on Tuesday evening. Our staff acted accordingly to the wishes of the family member to inform the A&M community and beyond of this unfortunate occurrence."

"Upon hearing from a representative from UAB hospital this afternoon, we learned that he remains alive. We express our immediate regret for disseminating false information however, we hold complete joy in knowing that Medrick remains in stable condition."

Here's Jeremy Allen White filming new scenes for the upcoming Bruce Springsteen biopic ... and he doesn't have to look too far for inspiration ... because The Boss was on set too.

Footage from the "Deliver Me From Nowhere" set in Bayonne, New Jersey shows Bruce chatting with the cast and crew ... and there are a couple sneak peeks at scenes featuring Jeremy and Odessa Young.

10:05 AM PT -- Authorities tell TMZ ... Gary Oliva is NOT actually missing. After we published our story earlier today, officials realized a clerical error had been made -- his current address had not been updated in the state's sex offender registry.

It's unclear when Oliva moved, but he's been checking in monthly ... most recently, on November 4. He is not out of compliance with parole conditions. He currently resides on the 1900 block of 29th Street in Denver, which authorities tell us is technically a "transient address."

Oliva had not been seen at his previous address for months ... 'cause he did not actually live there anymore ... and, again, did his due diligence with Denver authorities when he moved.

Donald Trump's incoming appointees are already receiving vicious backlash from some in the country ... with nearly a dozen incoming members of the team receiving violent threats, according to the campaign.

The Trump-Vance transition team announced the news Wednesday morning ... sharing a press release about the "vicious, unAmerican threats to their lives and those who live with them.

The statement explains some of these members received bomb threats ... while others were swatted in their homes instead.
