Ashley Darby and her estranged husband, Michael, are finally moving forward with their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Online court records show ... the "Real Housewives of Potomac" star filed to end her marriage -- more than 2 years after separating from the businessman.

It sounds like the exes' divorce will wrap up pretty neatly, Michael tells TMZ ... they've already reached "an amicable and fair settlement" -- further sharing that they had a prenup. He tells us ... Ashley's lawyers filed their agreed settlement with the court today ... which includes their decision to share custody of their 2 children, sons Dean and Dylan.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have bid adieu to the United States ... and Donald Trump's election win was the driving force ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Ellen and Portia have settled in a new home in the Cotswolds -- a region in South West England, about 2 hours from London.

We're told the couple scooped up the place before the election ... but were "very disillusioned" with Trump's victory ... and, as one source put it, they immediately decided "to get the hell out."

Artem Chigvintsev and Nikki Bella are about to start a new chapter in their lives ... because we've learned they've settled their divorce.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Artem and Nikki went to mediation earlier this month and hammered out a divorce settlement.

Our sources tell us Artem and Nikki decided to quickly settle their divorce because they both want to move on, in part because it was getting very expensive to pay lawyers ... plus the whole process was becoming emotionally draining.

Christine Quinn may not be heating up the set of "Selling Sunset" anymore, but she's definitely making the beach sizzle in Mexico!

Trav was originally supposed to be a headliner in 2020, but the COVID pandemic shut that down. Then, the make-good was scheduled to happen in 2022 -- but the Astroworld tragedy happened in Houston in late 2021, so he was taken off the lineup.
