Ariana Grande has left fans clamoring for answers after calling out one inaccurate "Wicked" lyric ... with some debating the pop star's stance on the song.

Here's what went down ... Wednesday, the "Wicked" movie uploaded to Instagram a snippet of Ariana's rendition of "Popular" in the musical movie ... slapping the lyrics over the first look of the scene.

However, the upload seemingly had one glaring error .... this according to Glinda, herself. In the comments on the Instagram post, Ariana chimed in and revealed the word "poise" in the lyric video should actually be "ploys."

Patrick Mahomes is clearly peeved over the burglary that went down at his Missouri mansion last month ... he just told reporters the whole situation is "frustrating" and "disappointing."

The Chiefs star's palatial Belton estate was broken into around midnight on Oct. 6 -- according to police documents TMZ Sports obtained -- and on Wednesday, Mahomes addressed the incident publicly for the first time.

He stated he could not go into specifics about the ordeal due to the ongoing investigation ... but it was more than apparent he was annoyed by the matter.

President-elect Donald Trump visited the White House Wednesday morning at the invitation of President Joe Biden, and the 2 sat down together in the Oval Office. Trump thanked Biden for making this transition one of the smoothest ever, so far.

After they sat down, Trump and Biden smiled for the cameras -- and were hit with a cacophony of shouted questions directed at the pair. Secret Service and staffers then ushered the yelling reporters out of the Oval Office without having any of their questions answered.

The invitational meeting is traditionally held whenever a new POTUS is elected -- although Trump didn't extend an invite to Biden as he refused to accept the 2020 election results. Despite their prior war of words, Obama invited Trump in 2016, days after Trump defeated Hillary Clinton.
