Morrissey is way too popular for his own good, and the proof is what went down Saturday night that caused him to abruptly pull the plug on his concert.

Morrissey was performing at the Fair Park Music Hall in Dallas, and the show went great until the encore. He returned to the stage to sing "First of the Gang to Die," when a fan hopped onstage to get close to him.

Then a copycat goes in for a hug as Morrissey's bodyguard nervously tries to monitor the situation. Another fan does the same, and another and another.

Jaxson Hayes is under the NBA's microscope once again -- the league just reopened its investigation into the Lakers player's 2021 arrest -- this after TMZ Sports released new video of a dispute with his then-girlfriend.

The footage shows the 7'0" center in a heated exchange with Sofia Jamora at her L.A. area home ... where the then-New Orleans Pelican verbally abused and put his hands on the model -- and, at one point, spit in her direction.

During the altercation, Jamora is heard saying, "I'm not going to let you hit me anymore. What the f*** do I look like, a punching bag?"

Travis Kelce seemed to be having a grand ol' time at Taylor Swift's Indiana show Saturday night -- amid the controversy involving his brother Jason using a homophobic slur.

Travis and his buddy, Ross Travis, popped up at Taylor's "Eras" tour concert at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, where they shared the VIP section with a group that included Taylor's mom, Andrea, and *NSYNC's Joey Fatone.

12:56 PM PT -- More video has emerged from the incident involving Jason Kelce ... with the new angle showing the person whose phone Kelce smashed demanding it back.

A scuffle ensues, broken up by people standing near Kelce ... before he appears to yell back at the man "Who is the f***** now?" -- seemingly referencing the comment that was screamed at him earlier.
