Check it out ... the unnamed culprit is seen wearing dark coveralls and the signature mask of the murderous villain in the "Halloween" horror franchise ... best known for starring Jamie Lee Curtis.

In a video making the rounds online ... the masked rascal carries a fake knife while creeping up on cars stuck in a nightmare traffic jam north of Phoenix, Arizona.

Police in England say 18-year-old suspect Axel Rudakubana is charged with producing the deadly poison ricin, and having an Al-Qaeda jihad training manual in his possession.

Cops say they found the ricin and the Al-Qaeda manual in searches of Rudakubana's home following the July Southport stabbings. Ricin, derived from castor bean plants, is considered one of the world's deadliest toxins.

Charvarius Ward's 1-year-old daughter has tragically died.

Rising Italian skiing star Matilde Lorenzi tragically passed away at just 19 years old after suffering injuries during training, officials announced Tuesday.

According to the International Ski and Snowboard Federation, Lorenzi fell during a session on the Grawant G1 slope in Val Senales on Monday.

After the accident, Lorenzi was taken by helicopter to a nearby hospital ... where she tragically succumbed to her head injuries.
