Here's the first visual of Kanye West's recent big-ticket purchase in Beverly Hills ... and his $35 million mansion looks pretty lavish ... at least from a bird's eye view.

TMZ broke the story ... Ye scooped up the place in an off-market deal, using the same LLC he used to sell his gutted home in Malibu.

Sam Pounds, who collaborated with Liam Payne on the singer's final single, has decided not to release the track ... days after announcing his plans to do so.

The musician, who is known for producing music for Jamie Foxx and Wiz Khalifa, posted on X his new plan regarding the unreleased single, titled "Do No Wrong" ... noting he'd like the late One Direction star's family to make the decision when or if the tune sees the light of day.

He wrote ... "Today I’m deciding to hold 'Do No Wrong' and leave those liberties up to all family members. I want all proceeds go to a charity of their choosing (or however they desire)."

Detroit Lions receiver Jameson Williams narrowly escaped being arrested for carrying a concealed weapon earlier this month ... and police are now investigating why he was let off the hook.

23-year-old Williams was riding around Detroit with his brother after midnight on Oct. 8 ... when the vehicle was pulled over for a traffic violation.

During the stop, Williams' brother told cops there were two guns in the vehicle ... and one was located under the NFLer's passenger seat.

Erik and Lyle Menendez are gunning to be released from prison before Thanksgiving and their legal team has a new strategy for freeing the brothers ... seeking clemency from California's governor.

Mark Geragos, the attorney repping the Menendez brothers, joined us Tuesday on "TMZ Live" and told us he's filing documents today asking Gavin Newsom for clemency.

That's pretty significant on its own, and sources connected to the Governor's office tell us they have the clemency petition on their radar ... which is pretty interesting, considering Newsom talked about the Menendez brothers in a recent podcast.

He was ordered to appear before a federal judge today in New York ... but he was an hour late to the hearing -- and the judge dispatched U.S. Marshals to find him.

Lazzaro says Tekashi arrived on his own and surrendered voluntarily.

Lazzaro says there were 3 violations, according to the government -- Tekashi performed in Las Vegas, Nevada without permission from his probation department ... Tekashi failed a drug test, testing positive for meth ... and also failed to take a required drug test at another time.

One Arizona prankster is putting the trick in "trick or treat" ... donning a Michael Myers mask to scare drivers stuck in standstill traffic.

The suspect who's accused of fatally stabbing 3 little girls who came together to dance to Taylor Swift music this summer is facing 2 new criminal charges ... including a terror offense.

Police in England say 18-year-old suspect Axel Rudakubana is charged with producing the deadly poison ricin, and having an Al-Qaeda jihad training manual in his possession.

Cops say they found the ricin and the Al-Qaeda manual in searches of Rudakubana's home following the July Southport stabbings. Ricin, derived from castor bean plants, is considered one of the world's deadliest toxins.

Charvarius Ward's 1-year-old daughter has tragically died.

The San Francisco 49ers star announced the sad news on his Instagram page just minutes ago ... revealing the toddler he described as his "baby," "life," "queen," "heart" and "my everything" passed away on Monday morning.

"She was the best blessing we could have asked for, and her joyous spirit made us smile from ear to ear," Ward wrote in the caption of a photo of little Amani Joy smiling.

Big twist for Erik and Lyle Menendez ... a judge who may have been sympathetic to their bid to get out of prison is off the case, and a new judge is coming on board.

The case has been transferred to the Van Nuys Courthouse, which is where the brothers were originally tried for murdering their parents, and the new judge coming into the fold is Michael V. Jesic of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Jesic is a former district attorney who is known as a law and order guy and for being prosecution-oriented ... and he's described as being very smart and fair.
