Laura Loomer is firing off at Bill Maher, calling him out for trying to destroy her career by portraying her as a "floozy" -- and she thinks it's because she's crushing Democrats with her journalism.

We spoke with the right-leaning activist -- who's suing Maher for defamation for what she calls his false claim she's having an affair with Donald Trump ... something she thinks he's only doing because she's broken major stories involving Democratic heavyweights.

Loomer flaunts a few of these stories ... saying she was the one who broke the news about Tim Walz's family planning to vote against him and Vice President Kamala Harris in the upcoming election.

11:45 AM PT -- A representative for the Royal Bahamas Defense Force confirmed to TMZ ... The 66-year-old woman jumped from the 14th floor of the cruise ship. Search and rescue efforts were officially called off Wednesday.

The Taylor Swift-themed cruise from Florida to the Bahamas went from happy to sad Tuesday ... as a 66-year-old woman fell overboard and is now missing.

A rep for the U.S. Coast Guard tells TMZ ... the Royal Caribbean cruise ship filled with Taylor's "Swifties" left the Port of Miami Monday and was about 17 miles north of Nassau in the Bahamas when tragedy struck Tuesday night.

According to the spokesperson ... the woman tumbled off the ship called Allure of the Seas, plunging into the ocean at about 9:40 PM.

Ron Ely -- star of the 1960s TV show -- "Tarzan" has died ... this, according to a statement from his daughter Wednesday.

Ely's daughter, Kirsten, tells TMZ he passed away at home at the age of 86 peacefully surrounded by family on September 29th ... and went on to pay an emotional tribute to him in a lengthy IG post, remembering him as one of the greatest men to ever live -- and, a personal idol of hers.

She says her dad always brought a wave of positivity with him wherever he went ... saying his life story was one of relentless perseverance to do what was right, adding she's doing her best to walk in her father's footsteps.

Vince McMahon is facing yet another lawsuit -- this time, the former WWE honcho is being accused of ignoring claims of sexual abuse made by former employees known as "Ring Boys."

The docs were filed in Baltimore County Wednesday ... with Vince's wife, Linda McMahon, WWE and its ownership, TKO Group, also named in the lawsuit.

In the suit .... it alleges Melvin Phillips Jr. -- who served as the ring crew chief and ringside announcer -- hired underaged boys to assist the crew with errands and tasks for wrestling shows.

LeBron James and his son, Bronny, are being dragged to a different kind of court ... TMZ Sports has learned they've just been sued over their alleged roles in a 2022 car crash.

Court documents we obtained showed the suit was filed by two plaintiffs in Los Angeles County on Tuesday afternoon ... just hours before the father-and-son duo took the floor together for the first time in a regular season game during the Lakers' season-opening win over Minnesota at Crypto.com Arena.

In the suit, April Almanza Lopez and Kiara Rae McGillen allege they were driving on a highway on November 13, 2022 in Littlerock, Calif. ... when the Jameses slammed into them.

Justin Bieber thinks it's way too late to say "Sorry" when it comes to some of his former business managers -- he thinks they grossly mismanaged his money, and it could be time to take legal action.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Justin's been very upset for several years, claiming he's lost a ton of money as a result of terrible decisions made by business managers -- we don't know how many managers, but we do know it's more than one.

It's unclear just how much Justin thinks has been squandered -- other than it's a huge amount -- but our sources say he's discussing the possibility of filing a lawsuit against the alleged offenders. We're told his current team is split -- some members want him to sue, but others don't.

"First of all, Kendrick is the natural lyricist, and Drake is a trained lyricist," RZA explained. "You could train a fighter and he could be good, then you got those natural fighters who also then go through training. So that's a different chamber there. Someone might want to release snakes on this Spirit Airlines flight ... 'cause they might catch the rat scurrying around the jet and freaking out passengers!

Check out this clip taken on a Spirit flight from Dallas to Los Angeles, which appears to show a rat running above an overhead bin during the approximately 3-hour flight.

The rat's feet can be seen through the opaque glass with light illuminating its snout ... lording over the airplane populace while a group of people film it.
