The cast of the “cringiest” episode of "Date My Mom" has reunited nearly 20 years later, and they all agree on one thing -- despite their recently viral episode getting loads of social media love today, the episode would never fly in today’s climate.

TMZ's own Charlie Neff got the gang back together with Kasey Washburn and Heather Silva on "The TMZ Podcast" -- Heather felt she was weight-shamed by MTV after her 2006 episode aired, when cast member Nick Contes picked her in his search for love.

They agree that nowadays society's all about celebrating different body types and steering clear of mocking heavier folks ... adding the body-positivity shift can be seen more and more in mainstream ads -- so that episode would be a total no-go!

Dr. Dre keeps threatening his renowned psychiatrist, to the point where the guy feels he needs to wear a bulletproof vest ... at least according to a new lawsuit the doctor filed.

Dre is being sued by Dr. Charles Sophy, a psychiatrist who says he provided Dre and his ex-wife Nicole therapy and marriage counseling sessions during their union, before staying on to act as a mediator during their divorce.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Sophy claims Dre started bombarding him with abusive and threatening text messages 14 months after the divorce was finalized.

Lil Baby will NOT be prosecuted after being arrested in Sin City and charged with carrying a concealed firearm without a permit ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the felony charge the rapper was facing as a result of his August arrest has been dropped.

The docs make it look like the Clark County District Attorney is declining to press charges.

The money will go toward helping communities rebuild and recover, the org says  ... providing essential food to people who need it after Helene -- and Hurricane Milton, now set to make landfall tonight or early Thursday morning.

"Days of Our Lives" actor Drake Hogestyn's official cause of death has been confirmed as pancreatic cancer.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, the L.A. Medical Examiner's report states pancreatic cancer was the immediate cause of his death. Other significant conditions contributing to his death, but not directly causing it, included vomiting, dehydration, and whole-body toxicity.

The report also reveals that Drake was cremated at the Rose Family Funeral Home in Simi Valley.
