Garth Brooks was all about the love just days before being slapped with a sexual assault lawsuit ... posting a sweet pic with his wife, Trisha Yearwood.

In the IG post shared Monday, Garth and his wife of almost 19 years are seen hand in hand in St. Paul, Minnesota, heading to a Habitat for Humanity building site to help out their pal Jimmy Carter's charitable venture -- the 2024 Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project.

The singer clearly had a great day, writing in the caption, "As they say, Home is the key and love never quits! To everyone building with us, today was a GREAT Day 1!!!"

It wasn't your typical first-class experience on an American Airlines flight when a man allegedly got into an altercation with the woman next to him -- and things escalated so fast, other passengers had to jump in to calm everything down.

The whole ordeal was caught on camera by another passenger ... you can hear one guy sternly telling the alleged aggressor to back off on the flight from Miami, Florida to Charlotte, North Carolina Wednesday -- warning him repeatedly to keep his hands off the woman, or he was gonna end up in cuffs.

You can hear people asking the woman if she’s okay before encouraging her to move to another seat. But, as she does, the guy starts claiming he was the one who was assaulted by her.

Chris Pine is the latest celeb to have cops descend on his home ... for no legit reason.

Someone called 911 and claimed a person sexually assaulted him at an address that matched Pine's home. When LAPD cops arrived, Chris answered the door ... clearly surprised to see the officers.

Officers spoke with Chris and quickly determined the 911 call was bogus and no crime had occurred.

An exotic dancer who says she worked at Floyd Mayweather's gentleman's club in Las Vegas is now suing the former boxing superstar ... claiming he slapped her in the face during a dispute at the venue.

But Mayweather -- through his rep, Felton Newell -- told The Athletic this week he "vehemently denies the allegations."

The dancer, Jasmine Woodward, filed the lawsuit in Clark County, Nevada on Monday ... alleging the violent incident with Mayweather happened at his Girl Collection strip joint on April 23, 2023.

Kourtney Kardashian is diving headfirst into the spooky season, hitting up a California farm with Travis Barker, their little one Rocky, and a few other famous fam members!

Garth Brooks has responded to a claim he allegedly raped a makeup artist 5 years ago ... calling the shocking allegation a straight-up shakedown.

Here is the deal ... the country star is being sued by a woman who claims she was his wife Trisha Yearwood's makeup and hairstylist for years ... before he allegedly raped her in a hotel room in 2019.

GB responded to the allegation Thursday not long after news of her lawsuit broke ... saying he's been "hassled to no end with threats, lies, and tragic tales of what my future would be if I did not write a check for many millions of dollars.  It has been like having a loaded gun waved in my face."

Erik and Lyle Menendez were glued to the screen as prosecutors made a major announcement in their murder case ... watching it all unfold from behind bars.

Sources with knowledge of the situation tell TMZ ... the famous convicts watched Thursday's press conference live from prison, tuning in to see L.A. County D.A. George Gascón announce prosecutors would be reviewing new evidence.

Gascón says his office is reviewing Erik and Lyle's claims that their father, Jose Menendez, molested them before they killed him ... and he said he would decide if the brothers should get a new trial or if prosecutors should go for a new sentence -- presumably manslaughter -- which could set them free.

Hollywood will have to do without the famous Casamigos Halloween party this year ... TMZ has learned the star-studded event is not happening in 2024.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the popular Halloween bash, hosted annually by founders George Clooney and Rande Gerber, is a no-go this year ... which is sure to upset the usual celeb-filled guest list.

We're told George and Rande will both be out of town the day the event is typically held -- which is normally the Friday before Halloween -- as the actor will be on set filming and RG will be away with wife Cindy Crawford, who is also a regular at the spooky soiree.

Nikki Garcia (AKA Bella) filed a restraining order against estranged husband Artem Chigvintsev Monday, and a judge signed off, after Nikki submitted a sworn declaration to the court saying in detail how Artem allegedly brutalized her.

In her petition, Nikki says Artem "tackled me multiple times and pinned me to the ground while our child was present."

She says since Artem was cut from "Dancing with the Stars," he grew "increasingly angry, snapping at me, and yelling." She said they had discussions about his need to control his anger, adding on the morning of the incident, Artem went off on Nikki over how their 4-year-old son's English muffin should be toasted, screaming that she made their son a "picky eater."

In an essay to NBC News Kim wrote ... Erik and Lyle Menendez "are not monsters" and are instead "kind, intelligent and honest men" who should have their life sentences reconsidered.

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón announced Thursday prosecutors are reviewing the Menendez brothers' claims that they were molested by the father they killed, and Gascón will decide if Erik and Lyle should get a new trial, or if they should get a new sentence -- presumably for manslaughter -- that could set them free.
