Shaun Weiss has returned to his 'Mighty Ducks' roots ... hitting the ice for the first time in 30 years in his beloved character's jersey.

The actor, best known for playing Goldberg the Goalie in the 'Mighty Ducks' franchise, threw on a pair of skates and returned to the rink to recreate a scene from the 1992 film.

Check it out ... Weiss parks himself in front of the net while fans shoot multiple hockey pucks in his direction. The former child star still has skills, blocking a number of the shots.

Timothée Chalamet is showing off his range as an actor, at least when it comes to appearances ... he's almost unrecognizable on the set of his upcoming movie.

Hall of Famer Dikembe Mutombo -- one of the greatest defensive basketball players ever -- has died after a battle with brain cancer. He was 58 years old.

NBA commissioner Adam Silver released a statement announcing Mutombo's passing ... saying, "Dikembe Mutombo was simply larger than life. On the court, he was one of the greatest shot blockers and defensive players in the history of the NBA."

"Off the floor, he poured his heart and soul into helping others."

Lil Reese is in police custody nearly 2 weeks after an arrest warrant was issued over allegations he punched and strangled a former girlfriend … TMZ has learned.

According to arrest records ... the rapper was booked for aggravated assault of a family or household member in the early hours of Monday morning and was subsequently denied bond.

An eyewitness tells TMZ … the Chicago drill rapper swung by The Address nightclub in Houston, Texas Sunday evening, where LR had a run-in with authorities. We’re told officers were already at the club … though, it’s unclear why they were stationed at the hotspot.

A certificate of authenticity confirms Taylor did sign the instrument, which was donated to the auction by a third party. The donation was not intended for destruction ... but the buyer paid for the item and chose to smash it up himself.

The Ellis County Wild Game Dinner is a non-profit supporting agricultural education for local youth, and the money went to a good cause.
