George Clooney's a whole lot richer after selling his L.A.-area home ... and, now we know who's forking over the cash -- Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the model and her footballin' husband threw down some of that Miss Universe and Niners cash to scoop up the Fryman Canyon home.

As we told you ... real estate sources told us Clooney off-loaded the six-bedroom home recently for just north of $14 million -- nearly 30 years after he bought it from legendary singer Stevie Nicks for $2.2 million.

Simone Biles went all out cheering for her man Jonathan Owens during his game against the Los Angeles Rams Sunday ... and, rest easy Bears fans 'cause she left the Packers jacket in the closet.

The 11-time Olympic medalist pulled up to Soldier Field in Chicago ... wearing a blue and orange Bears sweater, a white skirt and white cowboy boots -- tossing up a peace sign for the camera as she sauntered in.

John David Ashton ... the actor best known as the hard-nosed, by-the-book detective in the "Beverly Hills Cop" franchise has died, TMZ has learned.

John died peacefully Thursday in Ft. Collins, Colorado after a battle with cancer ... his rep tells us.

During his 50 years in Hollywood, John appeared in more than 200 film, TV and stage productions ... but he arguably became a household name when he co-starred alongside an up-and-coming Eddie Murphy in 1984's "Beverly Hills Cop."

Logan Paul and Nina Agdal are officially parents ... welcoming their first child this month -- and sharing some sweet shots with their little girl.

The boxer and model announced the birth of their daughter -- Esmé Agdal Paul -- Saturday morning ... sharing the news along with a sweet pic of the trio sitting together soon after her birth.

The comedic actress pulled up in her best pantsuit for the Season 50 premiere of the legendary comedy variety show ... telling the audience their fun aunt was back in Studio 8H during Saturday's cold open.

During the bit, Rudolph's Kamala cracks jokes about Donald Trump, her viral face during the debate and even her husband, Doug Emhoff before introducing the audience to her running mate Tim Walz ... played by comedian, Jim Gaffigan.

Lil Pump is continuing his attacks on Taylor Swift for endorsing Kamala Harris for president -- sporting a new t-shirt with a not-so-subtle message.

The rapper -- and avid Donald Trump supporter -- uploaded a pic to Instagram Saturday, showing him and a fan in white shirts with red lettering that spelled out the words, "F*** Talor Swift."

Knowing Pump, the misspelling of Taylor's first name was totally on purpose to troll her even more. The photo appears to have been taken in Hong Kong, where Pump is currently on his world tour with a concert scheduled for Sunday night.

Drake Hogestyn, a mainstay on the long-running soap, "Days of Our Lives" has died.

Hogestyn's family announced the sad news on the "Days of Our Lives" Instagram, saying, “It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Drake Hogestyn. He was thrown the curve ball of his life when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, but he faced the challenge with incredible strength and determination.”

They continued ... “After putting up an unbelievable fight, he passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones. He was the most amazing husband, father, papa and actor. He loved performing for the ‘Days’ audience and sharing the stage with the greatest cast, crew, and production team in the business. We love him and we will miss him all the Days of our Lives.”

Donald Trump has some greasy fingers he wanted to share with some football fans Saturday, and he tossed them into the crowd like a vendor hurling hot dogs.

Trump was at the Alabama/Georgia game in Tuscaloosa in a box with Kid Rock, when he started pitching chicken fingers at fans.

Some Bama fans used the event to make a political statement. On the surface, it would seem they were making fun of Trump's false claims Haitians were eating cats and dogs, as they chanted, "They're eating the Dawgs!" Maybe some were, but there were chants of "Trump, Trump, Trump!"

Diddy could remain behind bars for a year or maybe more as he awaits trial, but that's not breaking his spirit ... it's quite the opposite, at least according to his lawyer.

Diddy's attorney, Marc Agnifilo, appears in a new TMZ Studios documentary -- "The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment" -- which has just dropped on Tubi ... and we asked him about his client's state of mind in jail.

Agnifilo says Diddy's remaining remarkably positive and isn't letting the indictment weaken his resolve. Instead, Agnifilo says Diddy is so focused on his defense, it's actually giving him a form of strength and confidence that will help him deal with being behind bars for an extended period.

Frances Bean Cobain and hubby Riley Hawk are now proud parents celebrating their first child.

Frances — the daughter of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and rocker Courtney Love — delivered the exciting news via Instagram, posting 2 photos of the couple's baby boy.

A third image showed Riley — the son of retired pro skater Tony Hawk — cradling the tot.

The art piece depicting the former POTUS was erected -- no pun intended -- just outside Las Vegas ... towering over Interstate 15 on the way to Utah. We've had to blur the pics a bit here, but you get the basic idea -- the prez wears no clothes.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the statue stands 43-feet-tall and bears the name "Crooked and Obscene" ... a reference, we're told, to the controversial nature of both the man and the statue itself.
