Donald Trump's plan of attack for Vice President Kamala Harris is clear -- in addition to labeling her an extreme liberal, he's also calling out her "crazy laugh" ... yet, he's not committing to a debate.

The former president sat down Monday night with Fox News' Laura Ingraham, and unleashed a barrage of insults, calling his political rival "sort of incompetent" ... "not very smart" and "very radical."

As Trump put it ... voters should be concerned about Kamala as she's more extreme than Bernie Sanders. In an effort to drive that point home, he also made the unsubstantiated claim Harris plans to defund the police.

Two heroic teachers are fighting for their lives after being stabbed while trying to save kids at a Taylor Swift-themed party over in the UK.

Leanne Lucas sprang into action, getting kids to safety through a fire escape ... while her colleague Heidi Barlow locked others in a bathroom stall to protect them from the knife-wielding maniac who went on a rampage at the yoga and dance event in Southport Monday.

Both women are now critical condition -- with Leanne's aunt, Pauline Bennett, saying she's waiting to undergo surgery. She added all Leanne wanted to do was protect the kids, but given her small frame ... she didn't stand a chance against the knifeman.

A Deputy Director of the FBI testified before Congress about the egregious security lapses on the part of the Secret Service the day Donald Trump was shot, and added there's now information about the shooter's hatred toward Jews and immigrants.

Deputy Director Paul Abbate presented the timeline of Thomas Crooks' activities leading up to the July 13th assassination attempt. On June 3rd, the rally was announced. July 6th, the shooter registered to attend the rally and searched "How far was Oswald from Kennedy."

On July 7th, the shooter traveled from his home to the farm grounds where the rally was held, and hung around for 30 minutes. On July 12th, the shooter went to Clairton Sportsmen's Club where he practiced shooting.

New footage shows a UK man pacing in front of a house 20 minutes before Monday's horrific knife attack at a Taylor Swift themed dance class -- a house that was raided by cops after the massacre.

Check out the video obtained by ITV -- a young man in a green hoodie is seen pacing back and forth in the front of a home.

The attack left 3 children dead, 5 other kids in critical condition. Two adults are also in critical condition.

Taylor Swift is grief-stricken after 3 children were killed and more severely injured in the UK at a dance class inspired by her music.

The mass stabbing in Southport was horrific, and clearly Taylor was feeling the grief by taking to her Instagram Stories Tuesday AM. She told her fans she's "completely in shock" that a knife-wielding 17-year-old could viciously attack a group of children and adults, who gathered to celebrate her discography.

She added ... "The loss of life and innocence and the horrendous trauma inflicted on everyone who was there, the families, and first responders. These were just little kids at a dance class. I am at a complete loss for how to ever convey my sympathies to these families."

Teammates that keep each other's privates warm apparently win Olympic medals together ... 'cause Tom Daley revealed he once gifted his diving partner, Noah Williams, a "c*** sock" before they nabbed silver in Paris on Monday.

Daley actually told his fans about the unique gift way back in January -- some six months before the two teamed up to podium at the men's synchronized 10-meter diving event in France.

J.D. Vance’s "childless cat lady" comment wasn’t a one off … turns out the Republican VP nominee has history of saying offensive things about liberal-minded people, including calling them sociopaths.

CNN just published an article explaining that Vance sat for a November 2020 podcast interview during which he said people in our country's leadership class were "more sociopathic" than those with kids, which makes them "less mentally stable" – seemingly referring to women.

In the podcast, Vance also labeled commenters on X -- formerly Twitter -- as the "most deranged" and "most psychotic" because they're also typically childless, while insinuating they're members of the Democratic party.

12:03 PM PT -- R. Kelly's attorney, Jennifer Bonjean, came on 'TMZ Live' Tuesday to discuss her client's SCOTUS filing in more depth -- and she made a pretty compelling argument.

One other interesting thing ... Bonjean says she actually thinks this current version of the Supreme Court is perfect to hear R. Kelly's case -- and it sounds like believes they'd actually side with him if they were to take it up on their docket ... politics be damned!!!

R. Kelly is asking the United States Supreme Court to throw out his convictions for possession of child porn and inducing minors to have sex – claiming his alleged acts occurred decades ago and the charges were therefore barred by the statute of limitations.

Here's the deal ... when R. Kelly was accused in 2020 of possessing child pornography and engaging in sexual acts with underage girls way back in the mid to late-1990s, he argued the statute of limitations had already run its course.

But, prosecutors argued a 2003 law – called the PROTECT Act – made the statute of limitations indefinite for child sex crimes.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's son, Pax Jolie-Pitt, is one lucky guy after police say he smashed his electric bicycle into a car on a busy L.A. street ... TMZ has learned.

The 20-year-old was riding Monday on Los Feliz Blvd. around 5 PM -- so, rush hour on a heavily trafficked street -- and as he approached a red light, he rammed into the back of a car stopped at the intersection ... according to law enforcement sources.

We're told the driver of the car got out to check on Pax, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. Police and paramedics arrived on the scene, and witnesses tell us Pax was experiencing hip pain, and had apparently suffered a head injury ... so, he was rushed to an L.A. hospital for treatment.

Democratic big wigs are attempting to corral A-list celebs to show face at the Democratic National Convention -- and one person we know they've locked down is John Legend.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... John is all in for an appearance at the convention in Chicago in a few weeks -- and while we know he's going to be participating front and center ... it's still a little hazy on how exactly he'll contribute.

Ya gotta hand it to Haliey Welch ... the Internet's "Hawk Tuah" girl keeps spitting up new ideas to build a merchandising empire, attaching her catchphrase to all sorts of products and, umm ... services.

According to new trademark filings filed by Haliey's company, and obtained by TMZ, the budding entrepreneur's eyeing a couple of new business ventures -- including a sports betting service, which she notably dubs, "Bet on That Thang."

It appears the betting service will also extend to other types of entertainment services and casino gaming. Haliey hasn't really shown herself to be much of a gambler on social media ... but she'd be wise to get some skin in the gaming/wagering industry.

Cooper Kupp lent a hand this summer to try to help another team in Los Angeles beef up its roster -- the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.
