Donald Trump's security details didn't communicate with other law enforcement in the lead-up to the attempt on his life ... this, according to another law enforcement org.

Beaver County SWAT team members assigned to protect the former president during his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania earlier this month sat down for an interview with ABC News airing Monday morning.

In a small clip shared on Good Morning America Sunday, eight members of the SWAT team say they had no contact with the Secret Service prior to the shooting ... and, no way to contact the former president's detail either.

Sinéad O’Connor’s cause of death has been revealed one year after her tragic death ... with her death certificate listing multiple respiratory issues, according to reports.

The Irish Independent reports O'Connor passed away from COPD -- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease -- exacerbated by bronchial asthma. She'd also been suffering from a respiratory tract infection, a contributory factor.

While British authorities announced back in January O'Connor passed from natural causes -- no foul play suspected -- we didn't know the exact cause until this week.

They bought the house just last year for around $61 million, so with the L.A. mansion tax, real estate commissions and several mil in renovations, they'll be lucky to break even.

Rob Rausch -- the controversial player from the most recent "Love Island USA" season -- may have found a connection off-camera ... 'cause he's hanging out in L.A. with a new lady.
