TMZ Sports has learned ... the All-Pro defensive end is parting ways with the 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom pad in his hometown of Fort Lauderdale, FL -- and he's seeking a solid $1.75 million for the joint.

But it's not just a roof and four walls the next owner is getting -- the condo comes with a private beach, a top-notch kitchen with high-quality appliances, a wine fridge, a built-in espresso maker and marble and wood floors.

Melania Trump has just addressed the violent shooting that almost took her husband’s life Saturday.

She explains how her and Barron’s life could have been on the brink of devastating change, while also thanking law enforcement officials who risked their own lives to protect Donald Trump. Melania goes on to express her sympathy for the families of the innocent victims.

Shannen Doherty -- best known for her starring role in "Beverly Hills, 90210" has died in Malibu, California, TMZ has confirmed.

Her rep, Leslie Sloane, tells TMZ ... "It is with a heavy heart that I confirm the passing of actress Shannen Doherty. On Saturday, July 13, she lost her battle with cancer after many years of fighting the disease."

Sloane continued ... "The devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend was surrounded by her loved ones as well as her dog, Bowie. The family asks for their privacy at this time so they can grieve in peace."
