Shocking new video makes it clear Florida rapper Julio Foolio had almost no time to react when gunmen approached him outside a hotel and fired into his car, killing him.

The shooting went down in Tampa on June 23 just -- 2 days after the Jacksonville native's 26th birthday -- and this surveillance video from the shared parking lot of a Hilton and a Holiday Inn shows the gunman waiting for Foolio's black car.

Foolio had been in town celebrating with friends when the party moved from an Airbnb to the hotel ... a move he chronicled all over his IG shortly before the shooting.

Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo are taking aim at an influencer who bashed the model's wedding dress ... ripping the social media user for a critique that they both called "evil."

The nuptial-day 'fit criticism came from Kennedy Bingham ... a content creator who's gained fame over the past few years for her "Gown Eyed Girl" bridal opinions.

Slight hiccup for Ellen DeGeneres -- she's canceled several of her stand-up appearances shortly after kickstarting her multi-city tour.

Several upcoming shows from her "Ellen's Last Stand ... Up" tour in Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle, and Chicago have been axed -- with a notice from Ticketmaster's website reading, "Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event."

Unclear exactly why the cancelation occurred ... but it goes without saying, it's a bummer for fans who were planning to attend the event at Dallas' Music Hall at Fair Park on July 10.

Comedian Matt Rife and his actress/dancer girlfriend Jessica Lord have broken up ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

We're told the former couple actually called it quits back in March, and the split was amicable on both sides ... with no hard feelings. The relationship had run its course.

Since the split, our sources say Matt has NOT been dating ... instead of looking for love, we're told he's focusing on his stand-up tour.

Vanessa Hudgens is giving a special shoutout to her man, Cole Tucker, on his 28th birthday ... taking to Instagram to shower her husband with all the love.

"Happy birthday to my slice of heaven @cotuck 🥳," the actress said to the Los Angeles Angels organization's third basemen on Wednesday. "You make the world a brighter place just by being you, ♥️🤟🏽"

As we previously reported, the two lovebirds got married back in December 2023 ... after Tucker popped the question to the actress earlier that year.

The 35-year-old actress and the ball player have been inseparable since they started dating back in 2020 ... and Hudgens -- who is pregnant with their first child -- has made plenty of appearances at Tucker's games to show her support.

Unfortunately for Tucker, he was recently placed on the temporarily inactive list. The reason for this move by the Salt Lake Bees -- the Angels' Triple-A affiliate -- is not known at this time.

It has been an up-and-down season for the utility player. He started spring training with the Seattle Mariners as a non-roster invite before being assigned to their Triple-A affiliate, the Tacoma Rainers.

A month later, he was released and picked up by the Angels. He saw some big-league action in late April, but the squad designated him for assignment -- then sent him back to the Bees.

No word on how the happy couple plans to celebrate the day ... but we imagine they will be spending some quality time together.

"16 and Pregnant" star Whitney Purvis is behind bars again ... after a judge found she failed to pony up for child support payments.

New documents obtained by TMZ show ... Whitney's arrest was ordered Tuesday by a Floyd County, GA judge who found her in contempt of court over failing to pay her ordered child support.

We've learned Whitney has since been booked and is currently in custody -- where she has been ordered to serve 48 hours in jail.

Former NFL player Daniel Muir and his wife were arrested this week ... after their son -- who had been missing -- was found safe.

According to Indiana State Police, Muir's son, 14-year-old Bryson, was located after a SWAT team raided Muir's home in Indianapolis at around 6 AM on Wednesday.

A Silver Alert was first issued when Bryson went missing after visiting his grandmother's home in Cleveland, Ohio on June 16. The grandmother told police Bryson had a black eye and busted lip before his mother, Kristen, picked him up.

TMZ's obtained her trademark filing for "Hawk Tuah" in which Welch is asking for trademarks in two fields -- one for apparel like hats and shirts and another for entertainment services ... namely, comedy podcasts and live comedy shows.

Welch filed for the trademark under her new company, 16 Minutes, LLC -- a clever play on Hailey looking to extend her 15 minutes into lasting fame ... not the first sign she's trying to do so, as you know.

The ol' "Jaws" line goes "You're gonna need a bigger boat" ... but it's a bigger forklift that was needed when a massive 24-foot shark washed up onshore in the United Kingdom!

While this might seem like a scene straight out of "The Meg" ... Sunday's shark incident is anything but fiction, as the carcass of a basking shark made its way to Scotland's Maidens Beach.

However, the sea creature's body was seen moving in the water before ending up on the sand, so several bystanders were convinced the animal was still alive.
